The method for sterilizing the recycled old down feather of the embodiment adopts the sterilizing equipment for recycling the old down feather as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, and specifically comprises the following steps:
step S1: cutting old down products into the collecting and cutting assembly 10, forming old down and shredded cloth after cutting, starting the power assembly 40, staying the shredded cloth in the collecting and cutting assembly 10, and sucking away the old down by the first exhaust pipe 50;
step S2: while the first exhaust pipe 50 sucks up the old down feather, the powder tank 60 puts oil absorption powder and fluffing agent powder into the pipeline, and the oil absorption powder and the fluffing agent powder are mixed with the old down feather in the pipeline to form a mixture;
and step S3: the old down feather mixture enters a first preheated down feather processing assembly 20, firstly, the mixture is rotated and dried at a low speed of 500-800r/min, after the oil absorption powder, the fluffing agent powder and the old down feather are fully mixed, the old down feather becomes fluffy, the oil absorption powder is mixed with the heated grease on the down feather, then, the mixture is separated from the old down feather and falls down through the high-speed rotation of 1000-1500r/min, and a power assembly 40 is started to enable the old down feather to enter a second down feather processing assembly 30;
and step S4: when old down feather enters the second down feather processing assembly 30, the second down feather processing assembly 30 firstly sprays a degerming agent to the old down feather, then simultaneously carries out microwave and ultraviolet disinfection on the old down feather, then sprays an antibacterial agent to the old down feather, and simultaneously carries out stirring, microwave and ultraviolet treatment on the old down feather, solidifies the antibacterial agent, forms new down feather, and finishes a disinfection process of the old down feather once after being extracted by the power assembly 40.
The bactericide in the step S4 is formed by mixing 5-10% of trimethyl betaine chloride, 5-10% of salicylic acid and deionized water, wherein trimethyl betaine chloride has deodorizing and sterilizing effects, and salicylic acid has antibacterial and softening effects.
The antibacterial agent in the step S4 is formed by compounding a photocatalyst and nano particles in an aqueous solution environment in which PVP exists, the nano particles are one or more of nano silver, nano zinc oxide, nano zinc and nano copper, and the antibacterial effect of the nano particles is excellent.

1. A sterilization method for recycling old down feather is characterized in that the sterilization method is realized by using sterilization equipment for recycling old down feather, and the sterilization equipment comprises a collecting and cutting component (10) for cutting old down feather products and collecting old down feather in the old down feather products, a first down feather processing component (20) for drying the old down feather and removing grease on the old down feather, and a second down feather processing component (30) for sterilizing and antibacterial processing of the old down feather;
the first down feather processing assembly (20) comprises a cylinder, a rotary drum (202) is arranged in the cylinder, a drive (201) is arranged at the bottom end of the rotary drum (202), an electric telescopic partition plate (203) is arranged at the top end in the cylinder, and the electric telescopic partition plate (203) is located between an air inlet end and an air outlet end;
the upper end of the outer wall of the main body of the second down feather processing assembly (30) is provided with a microbial agent tank (301), the lower end of the microbial agent tank (301) is respectively provided with an air inlet end edge extending to the inside of the main body and a vertically downward spray nozzle (302), the front end and the rear end of the inner wall of the main body are respectively provided with a microwave generator (303), and the left end and the right end of the inner wall of the main body are respectively provided with ultraviolet lamps (304) which are uniformly arranged up and down;
the collecting and cutting assembly (10) is communicated with a first down feather processing assembly (20) through a first exhaust pipe (50), a powder tank (60) is arranged on the first exhaust pipe (50), and the first down feather processing assembly (20) is communicated with a second down feather processing assembly (30) through a power assembly (40);
the disinfection method for recycling the old down feather comprises the following steps:
step S1: putting old down products into a collecting and cutting assembly (10) for cutting, forming old down and shredded cloth after cutting, starting a power assembly (40), staying the shredded cloth in the collecting and cutting assembly (10), and sucking the old down away by a first air exhaust pipe (50);
step S2: while the first exhaust pipe (50) sucks up the old down feather, the powder tank (60) puts oil absorption powder and fluffer powder into the pipeline, and the oil absorption powder and the fluffer powder are mixed with the old down feather in the pipeline to form a mixture;
and step S3: the old down feather mixture enters a first preheated down feather processing assembly (20), firstly, the mixture is rotated and dried at a low speed, after oil absorption powder, fluffing agent powder and the old down feather are fully mixed, the old down feather becomes fluffy, the oil absorption powder is mixed with heated grease on the down feather, then, the mixture is rotated at a high speed, the old down feather is separated from the mixture of the oil absorption powder and the grease, and the power assembly (40) is started, so that the old down feather enters a second down feather processing assembly (30);
and step S4: when old down feather enters the second down feather processing assembly (30), the second down feather processing assembly (30) firstly sprays a degerming agent to the old down feather, then performs microwave and ultraviolet disinfection on the old down feather simultaneously, then sprays an antibacterial agent to the old down feather, and performs stirring, microwave and ultraviolet treatment on the old down feather simultaneously, so as to solidify the antibacterial agent, form new down feather, and the new down feather is extracted by the power assembly (40) to complete a disinfection process of the old down feather.

A sterilization method for recycling old down feather according to claim 1, wherein the sterilization method comprises the following steps: the collecting and cutting assembly (10) comprises a shell, an observation window is arranged on the shell, a lint inlet (101) is formed in one end of the shell, two groups of cutting rotary drums (102) which rotate relatively are arranged in the shell, the cutting rotary drums (102) comprise cutting knives which are staggered on the drum wall, a lint suction net (104) is arranged at the top end of the inner portion of the shell, and the lint suction net (104) is located at the bottom end of a first exhaust pipe (50).
3. A sterilization method for recycling old down feather according to claim 2, wherein the inner bottom end of the shell is provided with a cloth collecting groove (103), and the cloth collecting groove (103) is installed in the shell in a drawing way.

A sterilization method for recycling old down feather according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the second down feather processing assembly (30) is provided with a plurality of sets of air supply ports arranged up and down at the left and right ends near the bottom end, the upper ends of the air supply ports are provided with air guide sleeves (701) with inclined downward openings, and the air inlet ends of the air supply ports are communicated with the air supply pipes (70).

A sterilization method for recycling used down feather according to claim 1, wherein the power assembly (40) comprises a negative pressure air pipe (402), a second air exhaust pipe (401), a third air exhaust pipe (403) and a fourth air exhaust pipe (404), the air inlet end of the second air exhaust pipe (401) is located in the first down feather processing assembly (20), the first connecting end of the second air exhaust pipe (401) is connected with the negative pressure air pipe (402) through a first valve (405), the second connecting end of the second air exhaust pipe (401) is connected with the third air exhaust pipe (403) through a second valve (406), the third air exhaust pipe (403) extends into the second down feather processing assembly (30), the air inlet end of the fourth air exhaust pipe (404) is located in the second down feather processing assembly (30), and the upper end of the fourth air exhaust pipe (404) is connected to the negative pressure air pipe (402) through a third valve (407).
6. The disinfection method for recycling old down feather as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sterilization agent in step S4 is formed by mixing 5-10% of benzalkonium chloride, 5-10% of salicylic acid and deionized water.
7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antimicrobial agent in step S4 is prepared by combining photocatalyst and nano particles in the presence of PVP, and the nano particles are one or more of nano silver, nano zinc oxide, nano zinc and nano copper.
