The core-changing bolt 205B is of a semi-arc structure, the core-changing limiting block 205C is of a boss-shaped structure, and the corner edge of the boss is processed into an arc shape through chamfering.
The outer wall surfaces of the lock cylinder body at the right side and the left side of the lock cylinder body 201 are respectively and correspondingly provided with 4 right lock cylinder blade clamping grooves 208 and left lock cylinder blade clamping grooves 209; the core-changing positioning piece clamping groove 207 is formed in the outer wall surface of the lock cylinder body 201, located between the right lock cylinder blade clamping groove 208 or the left lock cylinder blade clamping groove 209 and the lock cylinder body positioning block 201A, on one side of the lock cylinder body 201.
The invention discloses an invisible three-level management lock with a replaceable lock core, which comprises the following working method and working principle for replacing the lock core:
as shown in fig. 4, 12, 13, and 15, in the state that the key 10 is not inserted, the key-changing positioning piece 205 is ejected outward by the leaf spring 202, i.e., the key hole is taken as an axis and the key is ejected outward along the radial direction from the central line, the key-changing bolt 205B and the key-changing limiting block 205C are both located in the key-changing positioning piece retaining groove 105, as shown in fig. 6, even though the key body 201 can rotate after the employee key and the lead key are inserted into the second-stage key, i.e., the employee key is the first-stage key and the lead key is the second-stage key, and the key is the third-stage key (the same applies below), the key-changing positioning piece 205 protrudes out of the key body 201, so that the key body 201 can only rotate and cannot move axially.
When the core-changing key 10 is inserted, the right lock cylinder blade 203 moves rightwards, the blade protruding out of the lock cylinder body 201 retracts into the lock cylinder body 201, the left lock cylinder blade 204 moves leftwards, the protruding blade retracts into the left lock cylinder blade 201, the core-changing key 1001 pushes the core-changing toothed groove 205A to enable the core-changing positioning blade 205 to move rightwards, the core-changing bolt 205B retracts into the lock cylinder body 201, the core-changing limiting block 205C still protrudes out of the lock cylinder body 201, and when the core-changing key 1001 rotates 90 degrees, namely the lock cylinder body 201 rotates 90 degrees, the core-changing limiting block 205C is just positioned in the core-changing groove 104, so that the lock cylinder body 201 can move axially, namely the whole lock cylinder 2 can be pulled out integrally; thereby realizing the function of replacing the lock cylinder.
The invention relates to an invisible three-level management lock with a replaceable lock core, a three-level management function and a three-level management method thereof,
as shown in fig. 6, in the locked state, the right cylinder blade 203 and the left cylinder blade 204 are sprung to both sides by the blade spring 202 and are stopped by the cylinder blade stopper 103, and the cylinder body 201 cannot rotate.
A first-level key of an employee key or a second-level key of a leader key is inserted into a lock cylinder hole of the lock cylinder body 201, the right lock cylinder blade 203 and the left lock cylinder blade 204 retract into the lock cylinder body 201, the chip replacing positioning piece 205 is fixed and clamped in the chip replacing positioning piece blocking groove 105, the lock cylinder 2 can rotate, but the lock cylinder 2 cannot be taken out;
as shown in fig. 1-14, the lock shape of the employee key is specially configured according to the tooth patterns of the right key blade 203 and the left key blade 204 in a certain lock, and only a specific lock can be opened, and the lock shape of the leader key or the lock body structure is configured according to the tooth pattern ranges of the right key blade 203 and the left key blade 204 in the same lock of the same batch, covers all the tooth pattern ranges in the same lock of the same batch, and can open all the locks in the same batch;
the lock shape of the core-changing key 1001 is the same as that of the leader key, and the function of shifting the core-changing positioning piece 205 is added;
when the key is maintained, namely the core replacing key 1001 is inserted, the right core blade 203 and the left core blade 204 retract into the core body 201, the core replacing locking bolt 205B of the core replacing positioning piece 205 retracts, the core body 201 is rotated, the end of the core replacing limiting block 205C of the core replacing positioning piece 205 is aligned to the core replacing groove 104, and the core body 201 can axially move, so that the core 2 can be taken out.

as shown in fig. 1-15, when the invisible three-stage management lock of the replaceable lock cylinder of the present invention is in the invisible state, as shown in fig. 11, the button 301 is pressed to push the connecting shaft 304 to move upward or axially toward the invisible three-stage management lock of the replaceable lock cylinder, the connecting tooth 304A of the connecting shaft 304 contacts with the inclined surface 305B of the rotary tooth, so that the rotary block 305 moves upward while rotating counterclockwise by one tooth, i.e., the connecting tooth 304A rotates by one tooth, the button 301 is released, the rotary block 305 moves downward under the action of the rotary block spring 306, and the rotary tooth 305A is located in the straight groove 303C due to one tooth being rotated, and the rotary block 305 continues to move downward until the inclined surface 305B of the rotary tooth contacts with the stepped stop surface 303D, and the button 301 springs outward under the action of the button spring 302 due to the fixed connection of the connecting shafts 304 and 301. When the button 301 is pressed again, the connecting shaft 304 pushes the rotating block 305 upwards to move upwards, and simultaneously rotates one tooth anticlockwise again, the button 301 is released, the rotating block 305 moves downwards under the action of the rotating block spring 306, meanwhile, due to the rotation of one tooth, the rotating tooth 305A is located at the gradual change lug 303B, the inclined surface 305B of the rotating tooth is in inclined surface contact with the gradual change lug 303B, the rotating block 305 and the connecting shaft 304 are prevented from continuing to move downwards, and the button 301 is restored to the invisible state.
After inserting the key and rotating 180 degrees, trade core connecting block 206 and also rotate, make the circular arc surface of trading core connecting block 206 stagger locking plate bayonet 402, locking plate 4 is in rotatable state, pop out button 301 and rotate 45 degrees, because rotatory tooth inclined plane 305B falls in straight flute 303C, drive connecting axle 304, rotatory piece 305, lock base 303 simultaneously rotatory when button 301 is rotatory, and then drive locking plate 4 and press the rotation of courage piece 6.
