Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medicines, and relates to an ointment packaging structure.
Background
Is prepared from the above materials and appropriate amount of excipient (such as vaseline). The different herbs in the ointment such as Dong Luo and Ye Ge Gao have different actions. The existing ointment packages comprise ointment pastes and ointment tubes in common forms. The plaster is generally fixed in size and has certain limitations in use.
The plaster is generally prepared from heavy-smelling medicines, is stuck on the body surface, stimulates nerve endings, expands blood vessels through reflection, promotes local blood circulation, improves the nutrition of peripheral tissues, and achieves the purposes of detumescence, antiphlogosis and analgesia. Generally, the time for sticking a plaster patch is not more than 24 hours at most, and the plaster patch can be gently torn off after 8 to 12 hours. Many people apply the ointment to the skin in the largest area, and the ointment stretches vigorously when the ointment is applied. Such a large tension is always applied to the skin, easily causing blisters.
Ointment tubes are commonly used for packaging ointments. Generally, ointment is not packaged in an ointment tube with an ointment smearing tool, and the ointment is often smeared directly by hands and then cleaned; for some drugs with heavy odor, the odor may remain on the fingers for a long time. In some specific cases, such as inconvenient application or lack of cleaning conditions, there is a lot of inconvenience in using the ointment tube.

Detailed Description
The following description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings and a specific embodiment.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention. Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention, presented in the figures, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it may not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.
See fig. 1-6. The ointment stick described in this embodiment includes a packaging unit 100 and an applying unit 200, wherein the packaging unit 100 contains an ointment 400; the application unit 200 is disposed within the packaging unit 100. The packaging unit 100 is used for packaging the ointment 400, the invention does not innovate the ointment, and it can be understood that the ointment in the prior art can be packaged by using the packaging unit 100 in the embodiment. The volume of the packaging unit 100 can be specifically selected according to the needs, for example, 3ml, 5ml, 10ml, 20ml, etc., and the specific specification can be made according to clinical application, that is, the amount of the ointment (i.e., the packaging specification) is selected according to the type of the ointment, the severity of the symptom and the application area. In this embodiment, the ointment stick may be disposable or reusable, and is more desirable for disposable use in view of convenience.
Specifically, the packaging unit 100 of the present embodiment is a packaging bag, particularly a flexible packaging bag, and the plastic packaging bag belongs to the flexible packaging bag. The packing unit 100 is in the shape of a bar, and after the ointment is filled, the packing bag is in the shape of a bar under the supporting action of the ointment. Of course, the degree of fullness of the package can be selected, and when the package is not filled with enough ointment, the package is approximately rod-shaped. The wrapping bag can be that two-layer plastic film hot melt connects and forms, also can be the tubular strip structure of both ends seal, and this embodiment has shown the situation of a tubular strip wrapping bag. Of course, the most basic function of the packaging bag is to prevent the ointment from flowing out when the packaging bag is not used. When the ointment needs to be used, the packaging bag is opened. In order to easily open the packaging unit 100, that is, the packaging bag, a pre-opening 101 is provided on the packaging unit 100, and in the present embodiment, the pre-opening 101 is not a pre-opened hole but a pre-opened opening that is easily opened. The pre-opening 101 may be a groove, i.e. a linear notch with a thinner thickness is formed in the plastic film, and the linear notch is cracked under the extrusion of external force. The pre-opening 101 may be a connection portion of plastic films on both sides, and the tensile strength of the connection portion is smaller than that of the plastic film, so that the connection portion is torn first by an external force. The pre-opening 101 may be an adhesive layer attached to the opening, and the adhesive layer is attached to the outer surface of the packaging bag and removed when in use. Fig. 6 shows a case where the pre-opening portion 101 is a linear groove.
In the present embodiment, the application unit 200 is a strip-shaped plate having both hardness and toughness, such as a small wood plate or a plastic plate similar to a tongue depressor, and the edge of the strip-shaped plate has no edge. The first end of the smearing unit 200 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the packaging unit 100, and the second end of the smearing unit 200 is a free end. The connection part between the first end of the applying unit 200 and the packaging unit 100 and the pre-opening 101 are respectively arranged at two ends of the packaging unit 100.
The second end of the applying unit 200 is configured as a breaking part 201, specifically, referring to fig. 4, the second end surface of the applying unit 200 is a circular arc surface, when the pre-opening 101 is opened, the first end is fixed with one hand, the applying unit 200 is pushed forward, the packaging unit 100 is pulled backward with the other hand, the breaking part 201 acts on the pre-opening 101, the pre-opening 101 is broken, the ointment in the packaging unit 100 is squeezed out to the affected part, the applying unit 200 is continuously pushed to extend out from the opening, and the ointment is uniformly applied by the extending part of the applying unit 200. After the application is completed, the end of the pre-opening 101 of the packaging unit 100 and the first end of the applying unit 200 are pulled in the opposite direction, so that the applying unit 200 is returned to the packaging unit 100.
When the packaging unit 100 is short in length, the first end of the application unit extends outwardly of the packaging unit to form a grip 202, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, for ease of handling.
Example 2
See fig. 7. The ointment stick described in this example is further improved on the basis of example 1.
Specifically, a medicine carrying unit 300 is connected to the applying unit 200, and the medicine carrying unit 300 is made of a sponge material. The medicated unit 300 is disposed in the packaging unit 100 for loading the ointment. The sponge material is used as a carrier of the ointment, and the ointment is suitable for loading the ointment with strong fluidity. Meanwhile, the sponge material is used as a carrier of the ointment, so that the comfort is better when the ointment is applied, and the ointment is more uniformly applied.
Example 3
See fig. 8. The ointment stick described in this example is further improved on the basis of example 1 or example 2.
More specifically, a tubular extension 102 is provided on the packaging unit 100. The extension 102 is provided at one end of the pre-opening 101, and the pre-opening 101 is provided inside the extension 102. The extension part 102 is made of plastic film, and before use, the extension part 102 is folded backwards onto the packaging unit 100 body, so that the packaging unit 100 can be pulled backwards conveniently; after use, the extension 102 is folded forward to the position shown in fig. 8. The extension is provided for the purpose of isolating the ointment outside the pre-opening 101, which has been opened, from accidental contamination.
The ointment stick has simple structure, is convenient to carry and use.
