Description

Weighing settlement method, system, terminal and storage medium applied to unmanned supermarket
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned supermarkets, in particular to a weighing settlement method, a system, a terminal and a storage medium applied to the unmanned supermarkets.
Background
At present, the unmanned supermarket adopts an article identification and tracking technology to optimize the shopping experience of consumers, and meanwhile, the manpower complaint cost of the supermarket can be reduced; the goods supply of the unmanned supermarket is mainly carried out from the interval time of the staff to the delivery point of the unmanned supermarket and the arrangement of the goods shelves.
When the market is taken off line and the commodity of the fresh fruits and vegetables in bulk is purchased, all the commodity is required to be marked and sealed after being weighed by staff in the supermarket; and finally, carrying the marked commodity to a supermarket outlet for checkout by a customer, and scanning the mark code on the commodity by a checkout supermarket staff to acquire the total price of the bulk commodity to be checked out, thereby finishing the checkout of the commodity selected and purchased by the customer.
The prior art solutions described above have the following drawbacks: the inventor considers that no staff in the supermarket serves customers in real time due to the running mode characteristic of the unmanned supermarket, when the customers purchase bulk commodities, the customers need to self-search a weighing table in the store of the unmanned supermarket to weigh the bulk commodities and then label the bulk commodities, and therefore the practicability of the unmanned supermarket is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to facilitate customers to purchase bulk goods in an unmanned supermarket and improve the practicability of the unmanned supermarket, the application provides a weighing settlement method, a weighing settlement system, a weighing settlement terminal and a storage medium applied to the unmanned supermarket.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a weighing settlement method applied to an unmanned supermarket, which adopts the following technical scheme:
the weighing and settlement method applied to the unmanned supermarket comprises a shopping cart and a settlement mechanism which are arranged in the supermarket; the method comprises the following steps:
responding to a starting instruction to run the shopping cart;
the shopping cart sequentially acquires commodity information of commodities to be weighed, and sequentially seals and prints the commodity information;
the shopping cart forms a commodity moving list according to commodity information of all the sealed commodities;
the settlement mechanism acquires commodity information of commodities to be settled to form a settlement list;
and the settlement mechanism performs code scanning settlement according to the commodity moving list and the settlement list.
By adopting the technical scheme, when a customer selects and purchases bulk goods in the unmanned supermarket, the actions of weighing, packaging, printing goods information and the like of the bulk goods can be completed through the shopping cart, so that the customer is prevented from searching for the weighing device in the unmanned supermarket, the convenience of the customer when the customer selects and purchases the bulk goods is improved, and the practicability of the unmanned supermarket is improved; when the customer settles the final selected commodity, the total price of the selected bulk commodity and the total price of the selected bulk commodity are obtained through the commodity moving list.
Optionally, the step of acquiring commodity information of the commodity to be weighed specifically includes the following steps:
acquiring the weight of the commodity to be weighed;
acquiring a bar code of a commodity to be weighed;
acquiring the unit price of the commodity according to the bar code of the commodity to be weighed;
and obtaining the total price of the commodity according to the unit price and the weight of the commodity to be weighed.
By adopting the technical scheme, the unit price of the commodity is obtained according to the bar code of the commodity to be weighed, and then the total price of the bulk commodity purchased by the customer is calculated according to the weight of the commodity to be weighed.
Optionally, the step of sealing the commodity specifically includes the following steps:
the sealing switch sends a sealing instruction;
the sealing module responds to the sealing instruction to seal the packaging bag of the current commodity;
and the sealing module sends a sealing completion instruction after sealing is completed.
By adopting the technical scheme, when a customer purchases bulk commodities, the bulk commodities can be added into the packaging bag for a small amount for many times, and after the bulk commodities are added to the purchase demands preset by the customer, a sealing switch sends a sealing instruction to start the sealing module, so that the packaging bag is sealed; and after the sealing is finished, sending a sealing finishing instruction so that the printing module can print and output the sealed commodity information.
Optionally, the step of printing commodity information specifically includes the following steps:
acquiring the commodity information;
acquiring a sealing completion instruction;
and printing the commodity information according to the commodity information and the sealing completion instruction.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, after the printing module obtains commodity information and sealed completion instruction simultaneously, just can paste commodity information printout supplies the customer to paste in the wrapping bag outer wall to avoid the waste of printing paper.
Optionally, before the step of obtaining the unit price of the commodity according to the bar code of the commodity to be weighed, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a preset image of the commodity according to the bar code of the commodity to be weighed;
acquiring a weighing image of a commodity to be weighed;
acquiring an image of a single commodity in the weighing image according to the weighing image;
comparing the image of the single commodity with a preset image;
when the weighing image is consistent with the preset image, the correct weighing result is considered and stored; when the weighing image is inconsistent with the preset image, the false weighing result is considered and stored;
acquiring the unit price of the commodity to be weighed according to the correct weighing result;
and sending and acquiring a correct commodity bar code instruction according to the error weighing result.
By adopting the technical scheme, the identification module compares the image of the single commodity in the weighing image with the preset image according to the image recognition technology, and judges whether the commodity to be weighed is consistent with the commodity corresponding to the bar code, so that a customer is prevented from placing the commodity which does not accord with the commodity bar code in the packaging bag for weighing.
Optionally, the step of the settlement mechanism for performing code scanning settlement according to the commodity moving list and the commodity finally selected by the customer specifically comprises the following steps:
comparing the settlement list with the commodity movement list;
and acquiring and storing the sealed but unsettled commodity information in the commodity moving list.
By adopting the technical scheme, when a customer selects and purchases goods, the situation that partial weighed goods are not wanted to be purchased occurs, if the sealed goods which are not settled are not put back to the original goods shelf, the goods are stored in the sealed packaging bag for a long time, and the fresh-keeping period of the goods can be shortened; and acquiring the weighed but unsettled commodity information according to the comparison settlement list and the commodity movement list, so that maintenance staff of the unmanned supermarket can conveniently carry out induction and arrangement of the weighed but unsettled commodity.
Optionally, the step of comparing the settlement list and the commodity movement list specifically includes the steps of:
acquiring the weight of the commodity to be settled;
acquiring the weight of the commodity when sealing is completed according to the commodity moving list;
comparing the weight of the commodity to be settled with the weight of the commodity when the sealing is completed;
if the weight of the commodity to be settled is consistent with the weight of the commodity when the sealing is completed, the correct settlement result is considered and stored; if the weight of the commodity to be settled is inconsistent with the weight of the commodity when the sealing is completed, the incorrect settlement result is considered and stored;
acquiring the total price of the commodity according to a correct settlement result;
and stopping obtaining the total price of the commodity according to the error settlement result.
By adopting the technical scheme, the commodity is weighed for the second time during settlement, and the phenomenon that part of malicious customers plug after sealing the commodity is avoided, so that the accuracy of the unmanned supermarket during settlement is further improved.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a working system of an unmanned supermarket, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a weighing and settling system applied to an unmanned supermarket comprises a shopping cart and a settling mechanism connected with the shopping cart in a communication way;
the shopping cart comprises:
the first weighing module is used for acquiring the weight of the commodity to be weighed;
the first identification module is used for acquiring the bar code and the weighing image of the commodity to be weighed;
the sealing module is used for sealing the weighed commodity;
