Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a formwork connecting structure 100 including a first connecting member 10, a second connecting member 20, and a first fixing member 30. The first connecting member 10 is provided with a connecting hole 121 and a first fixing hole 122 penetrating the first connecting member 10 and communicating with the connecting hole 121. The second connecting member 20 is provided with a second fixing hole 20a corresponding to the first fixing hole 122, and the second connecting member 20 is movably disposed in the connecting hole 121. The first fixing member 30 is disposed in the first fixing hole 122 and the second fixing hole 20 a.
The length of the first connecting member 10 ranges from 40mm to 80mm, the diameter of the connecting hole 121 ranges from 10mm to 15mm, and the diameter of the first connecting member 10 ranges from 15mm to 20 mm. In one embodiment, the length of the first connecting member 10 is 60mm, the diameter of the first connecting member 10 is 16mm, and the diameter of the connecting hole 121 is 12 mm. It will be appreciated that in another embodiment the length of the first connector 10 may also be 40mm, 50mm, 70mm or 80mm etc. The diameter of the first connecting piece 10 may also be 15mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm or 20mm, etc. The diameter of the connection hole 121 may also be 10mm, 11mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, or the like.

In one embodiment, the second connecting member 20 is a rod-shaped structure, but obviously, the second connecting member 20 is not limited thereto, such as a rectangular column in another embodiment. It should be noted that the cross-sectional area of the second connecting member 20 is adapted to the shape of the connecting hole 121, so that the second connecting member 20 can move along the length direction of the first connecting member 10 in the connecting hole 121.
In one embodiment, the first fixing member 30 is a ring-shaped pin, but obviously, the invention is not limited thereto, and as in another embodiment, the first fixing member 30 can also be a bayonet or other structures that can extend into the first fixing hole 122 and the second fixing hole 20a to fix the first connecting member 10 and the second connecting member 20.
In order to facilitate the fixing of the second connecting member 20 to another formwork member, the formwork connecting structure 100 further includes a second fixing member 40, the second connecting member 20 is further provided with a third fixing hole 20b, and the second fixing member 40 is provided in the third fixing hole 20 b. So that the second fixing member 40 is disposed in the third fixing hole 20b at the outer side of the formwork member when the second connecting member 20 is inserted into the other formwork member to connect the second connecting member 20 with the other formwork, thereby connecting the two formwork members.
Further, the width of the second fixing member 40 is sequentially decreased in the inserting direction of the second fixing member 40. When the fixing member gradually extends into the third fixing hole 20b, the side wall of the fixing member can be abutted against the third fixing hole 20b to connect the second connecting member 20 and the template member.

The third fixing hole 210a has an outer hole diameter of 24mm and an inner hole diameter of 16.5 mm.
In an embodiment, a line connecting centers of the plurality of third fixing holes 210a is parallel to the second sidewall 212 to correspond to the plurality of first mounting holes 220a arranged in parallel on the second template 220, thereby further facilitating the mounting of the first template 210 and the second template 220. It is to be understood that the arrangement position of the plurality of third fixing holes 210a is not limited thereto, and as in another embodiment, the connection of the centers of the plurality of third fixing holes 210a is arranged at an angle to the second sidewall 212 to correspond to the first mounting holes 220a at different positions on the second template 220.
The operation flow of one specific embodiment of the present application is as follows: before concrete is poured, a plurality of first formworks 210 and second formworks 220 are spliced to form a specific formwork frame 200, the connecting portions 12 are inserted into the third fixing holes 210a on the first formworks 210 and the first mounting holes 220a on the second formworks 220, and the fixing portions 11 are abutted against the third fixing holes 210 a. Then, the second connecting member 20 is inserted into the connecting hole 121 from the other end, and the first fixing hole 122 and the second fixing hole 20a are aligned and inserted into the first fixing hole 122 and the second fixing hole 20a by a fixing member to fix the first connecting member 10 and the second connecting member 20. The second fixing member 40 is inserted into and held in the third fixing hole 20b to fix the first and second formworks 210 and 220, and concrete is poured into a casting cavity formed between the plurality of first and second formworks 210 and 220.
After the concrete is solidified, the first fixing member 30 and the second fixing member 40 are pulled out, the second connecting member 20 is pulled out along the first direction, the second formwork 220 is pulled out along the direction perpendicular to the first direction, and the first formwork 210 and the first connecting member 10 are pulled out of the concrete wall, so that the work of detaching the first formwork 210 and the second formwork 220 is completed.
According to the scheme, the connecting holes 121 are formed in the first connecting pieces 10, the second connecting pieces 20 are arranged in the connecting holes 121 and can be separated from the first connecting pieces 10, so that the first connecting pieces 10 and the second connecting pieces 20 can be conveniently drawn out from two sides after concrete is poured, the formwork pieces can be drawn out upwards, and accordingly formwork removal is facilitated. And the first fixing member 30 is inserted into the first fixing hole 122 and the second fixing hole 20a to fix the first connecting member 10 and the second connecting member 20, thereby fixing the two formwork members, reducing the use of the inside corner formwork, and preventing the formwork members from being displaced during casting.
In addition, those skilled in the art should realize that the above embodiments are illustrative only and not limiting to the present application, and that suitable changes and modifications to the above embodiments are within the scope of the disclosure of the present application as long as they are within the true spirit and scope of the present application.
