[ detailed description ] embodiments
For better understanding of the technical solutions of the present invention, the following detailed descriptions of the embodiments of the present invention are provided with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be understood that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The terminology used in the embodiments of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used in the examples of the present invention and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
It should be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein is merely one type of associative relationship that describes an associated object, meaning that three types of relationships may exist, e.g., A and/or B, may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship.
In the existing e-commerce development, a user often has strong randomness for purchasing items, and the randomness is not only reflected in the aspect of geographic positions but also reflected in the aspect of time. It is possible that different users purchase the same goods and that the users' geographical locations vary widely. It is also possible that the user purchases the same item, geographically close but at a different time. In both cases, different routes of delivery need to be used. Using different delivery routes results in a great waste of human resources and time.
In order to solve the existing technical problem, embodiments of the present invention provide a user-based management method, apparatus, device, and computer storage medium.
First, a user-based management method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is described below.
Fig. 1 illustrates a flowchart of a user-based management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may include the following steps:
and step S101, acquiring the geographical position information and shopping preference information of the first user.
Specifically, the first user includes a plurality of users. The geographical location information may include geographical locations where a plurality of users are located or geographical locations reserved by a plurality of users.
Specifically, the shopping preference information includes information of items browsed by the first user and information of items not purchased by the first user in a preset period. The unpurchased item information may further include an item that has not been purchased in the same category to which the item that the first user has purchased belongs.
As a specific example, the first user has previously purchased a tea cup and has not purchased a tea pot, where the tea pot may be the first user's shopping preference information.
And S102, obtaining order information of a second user, wherein the order information comprises order geographical position information and order article information.
Specifically, the second user includes a plurality of users. The order information includes information in the order that the user has paid for.
And step S103, acquiring a path between order geographical position information and delivery geographical position information.
Wherein the path includes a straight line path and other paths between the order geographic location and the delivery geographic location. Other paths include planned paths on the map App.
And step S104, recommending the order item to the first user when the shopping preference information of the first user comprises the order item information and the straight distance between the first user and the path meets the threshold value.
Specifically, when the shopping preference information of the first user includes the order items paid by the second user, and the straight-line distance between the geographic position of the first user and the path between the order address position and the delivery geographic position of the second user satisfies the threshold, the items of the order paid by the second user are recommended to the first user.
The user-based management method provided by the embodiment of the application obtains the geographic position information and the shopping preference information of the first user, obtains the order information of the second user, wherein the order information comprises the order geographic position information and the order item information, and obtains the path between the order geographic position information and the delivery geographic position information.
In order to further reduce the waste of time and resources when the user purchases on the e-commerce platform, the present invention further provides a flowchart of a user-based management method according to another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the method may include the following steps:
step S201, obtaining the geographical position information and shopping preference information of the first user.
Step S202, obtaining second user order information, wherein the order information comprises order geographical position information and order article information.
And step S203, acquiring a path between order geographical position information and delivery geographical position information.
And step S204, recommending the order item to the first user when the shopping preference information of the first user comprises the order item information and the straight distance between the first user and the path meets the threshold value.
The above steps have been described in detail in the above embodiments, and are not described again here.
Step S205, if the first user purchases the ordered item within the first preset period, the first user and the second user are shipped.
Specifically, the first preset period is not specifically limited herein.
And in a preset period, when the first user purchases the order item purchased from the first user, the first user and the second user are delivered according to the geographical positions of the first user and the second user.
Step S206, if the first user and the second user are delivered together, the order amount of the first user and the second user with preset amount is reduced and saved.
In particular, to encourage the first user to purchase the recommended goods, the amount of the first user's order may be discounted. The first user and the second user may also be debited together.
The above embodiment of another user-based management method provided by the embodiment of the application obtains geographic location information and shopping preference information of a first user, obtains order information of a second user, obtains a path between the order geographic location information and delivery geographic location information, and recommends an order item to the first user when the shopping preference information of the first user includes the order item information and a straight line distance from the first user to the path meets a threshold, so that waste of time and human resources when the user shops on an e-commerce platform can be further reduced.
In order to avoid waiting for the first user to purchase the item, and the second user has paid for the item and the second user has delivered the item too long, the present invention further provides a flow chart of a user-based management method according to another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the method may include the following steps:
step S301, geographic position information and shopping preference information of the first user are obtained.
Step S302, obtaining second user order information, wherein the order information comprises order geographical position information and order article information.
And step S303, acquiring a path between order geographical position information and delivery geographical position information.
Step S304, recommending the order item to the first user when the shopping preference information of the first user comprises the order item information and the straight distance between the first user and the path meets the threshold value.
The above steps have been described in detail in the above embodiments, and are not described again here.
Step S305, if the first user does not purchase the ordered item within the first preset period, only shipping the ordered item to the first user.
In detail, the first user does not purchase the item according to the recommendation within the first preset period. The second user is shipped to avoid having to ship for too long.
In the embodiment of the user-based management method provided by the embodiment of the present application, the geographic location information and the shopping preference information of the first user are obtained, the order information of the second user is obtained, where the order information includes the order geographic location information and the order item information, and a path between the order geographic location information and the delivery geographic location information is obtained, and when the shopping preference information of the first user includes the order item information and a straight line distance from the first user to the path meets a threshold, the order item is recommended to the first user, so that waste of time and human resources when the user shops on the e-commerce platform can be further reduced.
Based on the same inventive concept, the application also provides a management device based on the user.
