The invention discloses a transparent PVC composition, a preparation method and an application thereof, wherein the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin; 0.5-1.0 part of a lubricant; 1-2 parts of dioctyl phthalate; 1-2 parts of an MBS toughening agent; 0.1-0.8 part of ABS resin; 3-4 parts of an organic tin stabilizer; 0.01-0.03 part of weather resistant agent; the transparent PVC composition is processed by a conical screw, and the screw compression ratio of the conical screw is 1: (1.1-1.2). The PVC composition has better light transmittance, mechanical property and brittleness.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of modified PVC materials, and particularly relates to a transparent PVC composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a general plastic with large output, wide application and excellent comprehensive performance, and the hard PVC pipeline is widely applied to the fields of drainage, cable sheath and the like due to high cost performance. In a building house, the drainage pipeline is frequently blocked by wastes, so that the visual drainage pipeline is convenient to overhaul and is required by the public; in the house decoration process, how to ensure the safety and reliability of cables hidden in walls and panels is one of the most important concerns of owners.
Generally, dioctyl phthalate (DOP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and para-phenyl DOTP are added into a transparent PVC material to improve the demolding capacity of a PVC resin in a processing process and the smoothness of the resin in a molding process, but after the DOP, the DBP, plant modified oil or white oil is added, the brittleness of the PVC resin is increased, and in order to reduce the brittleness, an MBS toughening agent is generally added into a system, for example, chinese patent (CN112226020A) discloses a cold-resistant transparent plastic particle and a preparation method thereof, wherein para-phenyl DOTP is adopted to reduce friction between the resin and processing equipment and improve the demolding effect, but the brittleness of the PVC resin is increased due to the addition of para-phenyl DOTP, and the MBS toughening agent is generally added into the system in the prior art, but the addition of the MBS toughening agent causes the increase of the softness of a PVC pipe, and the compressive strength of the PVC pipe is reduced.
On the other hand, in the preparation of transparent PVC pipes, PVC resin is easy to decompose in the processing process to cause the PVC resin to turn yellow, and at present, in order to solve the problem, a whitening agent or a decolorizer is generally added in the prior art to ensure the transparency, but the performance of the PVC resin is greatly reduced because the PVC resin is decomposed.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a PVC material with good mechanical properties and transparency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a transparent PVC composition for overcoming the defect that the mechanical property and the transparency of the transparent PVC material cannot be simultaneously met.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the transparent PVC composition.
Another object of the present invention is to provide the use of said transparent PVC composition.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

The invention adopts dioctyl phthalate, MBS flexibilizer, ABS resin and lubricant to improve the demoulding effect and mechanical property. The dioctyl phthalate and the lubricant reduce the friction force between the PVC resin and processing equipment, improve the demolding effect and increase the smoothness of the product; the MBS toughening agent is added to prevent the brittleness of the resin from increasing due to the addition of dioctyl phthalate, the small amount of ABS resin is added to prevent the rigidity of the resin from decreasing due to the addition of the MBS toughening agent, the compression resistance and the heat resistance of the PVC resin are improved, the content of the ABS resin is not more than 0.8 part, and the resin fusion is poor and the drop hammer impact is reduced due to the excessively high content.
On the other hand, the inventors have creatively found that by adjusting the screw compression ratio of the conical screw to 1: (1.1-1.2) the plasticizing strength can be reduced, the transparency reduction caused by yellowing of the PVC resin due to overheating decomposition can be prevented, and the mechanical property reduction of the PVC resin due to overheating decomposition can also be prevented. The reason is that the screw compression ratio of the existing conical screw is more than 1:1.3, the plasticization is too strong, and dioctyl phthalate and PVC resin are easy to decompose due to overheating, so that the mechanical property is reduced.
The screw compression ratio refers to the ratio of the volume of each screw groove in the screw feeding section to the volume of each screw groove in the metering section.
Preferably, the conical screw is subjected to an electroplating treatment.
The inventor finds that the stripping capability of the PVC resin can be improved by subjecting the conical screw to electroplating treatment.
Preferably, the extrusion die of the conical screw is subjected to an electroplating treatment.
After the extrusion die of the conical screw is subjected to electroplating treatment, the surface is smooth, resin is not adhered to a film, and the demolding effect is further improved.
The electroplating treatment refers to plating a layer of metal chromium film on the surfaces of the conical screw and the extrusion die.
Preferably, the MBS toughening agent is a methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene terpolymer.
Preferably, the polyvinyl chloride resin has a weight average molecular weight of 6 to 8 ten thousand.
Preferably, the organotin stabilizer is one of lauric acid esters, maleic acid esters or mercaptans.

Preferably, the extrusion processing temperature in the step S2 is 160-180 ℃.
A transparent PVC pipe comprising the transparent PVC composition.
The PVC pipe prepared from the transparent PVC composition has good mechanical properties and is not easy to become brittle.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a transparent PVC composition, which adopts dioctyl phthalate, MBS toughening agent, ABS resin and lubricant to improve the demolding effect and mechanical property. The inventor creatively discovers that the compression ratio of the conical screw is 1: (1.1-1.2) can overcome the defects of mechanical property reduction and PVC color yellowing caused by decomposition of PVC resin, so that the PVC composition has high transparency and good mechanical property.

MBS flexibilizer: b625, brillouin, japan;
ABS resin: PA-758, Taiwan Chimei;
organic tin stabilizers: 181, yunnan tin industry;
weather resisting agent: antioxidant 158, Donggubao xu chemical;
examples and comparative examples transparent PVC compositions were prepared by a process comprising the steps of:

The PVC compositions prepared in the above examples and comparative examples all passed the following performance tests:
impact resistance: referring to GB/T5836.1-2019, a drop hammer tester is adopted, a hammer head DN90, 1kg, 2m, 23 +/-2 ℃ and a sample length of 200mm are adopted, and 10 groups of samples are taken for an impact test;
and (3) detecting the transparency: the test is carried out by referring to the determination of the light transmittance and the haze of the transparent plastic (GB/T2410-2008), and the light transmittance is expressed by using the range of 0-100 percent;
surface roughness: refer to JJF 1105 and 2018 calibration standard for contact pin type surface roughness measurement instrument. The surface roughness is less than or equal to 0.6, and the surface is smooth.
Vicat softening point: determined according to the provisions of GB/T8802-2001.

In comparative examples 1 to 3, if the screw compression ratio of the conical screw is not 1: (1.1-1.2), a PVC material with good mechanical property and transmittance can not be obtained, and if ABS resin is not added, the drop hammer impact is unqualified, and the Vicat softening point does not reach the standard. From comparative example 4, when the content of the ABS resin exceeds 0.8 parts, the drop weight impact is reduced and the surface roughness is increased.
