Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be described and illustrated below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments provided in the present application without any inventive step are within the scope of protection of the present application.
It will be appreciated that such a development effort might be complex and tedious, but would nevertheless be a routine undertaking of design, fabrication, and manufacture for those of ordinary skill having the benefit of this disclosure, and is not intended to limit the scope of this disclosure.
The embodiment provides a history management method, and aims to solve the problem of low accuracy of history due to an on-hook event.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a history management method according to an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1, the method includes steps S101 to S105.
And S101, receiving a trigger signal, responding to the trigger signal to control the camera to be started, wherein the acquisition range of the camera is matched with the watching range of the intelligent television.
And S102, judging whether a user exists in the viewing range or not based on the information collected by the camera. If not, step S103 is executed.
And step S103, acquiring the first time when the user leaves the viewing range nearby.
Step S104, determining whether the user re-enters the viewing range within a preset time period after the first time, if not, executing step S304.
And step S105, stopping recording the playing progress of the video, and generating and storing a first history record based on the playing progress of the video at the first time.
It should be noted that, in step S102 to step S105, the same user and the same video are used. It is to be understood that the steps of the method may be performed based on the executing device. Specifically, the execution device may be a server, a cloud server, a smart television, a processor, or the like, but the execution device is not limited to the above type.
It will be appreciated that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts described above or in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
In summary, the acquisition range of the camera is adapted to the acquisition range of the smart television, so that whether a user exists in the viewing range can be judged through the information acquired by the camera, and if the time length of the user leaving the viewing range meets the preset condition, a first history corresponding to the first time is generated, and the first history conforms to the progress of the user actually viewing the video, so that the accuracy of the history is improved, and accordingly, the accuracy of operations such as video playback or video recommendation based on the history is also improved.
As an optional embodiment, for step S101, the camera may be a part of the smart tv, that is, the camera is built in the smart tv, or the camera may be independent from the smart tv, that is, the camera is externally mounted on the smart tv, which is not limited herein.
It can be understood that the trigger signal may be generated at a fixed time, and accordingly, the camera is correspondingly turned on at a fixed time, the trigger signal may also be generated based on manual operation, and the trigger signal may also be generated corresponding to a power-on operation, that is, after the smart television is turned on, the camera is automatically turned on, so that an accurate first time may be obtained, and the accuracy of the first history record is correspondingly improved. The generation mode of the trigger signal is not limited herein, and is preferably generated corresponding to the power-on operation.
If the execution equipment is a server or a cloud server, the trigger signal is generated by the smart television and uploaded to the execution equipment; the execution equipment issues a starting instruction to the smart television, the smart television responds to the starting instruction to start the camera, or the execution equipment directly issues the starting instruction to the camera, and the camera responds to the starting instruction to start; the camera may upload the collected information to the execution device directly or indirectly via the smart tv.
In the case that the execution device is a smart television, the trigger signal may be automatically generated by the execution device, and directly control the camera to be turned on, and accordingly, the acquisition information of the camera is uploaded to the smart television.
It is worth explaining here that the camera may be adjusted to adapt the acquisition range of the camera to the viewing range of the smart television. It is understood that the viewing range of the smart tv can be defined manually, and the acquisition range of the camera should include the viewing range of the smart tv.
As an optional implementation manner, for step S102, the executing device has a system for identifying whether there is a user in the viewing range, and the system may perform identification according to human shape or human face, which is not limited herein.
It should be noted that, in the case that the camera is always turned on, the user can obtain the first time when leaving the viewing range and execute step S103; in the case where the camera is turned on at regular time, if the user leaves while the camera is turned off, the time when the camera is turned back on may be the first time or the time when the camera was turned off last time for the back on may be the first time. Preferably, the timing on and off of the camera should be released after the execution device performs step S103, until the user re-enters the viewing range and waits for a period of time before triggering the timing on and off of the camera.
As an alternative embodiment, for step S104, the duration of the preset period after the first time is not limited herein, for example, 5min to 10min, but the starting time of the preset period should be the first time.
It is worth mentioning here that in case the camera is always on, the time the user has to re-enter the viewing range is directly available; under the condition that the camera is opened at regular time, if the user re-enters the system under the condition that the camera is closed, the time for re-opening the camera can be used as the time for the user to re-enter the watching range.
As an alternative implementation, for step S105, it can be understood that if a video stops recording the playing progress, the video does not generate a corresponding history record in case of closing. The first history record may include: the name of the video and the playing progress of the video at the first time are, of course, the first history record is not limited to the above types and can be adjusted according to specific situations.
As an optional implementation manner, if it is determined in step S104 that the user does not re-enter the viewing range within the preset time period after the first time, the playing progress of the video is continuously recorded, and correspondingly, when the video is closed, a corresponding history record is generated according to the playing progress when the video is closed.
As an optional implementation manner, fig. 2 is a flowchart of another history management method shown in this embodiment of the present application, where the method may include step S201 to step S208, and step S201 and step S205 may refer to the related descriptions of step S101 to step S105, which are not described herein again specifically.
And step S206, acquiring a second time when the user reenters the viewing range. It is understood that this step S206 is performed after step S105. The description of the second time can refer to the related description of step 103 and step S104.
And step S207, determining whether the user leaves the viewing range within a preset time period after the second time, if so, not performing processing, and if not, performing step S208. In this step, the preset time period is obtained based on the second time, which means that the executing device can only execute step S208 when the user enters the viewing range again and waits for the preset time period, and accordingly, the duration of the preset time period is not limited herein, and is preferably 5min to 10min, as long as the second time is used as the starting time,
and step S208, deleting the first history record and starting to record the playing progress of the corresponding video. It can be understood that, for this step, which indicates that the user re-enters the viewing range and has viewed the video for a period of time, the actual progress of viewing the video by the user does not conform to the first history, but conforms to the actual progress of the video, so that the playing progress of the recorded video should be restarted.
It should be noted that if the user watches other videos within the preset time period after the second time, the step S208 is prohibited.
Through the technical scheme, the first history record which is inconsistent with the actual video watching progress can be deleted after the user watches the video again for a period of time, and the playing progress which is consistent with the actual video watching progress is reserved, so that the accuracy of the history record can be improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the history database is set in one-to-one correspondence with the account number, and the first history saving in step S105 (i.e., step S205) may include: the first history record is stored in a corresponding history record database according to the account number of the user.
It should be noted here that the user may have an account or may not have an account, and the account may be an account created on the execution device, that is, the account-history database corresponds to the user-account. Because the invention adopts the camera, the identity recognition of the user preferably adopts a face recognition mode.
Further, fig. 3 is a partial schematic diagram of a history management method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, the method may further include the following steps.
And acquiring all face information in the viewing range to determine the number of users in the viewing range.
And judging whether more than two users exist in the viewing range, and if so, entering a standard mode.
Under the standard mode, the execution device prohibits acquiring the first time when the user leaves the viewing range nearby, i.e., prohibits executing step S102 in fig. 1 (i.e., step S202 in fig. 2), and starts the play progress of the recorded video.
Further, the execution apparatus may further include a common database, and the history records generated in the standard mode are stored in the common database.
Preferably, the execution device may identify the user with the account number in the viewing range, record the user as a user to be processed, and store the history records generated in the standard mode in the history record database corresponding to each user to be processed.
Preferably, in the standard mode, the smart television may not display the history, or display the entire history, or display only the history stored in the public database, so as to protect the privacy of the user. It should be noted that in the standard mode, the account is not normally logged in or automatically switched, but the user may manually log in the corresponding account, and then the smart television switches to the corresponding history database.
Further, under the condition that more than two users exist in the watching range, whether an unfamiliar user exists is judged, and if yes, a corresponding account and a historical record database are created based on the facial features of the unfamiliar user.
Preferably, when it is determined that more than two users are present in the viewing range and each user is a strange user, the smart television may enter a standard mode in which a history record is not displayed, so as to protect the privacy of the user with the account.
Further, if it is determined that more than two users do not exist in the viewing range, the user is marked as a current user, whether the user has an account or not is determined, if yes, the smart television is controlled to be switched to a historical record database corresponding to the current user, and if not, the current user is marked as an unfamiliar user.
And for the unfamiliar user, entering a standard mode without displaying the history, then creating a corresponding account and history database based on the facial features of the unfamiliar user, and switching to the account and history database.
