The material preparation equipment is sequentially connected with the edge milling machine and the one-step forming combined machine through a material conveying roller way, and a steel plate ultrasonic measuring instrument is arranged between the material preparation equipment and the edge milling machine. The material preparation equipment comprises steel coil material preparation equipment and steel plate material preparation equipment, and the steel plate material preparation equipment is connected with the steel coil material preparation equipment through a steel plate moving platform. The forming process is completed by a steel pipe raw material preparation device, a steel plate ultrasonic flaw detection device, a steel plate edge milling groove, a steel plate pre-bending device, a rough forming device, a fine forming device, a sizing device, a joint closing device, a pre-welding device, a fixed-length pipe cutting device and a product discharging device in one step. The one-step forming combined machine comprises a pre-bending machine 5, a rough forming machine 6, a fine forming machine 7, a sizing mill 8, a seaming machine 9, a pre-welding machine 10 and a milling saw drawing device 11. The material preparation equipment is sequentially connected with an edge milling machine, a pre-bending machine, a rough forming machine, a fine forming machine, a sizing mill, a joint closing machine, a pre-welding machine and a milling saw drawing device through a material conveying roller way, and a steel plate ultrasonic measuring instrument is arranged between the material preparation equipment and the edge milling machine. The pre-bending machine 5 between the edge milling machines 4 is provided with an offset roller 18, the milling saw drawing device 11 is connected with the discharging guide rail 4 through an output roller way 3, and the discharging guide rail 4 is provided with a transverse moving vehicle 19.

The steel plate preparation equipment comprises a plate preparation table 21, an automatic plate feeding machine 22, a plate conveying table 23 and a material conveying roller way 2, wherein the plate preparation table is connected with the plate conveying table through the automatic plate feeding machine, the plate conveying table is connected with the material conveying roller way 2, the material conveying roller way 2 of the steel plate preparation equipment is connected with the material conveying roller way 2 of the steel plate preparation equipment through a steel plate moving table 24, and a steel plate moving machine 12 moving between a steel plate preparation area and the steel plate preparation area is arranged on the steel plate moving table. The forming process of the one-step forming device for the longitudinal submerged arc welded steel pipe is shown in figure 3 and is completed by the one-step forming device for the longitudinal submerged arc welded steel pipe from the raw material preparation of the steel pipe, the ultrasonic flaw detection of the steel plate, the edge milling and groove milling of the steel plate, the pre-bending of the steel plate, the rough forming, the fine forming, the sizing, the joint closing, the pre-welding, the pipe cutting to length and the product discharging.
The raw material preparation of the steel pipe adopts two modes of steel coil feeding or steel plate feeding, the steel pipe with the caliber of 610mm or less is preferentially produced by the steel coil feeding mode, and the steel plate feeding mode is a standby method for producing and feeding longitudinal submerged arc welded steel pipes. When producing steel pipes with the same specification, a steel coil feeding mode or a steel plate feeding mode is adopted, or the steel coil feeding mode or the steel plate feeding mode is alternately adopted. The forming process is controlled by an automatic program, the automatic program has the function of automatically tracking the steel plate, the speed of the forming process is monitored, and the feeding speed and the steel pipe forming speed are automatically corrected and matched. The steel pipe forming speed is 8.5 m/min.
All the equipment participating in the forming of the longitudinal submerged arc welded steel pipe production line are interconnected, and the line production and one-step forming are realized from feeding to steel pipe forming, sizing and pipe cutting. The JCOE process is optimized, the forming quality of the steel pipe is stable, the ovality of the pipe body of the steel pipe formed by the method is consistent with that of the pipe end, and the caliber of the pipe end is consistent with that of the pipe body. The method adopts two modes of plate feeding and coil feeding, changes the feeding mode of a single steel plate in the JCOE process, preferentially selects coil materials for producing the steel pipes with the calibers of phi 610 and below, and saves a large amount of raw material cost. The longitudinal submerged arc welding steel pipe equipment is connected with one another for one-time forming, the production speed is consistent, the forming quality is stable, after the steel pipe is prewelded, the defects are few, the welding line is uniform, and prewelding repair is not needed. The molding equipment is interconnected, and the programs among all the production steps are automatically controlled, so that the production process quality is ensured, the human intervention factors are avoided, the labor intensity is reduced, and the safety production coefficient is improved.
Claims (9)
1.
