The medical waste bin as claimed in claim 5, wherein the inner diameter of the input port (3-2) is not larger than the inner diameter of the top opening of the bag placing cavity (2-8), and the medical waste bin further comprises a bag sealing piece (9) which has an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the input port (3-2) and is matched with the elastic ring (4-1); the bag sealing piece (9) comprises a holding part (9-1) and a pressing part (9-3) which are oppositely arranged, and a connecting rod (9-2) arranged between the middle part of the holding part (9-1) and the middle part of the pressing part (9-3); the outer diameter of the holding part (9-1) and the outer diameter of the pressing part (9-3) are both larger than the outer diameter of the connecting rod (9-2), and the inner diameter of the elastic ring (4-1) when tightened is smaller than the outer diameter of the pressing part (9-3).
