A dermo-dermabrasion removal hand-held device comprises a housing (1), and is characterized in that: the upper portion in the shell (1) is provided with a scrap chamber (2), the lower portion in the shell is provided with a driving chamber (3), an air duct is arranged between the driving chamber (3) and the shell (1), a double-shaft extension motor (5) is installed in the driving chamber (3), a first driving shaft (6) and a second driving shaft (7) are arranged on the double-shaft extension motor (5), fan blades (8) are arranged on the first driving shaft (6), a funnel-shaped scrap channel (9) is arranged in the shell (1), and the scrap channel (9) is communicated with the scrap chamber (2) and the air duct; a leather grinding mechanism (4) is arranged on the second driving shaft (7), the leather grinding mechanism (4) comprises a liquid medicine container (401), the liquid medicine container (401) is in key connection with the second driving shaft (7), a liquid storage cavity (402) is arranged in the liquid medicine container (401), an annular groove (403) is formed in the lower side surface of the liquid medicine container (401), an annular plate (404) is connected in the annular groove (403) in a sliding mode, a spring (405) is arranged between the annular plate (404) and the annular groove (403), and a friction plate (406) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the annular plate (404); a piston cavity (407) is formed in the lower side of the liquid medicine container (401), a first one-way valve (408) is arranged between the piston cavity (407) and the liquid storage cavity (402), a piston column (409) is connected in the piston cavity (407) in a sliding manner, a liquid outlet channel (410) is formed in the piston column (409), a second one-way valve (411) is arranged in the liquid outlet channel (410), the lower end of the piston column (409) is fixedly connected with a friction plate (406), a plurality of spray heads (412) are arranged on the friction plate (406), each spray head (412) is communicated with the liquid outlet channel (410) through a water pipe (413), and the water pipes (413) are arranged in the friction plate (406); a cover body (10) is arranged outside the buffing mechanism (4), and the cover body (10) is in threaded connection with the shell (1).

The dermatological exfoliating hand-held device of claim 1, wherein: an annular flange (414) is arranged outside the liquid medicine container (401), an annular buckle cover (11) is arranged outside the annular flange (414), and one end, far away from the annular flange (414), of the annular buckle cover (11) is in threaded connection with the driving chamber (3).
