Background
The scroll compressor is a compressor of compressible volume composed of a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, involute profiles of the fixed scroll and the movable scroll having the same parameter are different by 180 ° when they are installed and the movable scroll is engaged with the fixed scroll on a radius of rotation. As the crankshaft rotates, compressed gas is continuously discharged from the scroll compression chamber into the discharge high pressure chamber. Because the compressed gas is in a high-temperature and high-pressure state, the surface of the oil pool is close to the lubricating oil of the compressed gas to foam, and the generated lubricating oil foam flows to the direction of the exhaust port along the airflow channel along with the compressed gas. In addition, the lubricating oil discharged from the lubricating system of the compressor is also foamed under the action of the compressed gas, and the generated lubricating oil foam also flows along the compressed gas to the direction of the exhaust port along the gas flow channel. When the compressor runs, under the action of the bearing support plate, the oil level of the oil pool in the exhaust cavity is higher than that in the exhaust high-pressure cavity. The lubricating oil in the exhaust cavity is foamed to generate foam under the action of the compressed gas, and the foam is closer to the exhaust pipe and is easier to be taken out of the compressor under the action of the gas flow. The lubricating oil foam can lead to the compressor lack of oil along with the exhaust discharge, under frequency conversion or other abominable operating modes, the mode of failure such as wearing and tearing, vibration noise increase, bent axle locking appear.
