The fixed mold platform intelligent maintenance system of claim 1, wherein the heat preservation shed body comprises a plurality of maintenance cover hangers which are arranged in parallel and at equal intervals, support rods (204) are fixedly connected to two ends of each maintenance cover hanger, the support rods (204) are slidably connected with guide rails (208) through pulleys (205), each maintenance cover hanger comprises an arc-shaped ceiling support (201) and a connecting rod (202) fixedly connected to two ends of the ceiling support (201), and a plurality of maintenance cover connecting pieces (203) are arranged on the connecting rods (202).

The fixed die table intelligent maintenance system of claim 1, characterized in that the die table assembly (3) comprises a plurality of fixed die tables, the fixed die tables comprising a horizontally arranged rectangular die table (301) and a die table support (302) vertically connected with the die table (301).
4. The fixed-mold intelligent maintenance system of claim 1, wherein the steam control system (401) comprises a steam conduit (405) arranged in a serpentine shape and a plurality of steam control valves (406) arranged on the steam conduit (405).

The intelligent maintenance system of a fixed mold platform according to claim 2, wherein a magic tape is arranged at the joint of the ceiling support (201) and the support rod (204), and the waterproof cloth cover (207) is hermetically connected with the outer side wall of the heat preservation shed body through the magic tape.

The intelligent fixed mold maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the temperature adjustment module (103) is connected to a heating control system (403) of the heat supply and humidification module (4) and is configured to control the heat supply and humidification module (4) to adaptively adjust the temperature inside the heat preservation module (2) according to the concrete parameter, the preset temperature standard value and the temperature measurement value.

during maintenance, the heat insulation component (2) is stretched, so that the waterproof cloth cover (207) and the heat reflection maintenance cover (206) form a closed space and completely cover the die table component (3);
a control module (101) of the control cabinet (1) sends a steam curing instruction to the heat supply humidification assembly (4), and the heat supply humidification assembly (4) controls the steam control system (401) and the heating control system (403) to work according to the steam curing instruction;
the steam control system (401) transmits humidity measurement data detected by the humidity sensor (402) to the control module (101) through the data transmission module (104) and displays the humidity measurement value in the display module (105), and the heating control system (403) transmits temperature measurement data detected by the temperature sensor (404) to the control module (101) through the data transmission module (104) and displays the temperature measurement value in the display module (105);
the control module (101) performs self-adaptive adjustment on the temperature and the humidity inside the heat-preservation shed body according to the concrete parameters, the preset temperature standard value, the preset humidity standard value, the temperature measurement value and the humidity measurement value;
when the maintenance is finished, the heat insulation component (2) is folded, the waterproof cloth cover (207) and the heat reflection maintenance cover (206) are in a contraction state at the same time, and the die table component (3) is completely exposed.

when the temperature measurement value is higher than a preset temperature standard value, the temperature adjusting module (103) performs cooling adjustment on the heating control system (403); when the temperature measured value is lower than the preset temperature standard value, the temperature adjusting module (103) performs heating adjustment on the heating control system (403), and when the temperature measured value is equal to the preset temperature standard value, the heating control system (403) keeps the current temperature.
