s1, preparing an antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid: adding polycarbonate, waterborne polyurethane, trifluoroethyl methacrylate, trimethylchlorosilane and n-butyl titanate into a reaction kettle, heating to 95 ℃, and then preserving heat for 20 min;
s2, preparation of an intermediate: adding propane sultone, dimethyl adipate, pentaerythritol, azodiisobutyronitrile and diphenylethanone into the antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid, uniformly stirring, carrying out heat preservation treatment for 20min, and cooling to 65 ℃ to obtain an intermediate;
s3, preparing an antifouling coating: adding hydroxyethylated fatty amine, and uniformly dispersing the intermediate at 25 ℃ to obtain an antifouling coating solution;
s4, coating: the antifouling coating solution obtained in S3 was sprayed on the inner wall of the housing box 32 using a high-pressure spray gun.
Example 3
The difference from example 2 lies in the preparation of the antifouling coating, wherein the preparation process of the antifouling coating is as follows:
the following components are taken by weight: 45 parts of polycarbonate, 18 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 24 parts of trifluoroethyl methacrylate, 20 parts of methacrylate, 25 parts of trimethylchlorosilane, 24 parts of n-butyl titanate, 13 parts of propane sultone, 30 parts of dimethyl adipate, 20 parts of pentaerythritol, 16 parts of azobisisobutyronitrile, 28 parts of diphenylethanone and 14 parts of hydroxyethylated fatty amine;
s1, preparing an antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid: adding polycarbonate, waterborne polyurethane, trifluoroethyl methacrylate, trimethylchlorosilane and n-butyl titanate into a reaction kettle, heating to 102 ℃, and then preserving heat for 20 min;
s2, preparation of an intermediate: adding propane sultone, dimethyl adipate, pentaerythritol, azodiisobutyronitrile and diphenylethanone into the antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid, uniformly stirring, carrying out heat preservation treatment for 20min, and cooling to 62 ℃ to obtain an intermediate;
s3, preparing an antifouling coating: adding hydroxyethylated fatty amine, and uniformly dispersing the intermediate at 26 ℃ to obtain an antifouling coating solution;
s4, coating: the antifouling coating solution obtained in S3 was sprayed on the inner wall of the housing box 32 using a high-pressure spray gun.
Example 4
The difference from example 2 lies in the preparation of the antifouling coating, wherein the preparation process of the antifouling coating is as follows:
the following components are taken by weight: 42 parts of polycarbonate, 22 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 20 parts of trifluoroethyl methacrylate, 20 parts of methacrylate, 25 parts of trimethylchlorosilane, 24 parts of n-butyl titanate, 13 parts of propane sultone, 30 parts of dimethyl adipate, 20 parts of pentaerythritol, 14 parts of azobisisobutyronitrile, 28 parts of diphenylethanone and 14 parts of hydroxyethylated fatty amine;
s1, preparing an antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid: adding polycarbonate, waterborne polyurethane, trifluoroethyl methacrylate, trimethylchlorosilane and n-butyl titanate into a reaction kettle, heating to 92 ℃, and then preserving heat for 20 min;
s2, preparation of an intermediate: adding propane sultone, dimethyl adipate, pentaerythritol, azodiisobutyronitrile and diphenylethanone into the antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid, uniformly stirring, carrying out heat preservation treatment for 20min, and cooling to 59 ℃ to obtain an intermediate;
s3, preparing an antifouling coating: adding hydroxyethylated fatty amine, and uniformly dispersing the intermediate at 23 ℃ to obtain an antifouling coating solution;
s4, coating: the antifouling coating solution obtained in S3 was sprayed on the inner wall of the housing box 32 using a high-pressure spray gun.
Example 5
The difference from example 2 lies in the preparation of the antifouling coating, wherein the preparation process of the antifouling coating is as follows:
the following components are taken by weight: 55 parts of polycarbonate, 20 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 24 parts of trifluoroethyl methacrylate, 20 parts of methacrylate, 25 parts of trimethylchlorosilane, 0 part of n-butyl titanate, 13 parts of propane sultone, 30 parts of dimethyl adipate, 20 parts of pentaerythritol, 16 parts of azobisisobutyronitrile, 28 parts of diphenylethanone and 18 parts of hydroxyethylated fatty amine;
s1, preparing an antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid: adding polycarbonate, waterborne polyurethane, trifluoroethyl methacrylate, trimethylchlorosilane and n-butyl titanate into a reaction kettle, heating to 89 ℃, and then preserving heat for 20 min;
s2, preparation of an intermediate: adding propane sultone, dimethyl adipate, pentaerythritol, azodiisobutyronitrile and diphenylethanone into the antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid, uniformly stirring, carrying out heat preservation treatment for 20min, and cooling to 58 ℃ to obtain an intermediate;
s3, preparing an antifouling coating: adding hydroxyethylated fatty amine, and uniformly dispersing the intermediate at 26 ℃ to obtain an antifouling coating solution;
s4, coating: the antifouling coating solution obtained in S3 was sprayed on the inner wall of the housing box 32 using a high-pressure spray gun.
The inner walls of the housing boxes 32 coated with the antifouling coatings in examples 2 to 5 were subjected to tests of surface hardness and peel strength, and for comparison, the data of all examples were normalized based on the data of example 2.

In addition, the antifouling effect test of the inner wall of the containing box 32 in the examples 2 to 5 shows that the antifouling effect of the containing box 32 with the antifouling coating is generally improved by more than 6 times compared with that without the antifouling coating.
In addition, since the test results of the surface hardness and peel strength of the surface antifouling coating of the housing box in example 4 were higher than those of the other examples coated with the antifouling coating, the preparation method of the antifouling coating given in example 4 was the most preferable choice.

Claims (10)

1. An emergency room care system comprising a support plate (1) for lying a poisoned patient, characterized in that it further comprises:
an emetic aid assembly (2) for emergency emetic of a poisoned patient;
a vomit receiving component (3) which is arranged on the support plate (1) and is used for vomit of a patient suffering from poisoning;
a fresh air component (4) for providing fresh air to the intoxicated patient on the support plate (1);
the driving component (5) is arranged at the bottom of the supporting plate (1) and is used for driving the supporting plate (1) to incline;
an auxiliary fixing component (6) for fixing the body position of the poisoned patient;
and an airbag assembly (7) arranged on the support plate (1) and used for providing a body floating and protecting function for the poisoning patient.

An emergency room care system according to claim 1, wherein: the emetic auxiliary assembly (2) comprises an emetic rod (21), an inclined rod part (22), a first flow channel (23), a nozzle (24) and an outer extension pipe (25), wherein the inclined rod part (22) and the emetic rod (21) are integrally formed, the end part of the inclined rod part (22) is provided with a streamline arc surface, the first flow channel (23) is arranged in the emetic rod (21) and the inclined rod part (22), the nozzle (24) is arranged at the end part of the first flow channel (23), and the outer extension pipe (25) is fixed at one end, deviating from the nozzle (24), of the emetic rod (21).

An emergency room care system according to claim 2, wherein: the emetic auxiliary assembly (2) also comprises a second flow passage (26), a flexible piece (27), a threaded column (271), a support ring (28), an embedding ring (281), an embedding groove (282), a silica gel cushion (29) and an annular convex ring (291), the second flow passage (26) is arranged in the spitting-promoting rod (21) and the inclined rod part (22), the flexible piece (27) is inserted in the second flow passage (26), the threaded column (271) is connected to the end part of the flexible piece (27) in a threaded manner, the support ring (28) is fixedly connected with the threaded column (271), the embedded groove (282) is arranged in the support ring (28), the embedding ring (281) is embedded and fixed in the embedding groove (282), the silica gel cushion (29) is fixed on the embedding ring (281), the annular bulge is fixed on the side of the silica gel soft pad (29) facing away from the flexible piece (27).

An emergency room care system according to claim 1, wherein: the driving assembly (5) comprises a base (51), a first connecting plate (52), a second connecting plate (53), a plurality of jacking electric cylinders (54), an angle sensor, an alarm and a PLC (programmable logic controller), wherein the base (51) is arranged below the supporting plate (1), the first connecting plate (52) is fixed above the base (51), the second connecting plate (53) is fixed at the bottom of the supporting plate (1), the first connecting plate (52) and the second connecting plate (53) are rotatably connected, the jacking electric cylinders are connected between the base (51) and the supporting plate (1), the jacking air cylinders are hinged on the base (51), piston rods of the jacking air cylinders are hinged on the supporting plate (1), the angle sensor is arranged on the supporting plate (1) and used for detecting the angle of the supporting plate (1), the angle sensor is electrically connected with the control input end of the PLC, and the alarm is electrically connected with the control output end of the PLC.
