Description

Generator with assembled centrifugal fan
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of generators, in particular to a generator with an assembled centrifugal fan.
Background
In a synchronous generator, the heat dissipation design of a winding is a very important part of the design of the generator, and the heat dissipation effect of the winding directly influences the temperature rise of the winding and influences the reliability and the economy of the generator. The air-cooled generator is generally provided with a centrifugal fan at one end of a generator rotor, air enters the generator from one end of the generator through the fan, passes through a stator and a rotor of the generator, and brings heat generated by the generator out from the other end of the generator, so that the purpose of heat dissipation of the stator and the rotor is achieved.
Generally, the centrifugal fan of the generator with larger power adopts an aluminum casting or a steel plate welding part, the centrifugal fan welded by the steel plate has a complex processing technology, the processing difficulty of the shapes of the blade and the front plate is large, the welding quality requirement is high, and the cost is high, so the centrifugal fan is less adopted. The existing centrifugal fan for the cast aluminum part is mainly adopted, the casting mould cost of the centrifugal fan for the cast aluminum part is high, and the centrifugal fan cannot be changed at will after the mould is formed.
Under the condition that the same stator punching external diameter is the same, the generator can be designed to different rotating speeds, different steering directions and different powers. Therefore, the integrally cast centrifugal fan cannot meet the requirements of generators with different rotating speeds, different steering directions and different powers at the same time. Different casting molds need to be opened to meet the requirements of the generator, so that the manufacturing cost is greatly increased.
When a new centrifugal fan is designed, due to the fact that the air paths for heat dissipation of the generator are different, the heat productivity of the generator is different, the centrifugal fan designed through theoretical calculation and simulation often has certain deviation with the heat dissipation effect, noise and efficiency of a test result, if the centrifugal fan needs to be adjusted, a mold needs to be re-opened, and therefore research and development cost is increased.
