Referring to fig. 16, the elastic buckle 433 is designed to be wedge-shaped, and the wedge-shaped surface is disposed downward, and can be contracted on the connection ring, and through the design of the wedge-shaped structure, when the limiting member 430 is pressed down, the elastic buckle 433 can be contracted to be disconnected from the buckle groove 16, so as to realize the separation.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, the limiting member 430 is provided with a force applying member 440 axially slidably and circumferentially, and the force applying member 440 is inserted into the threaded portion 432 in a cylindrical shape and is sleeved outside the abutting head 450.
A first protrusion 442 is provided at the lower end of the urging member 440, a second protrusion 421 engaged with the first protrusion 442 is provided on the upper end surface of the socket ring 420, and a return spring 460 for keeping the first protrusion 442 and the second protrusion 421 in a separated state is provided between the screw part 432 and the urging member 440.
When the first teeth 442 and the second teeth 421 are engaged, the position of the elastic buckle 433 is lower than the buckle slot 16 no matter what height the knife pouch 400 is located after the knife pouch 400 is inserted into the knife pouch holder 300.
The side wall of the handle part 453 is provided with a limit tooth 454, the force application member 440 is provided with an inner spline 443 capable of accommodating the limit tooth 454, and when the force application member 440 is in an initial state, the inner spline 443 is engaged with the limit tooth 454.
The working principle is as follows:
the driving device 40 is started, and drives the tool bit holder 500 to rotate after being driven by the transmission mechanism 30, and the tool bit holder 500 drives the coffee turntable 200 to rotate, so as to drive the protection member 710 to rotate under the action of the protection member, and further drive the tool bit 600 to rotate. The synchronous connecting column 230 and the coffee turntable 200 rotate synchronously, and further drives the feeding head 800 to rotate.
In grinding coffee, coffee is put in from a feed port, and then the feed head 800 provides a downward force to coffee beans, which are then pulverized by the rotation of the cutter head 600. When the thickness of coffee needs to be adjusted, the seasoning gear is rotated to drive the knife sleeve seat 300 to axially move so as to drive the knife sleeve 400 to axially move, and the size of a gap between the knife sleeve 400 and the knife head 600 can be adjusted. During the adjustment process, the horizontal position of the position-limiting member 430 is kept unchanged, so that the abutting head 450 does not move axially, and the abutting of the feeding head 800 is kept.
When cleaning is needed, the force applying member 440 is pressed down to separate the limiting teeth 454 and the inner spline 443, and then the hand-held portion 453 applies force to drive the abutting head 450 and the limiting member 430 to rotate relatively, so that the abutting head 450 moves upwards and is separated from the feeding head 800. Then, the force applying member 440 is kept pressed downward, and the limiting member 430 is pressed downward under the elastic force of the fixing spring, so that the elastic latch 433 is separated from the latch groove 16. The force applying member 440 is continuously pressed down until the first protruding tooth 442 and the second protruding tooth 421 are engaged, at this time, the force applying member 440 is rotated to drive the limiting member 430 and the knife pouch 400 to rotate synchronously, when the fixture block 410 on the knife pouch 400 enters the guide groove, the knife pouch 400 can be taken out by lifting the force applying member 440, and then the feeding head 800 and the knife head 600 are taken out for cleaning.
Example 2: as shown in fig. 17, the difference from embodiment 1 is that a connection portion 431 of a stopper 430 is screwed to a coffee powder container 100, and a screw portion 432 is provided integrally with an abutment head 450.
In addition, the urging member 440 and the screw portion 432 are connected and limited by a fixing bolt 470.
The working principle is as follows:
when the coffee powder box 100 needs to be cleaned, the force application member 440 is rotated to separate the limiting member 430 from the coffee powder box 100, then the force application member 440 is pressed downwards to engage the first convex tooth 442 with the second convex tooth 421, then the force application member 440 is rotated to drive the limiting member 430 and the knife sheath 400 to synchronously rotate, when the fixture block 410 on the knife sheath 400 enters the guide groove, the knife sheath 400 can be taken out by lifting the force application member 440, and then the feeding head 800 and the tool bit 600 are taken out for cleaning.
