本发明涉及建筑板材技术领域,尤其涉及一种建筑节能保温板材。
背景技术
建筑材料可分为结构材料、装饰材料和某些专用材料。结构材料包括木材、竹材、石材、水泥、混凝土、金属、砖瓦、陶瓷、玻璃、工程塑料、复合材料等;装饰材料包括各种涂料、油漆、镀层、贴面、各色瓷砖、具有特殊效果的玻璃等;专用材料指用于防水、防潮、防腐、防火、阻燃、隔音、隔热、保温、密封等。新型建筑材料是区别于传统的砖瓦、灰砂石等建材的建筑材料新品种,新型建材可以显著减轻建筑物自重。它主要包括新型墙体材料、保温隔热材料、防水密封材料和装饰装修材料,具有传统建筑材料无法比拟的功能。
而建筑保温板材就是一种极为常见的建筑材料。现有技术中的外墙建筑保温板材多采用发泡水泥等材料制成,其保温能力相对较差,从而会导致其使用的地域范围较小,而且该种板材的隔音能力也较弱,不适用于目前的建筑外墙的铺设。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的现有的建筑保温板材的保温能力较差,隔音能力较弱的缺点,而提出的一种建筑节能保温板材。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种建筑节能保温板材,包括若干个保温板,每相邻的两个所述保温板之间固定连接有固定机构,且若干个所述保温板之间均分别通过所述固定机构固定连接在一起,每相邻的两个所述保温板之间固定连接有加固机构;
所述保温板包括外基板和内基板,所述内基板设置于所述外基板的内部,所述内基板的内部填充有岩棉层,所述内基板的内侧壁上均匀地固定连接有多个加强柱,且多个所述加强柱均分别镶嵌在所述岩棉层之中,所述内基板的外侧壁上固定连接有隔音层,所述隔音层的外表面上固定连接有缓冲层,所述缓冲层的外表面上固定连接有保温层,且所述保温层固定连接在所述外基板的内侧壁上,所述外基板的外侧壁上设置有防水隔热机构。
优选的,所述固定机构包括第一连接板和第二连接板,所述第一连接板固定连接在其中一个所述保温板一侧的一端,所述第二连接板固定连接在相邻的一个所述保温板一侧的相对一端,所述第一连接板上固定连接有第一螺纹杆,所述第一连接板上开设有第一通孔,所述第二连接板上固定连接有第二螺纹杆,所述第二连接板上开设有第二通孔,且所述第一螺纹杆的一端贯穿所述第二通孔并通过螺母固定连接,所述第二螺纹杆的一端贯穿所述第一通孔并通过螺母固定连接。
优选的,所述加固机构包括两个加固板,其中一个所述加固板固定连接在其中一个所述保温板的一侧,另一个所述加固板固定连接在相邻的一个所述保温板的一侧,且两个所述加固板均分别通过螺栓固定连接在对应的所述保温板上,两个所述加固板的一侧固定连接有加强筋。
优选的,所述隔音层包括第一隔音材料层,所述第一隔音材料层固定连接在所述内基板的外侧壁上,所述第一隔音材料层的外表面上固定连接有第二隔音材料层,所述第二隔音材料层的外表面上固定连接有第三隔音材料层,且所述第三隔音材料层固定连接在所述缓冲层的内表面上。

S4、通过采用粘合剂在隔音层的外侧壁上粘接一层缓冲层;
S5、通过采用粘合剂在缓冲层的外侧壁上粘接一层保温层;
S6、然后再采用粘合剂将准备好的外基板粘接在保温层的外表面上;
S7、再在外基板的外侧壁上喷涂上一层非固化橡胶沥青防水涂层;最终在非固化橡胶沥青防水涂层的外表面上再喷涂上一层反射隔热涂层,即可完成了该保温板材的制备过程。
本发明提出的一种建筑节能保温板材,有益效果在于:该建筑节能保温板材首先,设计有隔音层,通过第一隔音材料层、第二隔音材料层、第三隔音材料层的设置,第一隔音材料层采用了阻尼隔音板,第二隔音材料层采用了橡塑吸音棉,第三隔音材料层采用了玻璃纤维隔音板,通过采用了该三种隔音材料的设置,从而能够使得了该保温板材具备了很好的隔音能力,进而有效地起到了消音降噪的效果;其次,设计有保温层,通过第一保温材料层、第二保温材料层、第三保温材料层的设置,第一保温材料层采用了膨胀珍珠岩板,第二保温材料层采用了SEPS板,第三保温材料层采用了聚氨酯硬泡保温复合板,通过采用了该三种保温材料的设置,从而能够使得了该保温板材具备了较强的保温能力,能够适用于外界的环境变化,扩大了其使用的地域范围;另外,通过采用非固化橡胶沥青防水涂层的防水层和采用反射隔热涂层的隔热层的设置,从而又能够起到了对该保温板材的防水和隔热的效果,可以延长了该保温板材的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1
参照图1-5,一种建筑节能保温板材,包括若干个保温板1,每相邻的两个保温板1之间固定连接有固定机构2,且若干个保温板1之间均分别通过固定机构2固定连接在一起,每相邻的两个保温板1之间固定连接有加固机构;若干个连接在一起的保温板1是固定安装到建筑墙体上的。
保温板1包括外基板11和内基板12,内基板12设置于外基板11的内部,内基板12的内部填充有岩棉层13,内基板12的内侧壁上均匀地固定连接有多个加强柱14,且多个加强柱14均分别镶嵌在岩棉层13之中,内基板12的外侧壁上固定连接有隔音层15,隔音层15包括第一隔音材料层151,第一隔音材料层151固定连接在内基板12的外侧壁上,第一隔音材料层151的外表面上固定连接有第二隔音材料层152,第二隔音材料层152的外表面上固定连接有第三隔音材料层153,且第三隔音材料层153固定连接在缓冲层16的内表面上,通过第一隔音材料层151、第二隔音材料层152、第三隔音材料层153的设置,第一隔音材料层151采用了阻尼隔音板,第二隔音材料层152采用了橡塑吸音棉,第三隔音材料层153采用了玻璃纤维隔音板,通过采用了该三种隔音材料的设置,从而能够使得了该保温板材具备了很好的隔音能力,进而有效地起到了消音降噪的效果。
隔音层15的外表面上固定连接有缓冲层16,缓冲层16的外表面上固定连接有保温层17,且保温层17固定连接在外基板11的内侧壁上,保温层17包括第一保温材料层171,第一保温材料层171固定连接在外基板11的内侧壁上,第一保温材料层171的内表面上固定连接有第二保温材料层172,第二保温材料层172的内表面上固定连接有第三保温材料层173,且第三保温材料层173固定连接在缓冲层16的外表面上,通过第一保温材料层171、第二保温材料层172、第三保温材料层173的设置,第一保温材料层171采用了膨胀珍珠岩板,第二保温材料层172采用了SEPS板,第三保温材料层173采用了聚氨酯硬泡保温复合板,通过采用了该三种保温材料的设置,从而能够使得了该保温板材具备了较强的保温能力,能够适用于外界的环境变化,扩大了其使用的地域范围。
外基板11的外侧壁上设置有防水隔热机构,防水隔热机构包括防水层18,防水层18设置在外基板11的外表面上,防水层18为非固化橡胶沥青防水涂层,防水层18的外表面上设置有隔热层19,隔热层19为反射隔热涂层,通过采用非固化橡胶沥青防水涂层的防水层18和采用反射隔热涂层的隔热层19的设置,从而又能够起到了对该保温板材的防水和隔热的效果,可以延长了该保温板材的使用寿命。
实施例2
参照图1和图5,作为本发明的另一优选实施例,与实施例1的区别在于,固定机构2包括第一连接板21和第二连接板24,第一连接板21固定连接在其中一个保温板1一侧的一端,第二连接板24固定连接在相邻的一个保温板1一侧的相对一端,第一连接板21上固定连接有第一螺纹杆22,第一连接板21上开设有第一通孔23,第二连接板24上固定连接有第二螺纹杆25,第二连接板24上开设有第二通孔26,且第一螺纹杆22的一端贯穿第二通孔26并通过螺母固定连接,第二螺纹杆25的一端贯穿第一通孔23并通过螺母固定连接,通过本设计,从而能够方便了对多个保温板材的安装和拼接过程。
实施例3
参照图1,作为本发明的另一优选实施例,与实施例1的区别在于,加固机构包括两个加固板3,其中一个加固板3固定连接在其中一个保温板1的一侧,另一个加固板3固定连接在相邻的一个保温板1的一侧,且两个加固板3均分别通过螺栓固定连接在对应的保温板1上,两个加固板3的一侧固定连接有加强筋4,通过加固板3和加强筋4的设置,从而能够增强了多个保温板材之间的拼接结构的稳固性和整体的结构强度。
本发明还提供了一种建筑节能保温板材的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、准备好外基板11和内基板12,并且分开放置;
S2、拿出内基板12,然后在内基板12的内部固定安装多个加强柱14,再向内基板12的内部注入填充满岩棉层13;
S3、通过采用粘合剂在内基板12的外侧壁上粘接一层隔音层15;
S4、通过采用粘合剂在隔音层15的外侧壁上粘接一层缓冲层16;
S5、通过采用粘合剂在缓冲层16的外侧壁上粘接一层保温层17;
S6、然后再采用粘合剂将准备好的外基板11粘接在保温层17的外表面上;
S7、再在外基板11的外侧壁上喷涂上一层非固化橡胶沥青防水涂层;最终在非固化橡胶沥青防水涂层的外表面上再喷涂上一层反射隔热涂层,即可完成了该保温板材的制备过程。

Claims (9)
1.一种建筑节能保温板材,包括若干个保温板(1),其特征在于,每相邻的两个所述保温板(1)之间固定连接有固定机构(2),且若干个所述保温板(1)之间均分别通过所述固定机构(2)固定连接在一起,每相邻的两个所述保温板(1)之间固定连接有加固机构;
所述保温板(1)包括外基板(11)和内基板(12),所述内基板(12)设置于所述外基板(11)的内部,所述内基板(12)的内部填充有岩棉层(13),所述内基板(12)的内侧壁上均匀地固定连接有多个加强柱(14),且多个所述加强柱(14)均分别镶嵌在所述岩棉层(13)之中,所述内基板(12)的外侧壁上固定连接有隔音层(15),所述隔音层(15)的外表面上固定连接有缓冲层(16),所述缓冲层(16)的外表面上固定连接有保温层(17),且所述保温层(17)固定连接在所述外基板(11)的内侧壁上,所述外基板(11)的外侧壁上设置有防水隔热机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑节能保温板材,其特征在于,所述固定机构(2)包括第一连接板(21)和第二连接板(24),所述第一连接板(21)固定连接在其中一个所述保温板(1)一侧的一端,所述第二连接板(24)固定连接在相邻的一个所述保温板(1)一侧的相对一端,所述第一连接板(21)上固定连接有第一螺纹杆(22),所述第一连接板(21)上开设有第一通孔(23),所述第二连接板(24)上固定连接有第二螺纹杆(25),所述第二连接板(24)上开设有第二通孔(26),且所述第一螺纹杆(22)的一端贯穿所述第二通孔(26)并通过螺母固定连接,所述第二螺纹杆(25)的一端贯穿所述第一通孔(23)并通过螺母固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑节能保温板材,其特征在于,所述加固机构包括两个加固板(3),其中一个所述加固板(3)固定连接在其中一个所述保温板(1)的一侧,另一个所述加固板(3)固定连接在相邻的一个所述保温板(1)的一侧,且两个所述加固板(3)均分别通过螺栓固定连接在对应的所述保温板(1)上,两个所述加固板(3)的一侧固定连接有加强筋(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑节能保温板材,其特征在于,所述隔音层(15)包括第一隔音材料层(151),所述第一隔音材料层(151)固定连接在所述内基板(12)的外侧壁上,所述第一隔音材料层(151)的外表面上固定连接有第二隔音材料层(152),所述第二隔音材料层(152)的外表面上固定连接有第三隔音材料层(153),且所述第三隔音材料层(153)固定连接在所述缓冲层(16)的内表面上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑节能保温板材,其特征在于,所述保温层(17)包括第一保温材料层(171),所述第一保温材料层(171)固定连接在所述外基板(11)的内侧壁上,所述第一保温材料层(171)的内表面上固定连接有第二保温材料层(172),所述第二保温材料层(172)的内表面上固定连接有第三保温材料层(173),且所述第三保温材料层(173)固定连接在所述缓冲层(16)的外表面上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑节能保温板材,其特征在于,所述防水隔热机构包括防水层(18),所述防水层(18)设置在所述外基板(11)的外表面上,所述防水层(18)的外表面上设置有隔热层(19)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种建筑节能保温板材,其特征在于,所述防水层(18)为非固化橡胶沥青防水涂层。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种建筑节能保温板材,其特征在于,所述隔热层(19)为反射隔热涂层。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任意一个所述的一种建筑节能保温板材的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、准备好外基板(11)和内基板(12),并且分开放置;
S2、拿出内基板(12),然后在内基板(12)的内部固定安装多个加强柱(14),再向内基板(12)的内部注入填充满岩棉层(13);
S3、通过采用粘合剂在内基板(12)的外侧壁上粘接一层隔音层(15);
S4、通过采用粘合剂在隔音层(15)的外侧壁上粘接一层缓冲层(16);
S5、通过采用粘合剂在缓冲层(16)的外侧壁上粘接一层保温层(17);
S6、然后再采用粘合剂将准备好的外基板(11)粘接在保温层(17)的外表面上;
S7、再在外基板(11)的外侧壁上喷涂上一层非固化橡胶沥青防水涂层;最终在非固化橡胶沥青防水涂层的外表面上再喷涂上一层反射隔热涂层,即可完成了该保温板材的制备过程。
