The mixed gas compatible ethylene oxide sterilizer as claimed in claim 2, 3 or 4, wherein the sealing door (2) is provided with a first mounting groove (17) and a second mounting groove (18), a first sealing ring (19) is inserted into the first mounting groove (17), a second sealing ring (20) is inserted into the second mounting groove (18), the first sealing ring (19) surrounds the outer side of the opening of the box body (1), and the second sealing ring (20) surrounds the outer side of the first sealing ring (19).

7. A mixed gas compatible ethylene oxide sterilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein a vacuum valve (21) is provided between the vacuum pump (3) and the inside of the sterilization chamber, the vacuum valve (21) being connected to the controller (23).
8. A mixed gas compatible ethylene oxide sterilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein a vaporizing valve (22) is provided between the vaporizer (4) and the inside of the sterilization chamber, the vaporizing valve (22) being connected to a controller (23).
