As used hereinafter, the term "unit" or "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram of a structure of a customer manager ability map generation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the customer manager ability map generation apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
the basic data acquisition module 1 is configured to acquire respective basic data of each customer manager in a preset assessment period, where the basic data includes: the system comprises account quantity data, account deposit data and historical behavior data interacted with clients;
an index value calculation module 2, configured to calculate, according to the basic data, index values of multiple evaluation indexes corresponding to each customer manager, where the evaluation indexes include: an administrator ability index, a living customer ability index, a revenue generating ability index, a money absorbing ability index and an execution ability index;
the index map score determining module 3 is configured to determine an index map score of each customer manager on each evaluation index according to the index value of the evaluation index corresponding to each customer manager;
and the capacity map generation module 4 is used for respectively generating the capacity maps of each customer manager in the assessment period according to the index map scores.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a structure of an index map score determining module according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the index map score determining module 3 specifically includes:
a sorting unit 301, configured to sort the index values of all the customer managers in a top-to-bottom order for each of the evaluation indexes;
a highest score setting unit 302, configured to set, as a preset highest score, an index map score, corresponding to the evaluation index, of the client manager ranked in the first proportion in the ranking of each evaluation index;
the lowest score setting unit 303 is configured to set, as a preset lowest score, an index map score corresponding to the ranked second-proportion client manager on the evaluation index in the ranking of each evaluation index;
and a middle score setting unit 304, configured to determine, for each evaluation index, an index map score of other client managers on the evaluation index except the index map score of the preset lowest score and the preset highest score according to the index value corresponding to the demarcation point at the first ratio before ranking, the index value corresponding to the demarcation point at the second ratio after ranking, the preset highest score, and the preset lowest score in the ranking.
To achieve the above object, according to another aspect of the present application, there is also provided a computer apparatus. As shown in fig. 5, the computer device comprises a memory, a processor, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein a computer program that can be run on the processor is stored in the memory, and the steps of the method of the above embodiment are realized when the processor executes the computer program.
The processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU). The Processor may also be other general purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or a combination thereof.
The memory, which is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, may be used to store non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer executable programs, and units, such as the corresponding program units in the above-described method embodiments of the present invention. The processor executes various functional applications of the processor and the processing of the work data by executing the non-transitory software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory, that is, the method in the above method embodiment is realized.
The memory may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created by the processor, and the like. Further, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory optionally includes memory located remotely from the processor, and such remote memory may be coupled to the processor via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The one or more units are stored in the memory and when executed by the processor perform the method of the above embodiments.
The specific details of the computer device may be understood by referring to the corresponding related descriptions and effects in the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In order to achieve the above object, according to another aspect of the present application, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed in a computer processor, implements the steps in the above-described customer manager capability map generation method. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD) or a Solid State Drive (SSD), etc.; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and they may alternatively be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, or fabricated separately as individual integrated circuit modules, or fabricated as a single integrated circuit module from multiple modules or steps. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (11)

1. A customer manager ability map generation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
respectively acquiring basic data of each customer manager in a preset assessment period, wherein the basic data comprises: the system comprises account quantity data, account deposit data and historical behavior data interacted with clients;
and respectively calculating index values of various evaluation indexes corresponding to each customer manager according to the basic data, wherein the evaluation indexes comprise: an administrator ability index, a living customer ability index, a revenue generating ability index, a money absorbing ability index and an execution ability index;
respectively determining the index map score of each customer manager on each evaluation index according to the index value of the evaluation index corresponding to each customer manager;
and respectively generating the ability maps of each customer manager in the assessment period according to the index map scores.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining an index map score of each customer manager on each evaluation index according to the index value of the evaluation index corresponding to each customer manager specifically comprises:
sorting the index values of all the customer managers according to the sequence from top to bottom aiming at each evaluation index;
setting the index map score corresponding to the client manager with the first ranking proportion on each evaluation index in the ranking of the evaluation indexes as a preset highest score;
setting the index map score corresponding to the client manager with the second proportion on the evaluation index after ranking in the ranking of each evaluation index as a preset lowest score;
and aiming at each evaluation index, according to the index value corresponding to the demarcation point of the first proportion before ranking, the index value corresponding to the demarcation point of the second proportion after ranking, the preset highest score and the preset lowest score in the ranking, determining the index map score of other client managers on the evaluation index except the index map score of the preset lowest score and the preset highest score.
3. The customer manager capacity map generation method of claim 1, wherein the customer quantity data comprises: the total number of the clients of the end of the assessment period and the total number of the familiar clients of the end of the assessment period;
the calculating the index values of the various evaluation indexes corresponding to each customer manager according to the basic data respectively comprises the following steps:
and calculating the rate of the familiarity clients of the end-of-assessment users corresponding to each client manager according to the total number of the end-of-assessment-user clients corresponding to each client manager and the total number of the familiarity clients of the end-of-assessment-user, and taking the rate of the familiarity clients of the end-of-assessment-user as the index value of the ability index of the user.
4. The customer manager capacity map generation method of claim 3, wherein the customer quantity data further comprises: the assessment initial manager is familiar with the customer ratio;
the calculating the index values of the various evaluation indexes corresponding to each customer manager according to the basic data respectively comprises the following steps:
and calculating the familiar client proportion increment corresponding to each client manager according to the familiar client ratio of the assessment period initial manager and the familiar client ratio of the assessment period end manager corresponding to each client manager, and taking the familiar client proportion increment as the index value of the living client capacity index.

The customer manager capacity map generation method of claim 1, wherein the account deposit data comprises: deposit data of the administrative client, intermediate business income data of the administrative client and intermediate business income data of the non-administrative client for inputting marketing codes of the client manager;
the calculating the index values of the various evaluation indexes corresponding to each customer manager according to the basic data respectively comprises the following steps:
and calculating the index value of the revenue-creating capability index corresponding to each client manager according to the deposit data of the client corresponding to each client manager, the intermediate business income data of the client corresponding to each client manager and the intermediate business income data of the client not corresponding to the marketing code of the client manager.
6. The customer manager capacity map generation method of claim 1, wherein the account deposit data comprises: the financial asset total amount of each user at the end of the assessment period and the financial asset total amount of each user at the beginning of the assessment period;
the calculating the index values of the various evaluation indexes corresponding to each customer manager according to the basic data respectively comprises the following steps:
and calculating the increment of the financial assets of each user corresponding to each client manager according to the financial asset total amount of each client of each user at the end of the assessment period and the financial asset total amount of each client of each user at the beginning of the assessment period, and taking the increment of the financial assets of each user as the index value of the money absorbing capacity index.

The customer manager capacity map generation method of claim 1, wherein the interaction with the customer historical behavior data comprises: the method comprises the following steps of (1) comparing the coverage rate of the number of contact customers to the number of total management customers, executing the intelligent asset configuration quantity for the customers in the assessment period, making asset planning suggestions for the customers in the assessment period, executing the accurate marketing activities quantity in the assessment period and marketing performance of policy specific products;
the calculating the index values of the various evaluation indexes corresponding to each customer manager according to the basic data respectively comprises the following steps:
and calculating the index value of the execution capacity index corresponding to each client manager according to the coverage ratio of the number of the contact clients corresponding to each client manager to the total number of the management clients, the number of intelligent asset configuration executed for the client in the assessment period, the number of asset planning suggestions made for the client in the assessment period, the execution number of accurate marketing activities in the assessment period and the marketing performance of policy specific products.
8. A customer manager capacity map generating apparatus, comprising:
the basic data acquisition module is used for respectively acquiring the respective basic data of each customer manager in a preset assessment period, wherein the basic data comprises: the system comprises account quantity data, account deposit data and historical behavior data interacted with clients;
and the index value calculation module is used for calculating index values of various evaluation indexes corresponding to each customer manager according to the basic data, wherein the evaluation indexes comprise: an administrator ability index, a living customer ability index, a revenue generating ability index, a money absorbing ability index and an execution ability index;
the index map score determining module is used for determining the index map score of each customer manager on each evaluation index according to the index value of the evaluation index corresponding to each customer manager;
and the capacity map generation module is used for respectively generating the capacity map of each customer manager in the assessment period according to the index map scores.
9. The customer manager ability map generation apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the index map score determination module specifically includes:
the ranking unit is used for ranking the index values of all the client managers according to the sequence from top to bottom aiming at each evaluation index;
the top score setting unit is used for setting the index map score corresponding to the client manager with the first ranking proportion on the evaluation index in the ranking of each evaluation index as a preset top score;
the lowest score setting unit is used for setting the index map score corresponding to the client manager with the second proportion on the evaluation index after ranking in the ranking of each evaluation index as a preset lowest score;
and the middle score setting unit is used for determining the index map scores of other client managers on the evaluation indexes except the index map score which is the preset lowest score and the preset highest score according to the index values corresponding to the demarcation points of the first proportion before the ranking, the index values corresponding to the demarcation points of the second proportion after the ranking, the preset highest score and the preset lowest score in the ranking aiming at each evaluation index.
10. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when executed in a computer processor, implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
