The invention provides a circuit breaker with a built-in auxiliary function and an alarm system thereof. The problem that one signal lamp is easy to be ignored visually and the tripping or fault of the circuit breaker is difficult to find is solved, so that the two signal lamps are arranged, when the circuit breaker trips, other normally working circuit breakers can be obviously distinguished, and the problem that the opening and closing state of the circuit breaker changes can be known in real time.

The invention is additionally provided with an auxiliary contact which can be selectively set into a dynamic contact or a static contact and is set according to different requirements on the alarm sensitivity of the circuit breaker.
The invention also provides an alarm system of the circuit breaker with the built-in auxiliary function, wherein the alarm element is arranged outside the circuit breaker, and the alarm elements with different types or different signals are used for realizing that the circuit breakers are easy to distinguish when in an alarm state.

Through the technical scheme, the first power-on loop is provided with the signal end, the signal end is connected with the alarm element, and the alarm can be realized when the moving contact is switched on; the signal end is arranged in the second electrifying loop and connected with the alarm element, when the moving contact is opened, an auxiliary contact is additionally arranged to be in contact with the moving contact to form the second electrifying loop, and when the second electrifying loop is electrified, the alarm signal is provided for the opening of the moving contact.
As a modified embodiment, the auxiliary contact 5 is provided as a retractable dynamic contact or a non-retractable static contact.
Through the technical scheme, the auxiliary contact can be set to be dynamic or static selectively, for example, the auxiliary contact is set to be an elastic metal sheet, so that the moving contact can alarm when contacting with the elastic metal sheet in the brake separating process; if the auxiliary contact is set as a fixed metal connecting sheet, the moving contact can form a power-on loop to realize an alarm function when the brake is switched off to the limit position.
As a modified embodiment, the auxiliary contact 5 is arranged at the extreme position of the opening of the movable contact 1.
As a modified embodiment, the dynamic contact is any one of a conductive elastic piece, a conductive spring or an elastic member having conductivity. The static contact is a conductive plate or a one-piece conductive member. As a modified embodiment, the alarm element 4 is any one or more of a signal lamp, a light emitting diode or a loudspeaker.
