Claims (10)

1. A single-layer intelligent clothing sewing device comprises a double-needle sewing machine (1) and a bedplate (2), and is characterized by also comprising a wire conveying mechanism and a sewing and hemming mechanism; the sewing and hemming mechanism comprises an upper garment piece rolling plate (3), a lower garment piece rolling plate (4), a thread guide cylinder (5), an upper garment piece adjusting plate (6) and a lower garment piece adjusting plate (7); the upper garment piece rolling plate (3) and the lower garment piece rolling plate (4) are respectively arranged in a U-shaped plate; one plate of the upper garment piece rolling plate (3) is inserted between two plates of the U-shaped plate of the lower garment piece rolling plate (4) in a matched mode; the guide wire cylinder (5) is arranged between the upper garment piece rolling plate (3) and the lower garment piece rolling plate (4) and is arranged on the inner side of the U-shaped plate of the upper garment piece rolling plate (3) and the lower garment piece rolling plate (4); the upper garment piece adjusting plate (6) is arranged on the outer side of the lower garment piece rolling plate (4) and on the inner side of the upper garment piece rolling plate (3) through bolts; the lower garment piece adjusting plate (7) is arranged on the outer side of the upper garment piece rolling plate (3) and on the inner side of the lower garment piece rolling plate (4) through bolts; the left side and the right side of the outer wall of the end part of the guide wire cylinder (5) are respectively fixed on the upper garment piece rolling plate (3) and the lower garment piece rolling plate (4); the upper garment piece rolling plate (3) is arranged on the bedplate (2); the wire conveying mechanism conveys a wire into a wire guide cylinder (5); the end part of the guide wire cylinder (5) is matched with a presser foot (8) and a needle plate (9) of the double-needle sewing machine (1).

The single-layer intelligent garment sewing device according to claim 1, wherein the thread guide conveying mechanism comprises a thread guide roller (10), three thread guide shafts (11), a thread guide rail (12), a bracket (13) and a motor (14); the support (13) is detachably arranged on the bedplate (2); the motor (14) is arranged on the bracket (13), and an output shaft is connected with the guide roller (10); the three lead shafts (11) are arranged on the bracket (13) in a delta shape; the thread guide rail (12) is detachably arranged on the double-needle sewing machine (1).
3. Single-layer intelligent clothing sewing device according to claim 2, characterized in that the outer side of the thread guide shaft (11) is sleeved with a rotatable hard plastic layer.

Single-layer intelligent garment sewing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the presser foot (8) is provided with two elongated needle holes one (801) in cooperation with a sewing needle of a two-needle sewing machine (1); a first groove (802) is formed in the bottom surface of the presser foot (8); the front end of the presser foot (8) is integrally provided with a raising foot (803).

7. Single-layer intelligent clothing sewing device according to claim 5, characterized in that the first groove (802) and the second groove (901) have the same width, which is between 0.3-1.5 cm.

A single-layer intelligent clothing sewing method is characterized in that the single-layer intelligent clothing sewing device is used; firstly, adjusting the aperture of a wire guide cylinder (5) and a wire guide rail (13) to be 1-10mm larger than the diameter of an intelligent clothing wire (16) according to the thickness and the diameter of the intelligent clothing wire (16); secondly, the intelligent clothing wires (16) are driven by a motor (14) of the wire conveying mechanism to rotate a wire guide roller (10) for uniform conveying; the intelligent clothing wire (16) is wound around the three wire shafts (11) in an S shape, the tightness is adjusted, and then the intelligent clothing wire enters a wire cylinder (5) of a sewing and hemming mechanism through a wire guide rail (12) and penetrates out to the front end of a warped foot (803) of the presser foot (8); the height of the fine tooth row (1502) of the feed dog (15) is adjusted to be 0.2-1.5mm higher than the tooth hole (902) of the needle plate (9); the distance between a top piece adjusting plate (6) and a lower piece adjusting plate (7) of the sewing and hemming mechanism is adjusted to be 0.3-2cm by using bolts; rolling the upper garment piece into an upper garment piece rolling plate (3) of a sewing and hemming mechanism, and rolling the lower garment piece into a lower garment piece rolling plate (4); the upper garment piece, the lower garment piece and the intelligent garment lead (16) are simultaneously plugged into the space between the presser foot (8) and the needle plate (9) for sewing, and when the intelligent garment lead (16) passes through the first groove (802) of the presser foot (8), the intelligent garment lead is wrapped inside the sewing heads of the upper garment piece and the lower garment piece; all seams of the intelligent garment are wrapped with the intelligent garment lead (16) in the mode, and the sewing of the seams is completed; and finally, leading out one end of an intelligent garment lead (16) at the bottom edge of the garment to be connected with a power supply, and finishing the manufacturing of the intelligent garment.
