In another embodiment of the present invention, preferably, an annular groove is further provided at an upper end of an outer surface of the third sleeve 1033, a sleeve hole is formed on a lower surface of the connecting rod 203, an annular protrusion is provided at an orifice of the sleeve hole, the connecting rod 203 is rotatably sleeved at an upper end of the third sleeve 1033, and the annular protrusion is sleeved in the annular groove, a pipe placing groove is provided in the connecting rod 203, one end of the pipe placing groove is connected with the sleeve hole, an outlet pipe hole is provided at a bottom surface of the connecting rod 203, the other end of the pipe placing groove is connected with the outlet pipe hole, a pipe inlet hole is provided at a side of the first sleeve 1031 close to the liquid storage tank 401, the water inlet pipe 2021 passes through the pipe inlet hole and enters the pipe placing groove through the first sleeve 1031, the second sleeve 1032 and the third sleeve 1033, and finally passes through the outlet pipe hole, so that the water inlet pipe 2021 is prevented from being directly exposed to the outside, thereby being damaged easily, and the service life of the water inlet pipe 2021 is preferably flexible, and the water inlet pipe 2021 is a telescopic pipe or a telescopic rod.
