The invention provides a virtual card system and a self-adaptive virtual card method, which comprise an identity identification module, a file storage module, an encryption authentication module, an additional service module and a safety management module, wherein: the identity recognition module recognizes the identity information of the accessed terminal, and if the recognition result is wrong, the terminal is refused to be accessed; if the identification result is correct, allowing the terminal to access; the file storage module stores the file information; the encryption authentication module is used for calculating an authentication result and an encryption key when a network or a terminal initiates authentication; the additional service module is used for providing additional services; the safety management module is used for safety management of the virtual card.
