As shown in fig. 2, the top cover 1 is enclosed by a top cover support column 4, a top cover wall 5 and a top cover door 6, and the support columns 4 are communicated with each other; a top cover air inlet and outlet pipe 11 arranged on the support column 4 is connected with an external inflation device; the wall of the top cover is provided with an air outlet 7, an air outlet curtain 8, an air inlet 9 and an air inlet curtain 10; the air outlet 7 and the air inlet 9 are connected with an external warm air device; the air outlet curtain 8 and the air inlet curtain 10 respectively cover the air outlet 7 and the air inlet 9.
