And because the wall paper covers on the rubber coating roller on the top of the rubber groove, the wall paper needs to be taken down for adding the rubber, so that the rubber adding is very inconvenient.
In order to solve the above problem, in addition to the above embodiment, the glue outlet 310 is disposed at the bottom of the glue groove 31, and the top of the glue groove 31 is opened to form a glue adding opening. Specifically, referring to fig. 10, 14 and 15, in the present embodiment, the glue groove 31 includes a bottom plate 311, two side plates 312 disposed at two opposite sides of the bottom plate 311 at intervals along the axial direction of the glue roller 32, and two side sealing plates 313 disposed at two opposite sides of the bottom plate 311 at intervals along the radial direction of the glue roller 32, a connecting beam 314 is disposed at the top of each side sealing plate 313, the connecting beam 314 is fixedly connected to the side plates 312, the glue outlet 310 is disposed on the bottom plate 311, and two opposite ends of the glue roller 32 are respectively rotatably connected to the corresponding side plates 312. Through the mutual cooperation of the bottom plate 311, the side plates 312 and the side sealing plates 313, the glue groove 31 integrally presents a structure with a cross section similar to a funnel, so that the glue can flow out from top to bottom.
Further, as shown in fig. 15, in the present embodiment, the glue groove 31 further includes a plurality of reinforcing ribs 315 disposed at intervals, and both ends of the reinforcing ribs 315 are respectively connected to the bottom plates 311 on both sides of the glue outlet 310. Further, referring to fig. 5, in the embodiment, the guide plates 13 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the mounting frame 10 perpendicular to the drawing direction of the glue groove 31, and the glue groove 31 is slidably disposed on the two guide plates 13. The guide plate 13 can guide the pulling movement of the glue groove 31 very well. Further, in this embodiment, the glue applying mechanism 30 further includes a glue discharging adjusting assembly 36, the glue applying roller 32 is mounted on the glue groove 31 through the glue discharging adjusting assembly 36, and the glue discharging adjusting assembly 36 is used for adjusting the glue discharging gap 301. Further, please refer to fig. 12 and 13, in this embodiment, the glue groove 31 includes two side plates 312 disposed at an interval along the axial direction of the glue applying roller 32, the opposite ends of the glue applying roller 32 are respectively sleeved with a bushing 35, each side plate 312 is respectively provided with an adjusting hole for accommodating the bushing 35, the aperture of the adjusting hole is larger than the outer diameter of the bushing 35, the upper side and the lower side of each side plate 312 are respectively provided with a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole, the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole both extend along the vertical direction and are communicated with the adjusting hole, the glue discharging adjusting assembly 36 and the side plates 312 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence, the glue discharging adjusting assembly 36 includes an adjusting piece 361, a tightening pin 362, an elastic piece 363 and a tightening piece 364, the adjusting piece 361 is disposed in the first mounting hole and is abutted against the bushing 35 along the vertical direction, the tightening pin 362, the elastic piece 363 and the tightening piece 364 are sequentially disposed in the second mounting hole, the tightening piece 364 is abutted against the elastic piece 363, the elastic member 363 acts on the tightening pin 362, and the tightening pin 362 compresses the bushing 35.
Specifically, the tightening pin 362 compresses the bushing 35 all the time under the action of the elastic member 363, and when the glue outlet gap 301 needs to be adjusted, only the adjusting members 361 on the two side plates 312 need to be adjusted, and the adjusting members 361 abut against the bushing 35, so that the bushing 35 can move up and down to a proper position in the adjusting hole, the operation is simple and convenient, and the purpose of adjusting the glue thickness can be achieved. The first and second mounting holes may be threaded holes, the adjusting member 361 may be an adjusting screw, the fastening member 364 may be a fastening screw, and the elastic member 363 may be a compression spring.

a mounting frame;

The wallpaper paving and pasting device according to claim 2, wherein the conveying roller group is provided with two groups at intervals along the horizontal direction, namely a first conveying roller group and a second conveying roller group, the gluing mechanism is positioned between the first conveying roller group and the second conveying roller group, the second conveying roller group is positioned at the downstream of the gluing mechanism, the paper conveying roller of the first conveying roller group is a first paper conveying roller, the paper conveying roller of the second conveying roller group is a second paper conveying roller, and the rotation linear speed of the second paper conveying roller is greater than that of the first paper conveying roller.

The wallpaper paving and pasting device according to claim 5, wherein the driving wheel, the first driving wheel, the second driving wheel and the third driving wheel all adopt synchronous belt wheels, the transmission assembly further comprises a synchronous belt, the synchronous belt connects the driving wheel, the first driving wheel, the second driving wheel and the third driving wheel in a transmission manner, the second driving wheel is coaxially connected with a driving gear, the gluing roller is coaxially connected with a driven gear, and the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear.

The wallpaper paving device according to claim 2, wherein the conveying mechanism further comprises a first supporting roller and a second supporting roller, the first supporting roller and the second supporting roller are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the gluing roller along the conveying path of the wallpaper, and the first supporting roller and the second supporting roller are used for supporting the wallpaper and increasing the wrapping angle between the gluing roller and the wallpaper.
8. The wallpaper paving device according to claim 2, wherein the platen roller is movably mounted to the mounting frame by a pinch adjustment assembly for adjusting the transport gap.
9. A wallpaper paving device according to any one of claims 2 to 8, wherein the glue outlet is arranged at the bottom of the glue groove, and the top of the glue groove is open and is provided with a glue adding opening.
10. The wallpaper placement device according to claim 9, wherein the glue channel is slidably mounted to the mounting frame, the glue channel being capable of being pulled out of the mounting frame by an external force in a pulling motion.
11. The wallpaper paving device according to claim 10, wherein the glue groove is provided with handles on two opposite sides in the drawing direction.

The wallpaper paving device according to claim 10, wherein the mounting frame is provided with guide plates respectively at two opposite sides perpendicular to the drawing direction of the glue groove, and the glue groove is slidably arranged on the two guide plates; and/or, the mounting bracket is provided with a limiting plate corresponding to one side of the pulling direction of the glue groove, one side of the glue groove close to the limiting plate is provided with a magnetic attraction piece, and the magnetic attraction piece can be matched with the limiting plate in a magnetic attraction manner.
13. The wallpaper paving device according to claim 9, wherein the gluing mechanism further comprises a glue outlet adjusting assembly, the gluing roller is mounted in the glue groove through the glue outlet adjusting assembly, and the glue outlet adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the glue outlet gap.
