the outer pipe head forming device comprises a hot pressing device arranged on the rack and a cooling device arranged on the rack.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the extrusion part is made of heat conducting materials and is connected with a heating device.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the top of the hollow circular tube is provided with a trumpet-shaped insertion port.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the first rotating disk and the second rotating disk are horizontally arranged.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the head of the outer pipe is heated and formed into an arc-shaped structure.
6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the cooling device is a fan.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the inner pipe and the outer pipe are both made of PP materials.
8. A process for manufacturing a catheter-type tampon manufacturing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) molding of the absorbent body: the first driving mechanism drives and drives the spun-bonded non-woven fabric to transport, the blanking mechanism blanks the high polymer material on the spun-bonded non-woven fabric, and the absorber is formed on the spun-bonded non-woven fabric; the pressure roller mechanism flattens and compacts the absorption core on the spun-bonded non-woven fabric, and simultaneously, a pressure knife on the upper pressure roller cuts the absorber to form at least one diversion trench on the absorber, and the diversion trench is arranged along the length direction; the absorber is turned over by the turning-over mechanism, the absorber is turned over along the center line of the length direction, and after the absorber is turned over, the end part of the absorber is fixed by the hot pressing mechanism, so that the diversion trench of the absorber is positioned in the absorber; cutting the absorber into strips by a cutting roller mechanism;
(2) applying the absorber into the push tube: the third driving motor drives the hollow circular pipes to rotate, when the hollow circular pipes stop, one hollow circular pipe is positioned at the position corresponding to the cutting roller mechanism, the long-strip-shaped absorber can be directly fed into the hollow circular pipe after cutting, the other hollow circular pipe is positioned at the extruding device, the extruding part pushes the absorber of the hollow circular pipe into the hollow circular pipe for extrusion forming, so that the absorber is formed into a cylinder, the other hollow circular pipe is positioned at the discharge port, and the pushing part penetrates through the hollow circular pipe and the discharge port to push the absorber into the push pipe;
(3) and (3) forming the tampon: the thermal pressing device presses the head part of the outer tube into an arc surface shape, the cooling device cools the head part of the outer tube, and the tampon is molded.
9. The process of claim 8, wherein: and (4) after the step (3), rotating the clamping mechanism to a packaging machine, and releasing the formed tampon to the packaging machine for packaging.
10. The process of claim 8, wherein: the pressing cutter enables the depths of the guide grooves to be different, the depth of the guide grooves closer to the inner pipe is smaller, the guide grooves extend into the absorber from the end part far away from the inner pipe, and the length of the guide grooves is three to two times of the length of the absorber.
