Background
The road traffic marking plays an important role in indicating and warning in daily life of people, is an indispensable information mark in modern life, and widely exists in different climatic regions, so that different requirements are imposed on weather resistance and construction of the road marking paint in different regions. The common road marking paint on the market at present mainly comprises solvent type, hot melt type, two components and water-based paint, wherein the solvent type paint is gradually replaced by other paints due to serious pollution in the construction process. The two-component coating and the water-based coating have better environmental protection, but because the two-component coating and the water-based coating have longer curing time and are greatly influenced by climate during construction, the two-component coating and the water-based coating are not suitable for being used in crowded road sections and humid climate areas. The drying time of the hot-melt road marking coating is relatively short, the coating can be completely cured within 3-5 min, but the operation is still greatly hindered under the conditions of a large number of vehicles and passing. Accordingly, there is a need to develop a road marking paint that is not affected by weather and can be cured in a short time to solve the problems existing in the current road marking paints. The UV photocuring coating has the advantages of no Volatile Organic Compound (VOC), small environmental pollution, energy conservation, low cost and the like, has high curing speed, can be completely cured within dozens of seconds, is not influenced by environment and humidity, is a high-efficiency, environment-friendly and energy-saving high-quality coating, can greatly improve the construction efficiency and traffic capacity when being applied to road markings, is not limited by use areas, and is beneficial to the basic construction of road engineering in China.
When the UV curing coating is applied to road markings, the coating has the characteristics of high identification degree, high covering power and the like, and the components such as titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate and the like are usually added in the coating to meet the requirements, but the components have the effects of absorption, reflection, scattering and the like on ultraviolet light, the aggregation phenomenon is easy to occur, the ultraviolet light cannot penetrate through the components, so that a bottom layer photoinitiator cannot absorb enough ultraviolet light to initiate polymerization, and the curing thickness of the coating is only hundreds of micrometers. For thicker coatings in actual use, the problem of incomplete curing of primer paint exists, the phenomenon of poor adhesion between the paint and a road surface and even wrinkling of the surface layer is caused, and the requirement of road marking in China cannot be met. Therefore, a UV-curable road marking paint which can satisfy the characteristics of high recognition degree, high covering power and the like of a paint coating and can solve the technical problems of easy agglomeration of pigments in the paint, incomplete curing of a primer and the like in the prior art is needed.

Aiming at the technical problems, the invention provides the UV fast-curing road marking paint, which can be fast cured under the actual use thickness under the condition of meeting the strong covering power of the road marking, has good adhesive force with the road surface, and has the advantages of simple and convenient construction, no influence of climate, environmental protection and the like when being applied to the road marking.

the preparation method of the UV fast curing road marking paint comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of photoinitiator, 10-20 parts of reactive diluent, 50-60 parts of oligomer, 40-50 parts of pigment, 5-10 parts of thick coating covering modifier and 2-3 parts of auxiliary agent.
The photoinitiator is any one or combination of more of PI 184, PI 651, PI 819, PI 1173 and PI TPO.
The reactive diluent is any one or combination of more of acrylic ester, methacrylate, vinyl ether and epoxy.
The oligomer is any one or combination of more of unsaturated polyester, epoxy acrylic resin, polyurethane acrylic resin, polyester acrylic resin, polyether acrylic resin, pure acrylic resin and vinyl resin.
The pigment is a composite of any one or more of titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, lithopone, sun-proof yellow G, Hansa yellow R, permanent yellow GR, pigment yellow 129 and iron yellow.
The particle size distribution of the titanium dioxide is 10-100 mu m.
The thick coating covering modifier is quartz glass powder with the particle size of 1-10 mu m.
The auxiliary agent is one or more of a defoaming agent, a flatting agent, a wetting dispersant, a flatting agent, a polymerization inhibitor, an anti-settling agent and a flow stopping agent.
The defoaming agent is any one or combination of a plurality of lower alcohols (ethanol and n-butanol), organic polar compounds (tributyl phosphate and metal soap), mineral oil, organic polymers (polyether and polyacrylate) and organic silicon resin (polydimethylsiloxane and modified polysiloxane).

The flatting agent is any one or combination of more of metal soap, modified oil, wax and functional filler.
The polymerization inhibitor is any one or combination of more of p-hydroxyanisole, hydroquinone and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol.
The anti-settling agent is polyamide wax slurry additive.
The flow stopping agent is an amine functional oligomer amide solution.
The preparation method of the UV fast curing road marking paint comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the components according to the formula ratio, adding the active diluent and the oligomer into a reaction container, and stirring at 800-1200 r/min and 10-30 ℃ for 40-60 min to fully dissolve the components to obtain a mixed material 1;
(2) adding a photoinitiator, a pigment, a thick coating covering modifier and an auxiliary agent into the mixed material 1 prepared in the step (1), and stirring at 1200-1500 r/min and 10-30 ℃ for 30-45 min to obtain a UV (ultraviolet) fast curing road marking paint;
(3) and preparing the rapidly cured road marking paint by adopting an ultraviolet curing machine.
The wavelength of an LED curing lamp of the ultraviolet curing machine is 320-400 nm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the UV fast-curing road marking paint prepared by the invention solves the problem that the traditional UV curing paint is not suitable for road markings, and the road marking paint with a base layer capable of being completely cured in 50s is prepared, and meanwhile, the paint has good adhesive force and good wear resistance and weather resistance with the road surface under a certain thickness, wherein the hardness and the adhesive force meet the requirements of the road marking paint. The UV curing coating is better applied to the road marking, and provides diversified choices for the road marking coating.
2. The UV fast-curing road marking paint prepared by the invention can uniformly disperse the pigment in a paint system without agglomeration through controlling the pigment particle size, screening the resin type and adjusting the paint concentration, thereby reducing the problems of low light transmittance and influence on curing caused by uneven pigment distribution.
3. Aiming at the problem that the pigments such as titanium dioxide in the road marking paint are opaque, so that ultraviolet light cannot penetrate through the paint, and further the deep layer of the paint cannot be cured. According to the invention, the quartz glass particles with specific particle sizes are added, and the nonlinear transmission of ultraviolet light is realized through the reflection and refraction effects of the ultraviolet light on the surfaces of the quartz particles, so that the ultraviolet light can bypass the pigment particles to reach the inside of the coating, and the deep rapid ultraviolet light initiated curing of the road marking coating is realized.
3. The UV fast-curing road marking paint prepared by the invention has the advantages of good environmental protection, energy conservation, simple and convenient construction, no influence of environmental factors and the like, can be constructed in different climatic regions and even busy regions in China, can better promote the road infrastructure in China, reduces the influence on road traffic, and has good popularization value.

(1) Weighing 20g of propane trimethanol triacrylate and 60g of acrylic resin, adding into a reaction container, and stirring at 1000r/min and 25 ℃ for 30min to fully and uniformly mix the components to obtain a mixed material 1.
(2) Adding 2g of PI TPO, 50g of titanium dioxide, 10g of thick coating covering modifier and 3g of auxiliary agent into the mixed material 1 prepared in the step (1), and stirring at 1400r/min and 25 ℃ for 30min to obtain the UV fast-curing road marking paint;
(3) and preparing the UV fast-curing road marking coating film by adopting an ultraviolet curing machine with the wavelength of 320-360 nm.
Example 3
(1) Weighing 15g of propane trimethanol triacrylate and 55g of acrylic resin, adding into a reaction container, and stirring at 1000r/min and 25 ℃ for 40min to fully and uniformly mix the components to obtain a mixed material 1.
(2) Adding 1.5g of PI TPO, 45g of titanium dioxide, 7g of thick coating covering modifier and 2.5g of auxiliary agent into the mixed material 1 prepared in the step (1), and stirring at 1400r/min and 25 ℃ for 30min to obtain the UV fast-curing road marking paint;
(3) and preparing the UV fast-curing road marking coating film by adopting an ultraviolet curing machine with the wavelength of 360-400 nm.
Example 4
(1) Weighing 18g of propane trimethanol triacrylate and 58g of acrylic resin, adding into a reaction container, and stirring at 1000r/min and 25 ℃ for 40min to fully and uniformly mix the components to obtain a mixed material 1.
(2) Adding 1.8g of PI TPO, 48g of titanium dioxide, 8g of thick coating covering modifier and 2.8g of auxiliary agent into the mixed material 1 prepared in the step (1), and stirring at 1400r/min and 25 ℃ for 30min to obtain the UV fast-curing road marking paint;
(3) and preparing the UV fast-curing road marking coating film by adopting an ultraviolet curing machine with the wavelength of 360-400 nm.
Comparative example
(1) Weighing 18g of propane trimethanol triacrylate and 58g of acrylic resin, adding into a reaction container, and stirring at 1000r/min and 25 ℃ for 40min to fully and uniformly mix the components to obtain a mixed material 1.
(2) And (3) adding 1.8g of PI TPO, 48g of titanium dioxide and 2.8g of auxiliary agent into the mixed material 1 prepared in the step (1), and stirring at 1400r/min and 25 ℃ for 30min to obtain the UV fast-curing road marking paint.
(3) And preparing the UV fast-curing road marking coating film by adopting an ultraviolet curing machine with the wavelength of 320-360 nm.
Second, performance verification
The UV fast curing road marking coatings prepared in examples 1-4 were subjected to index property verification and compared to the comparative examples (no build-up hiding modifier added) for properties as shown in Table 1.
The following performance tests were performed on the above examples 1-4 and comparative examples:
(1) and (3) measuring the drying time of the coating film: the assay was performed with reference to GB 6753.2-86;
(2) and (3) testing the adhesive force: assays were performed with reference to GB/T1720-1979;
(3) and (3) testing the compressive strength: testing by an electronic universal testing machine;

Index performance detection results show that the curing time of the UV fast-curing road marking coating prepared by the invention is greatly shortened compared with that of a comparative example under the condition of meeting the requirements of adhesive force, compressive strength and wear resistance. The curing time is within 50s, and the problem of rapid curing of the road marking paint in a short time is solved. The invention does not contain organic volatile matters, can be used in different climatic regions, and is an environment-friendly coating with good economic and social benefits.
