Description

Device for packaging products
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a device for packaging a product, in particular a cosmetic product or a care product, such as a cosmetic product.
The invention relates more particularly, but not exclusively, to a device comprising a container containing a product to be applied and a flexible porous membrane through which the product contained in the container can be expelled for dispensing.
Background
Many devices of this type are known, having various shapes and arrangements.
For example, WO 2017/155301, FR 3 027 200, JP H09 289918 relate to a device with a product container provided with a porous membrane through which a product can be picked up.
Two types of product containers provided with a porous membrane through which the product can be picked up must be distinguished.
In the first category, the porous membrane is a follower (follower), that is, the porous membrane may descend in the container as the amount of product in the container decreases during dispensing of the product.
In this first class, KR 10-1477583 discloses a portable cosmetic product comprising: an outer container having an upper opening and provided with an accommodating space inside; an inner container accommodated in the accommodation space, the inner container having an upper opening to accommodate therein a cosmetic product of a liquid phase or a milk phase (CREAM PHASE); a mesh portion mounted on top of the cosmetics accommodated in the inner container; an annular guide member mounted along a perimeter of the mesh portion; a container cover covering an open upper portion of the outer container; and a cosmetic contained in the inner container. At an upper surface of the outer container, a first container protrusion and a second container protrusion protruding in a ring shape along a circumference are formed. First and second cover protrusions protruding to the inner and outer sides of the first container protrusion are formed in a ring shape at the bottom surface of the container cover. The mounting groove is formed between the first container projection and the second container projection. A sealing member is mounted on each of the second container protrusion and the mounting groove. The guide member includes an annular lower guide in which a plurality of protrusions protruding in a radial direction are formed on an upper face, and an upper guide coupled to surround a side periphery of the lower guide, the upper guide being positioned on top of the lower guide. The perimeter of the mesh portion is interposed and fixed between the lower guide and the upper guide.
The second category to which the invention pertains includes devices in which the porous membrane is not a follower, that is, the porous membrane does not descend in the container during dispensing of the product.
In this second category, FR 3 043 896 relates to a device comprising a container having a container body for storing a cosmetic product, an inner lid comprising a hollow cylindrical frame and a cosmetically permeable fibrous sheet having elasticity and attached to the hollow cylindrical frame under tension, and a sealing cover configured to seal the container body in a state in which the inner lid is fixed. The frame is fitted to the container body. The fiber sheet has a peripheral edge adhered from an upper end surface of the frame or from a lower end surface of the frame and along an inner peripheral surface of the frame.
Also in this second category, KR 2016/0073895 relates to a cosmetic container comprising a container body portion, a cosmetic receiving portion connected to the container body portion and holding a cosmetic therein, and a mesh frame portion to which the mesh is attached by welding, at least one connection member formed on an inner side of the mesh frame portion to be connected with the mesh, and a fixing connection portion provided at an outer circumference of the container body portion and pressing and pulling the mesh to fix it while being connected with the connection member, wherein the connection member comprises a first connection member formed to protrude on an inner bottom surface of the mesh frame portion to be connected with the mesh, and a second connection member formed on an inner side surface of the mesh frame portion to be connected with the mesh.
There is a need for further improvements in packaging devices that include flexible porous films through which products can be picked up and which are not followers.
Disclosure of Invention
According to one aspect, the present invention provides a device for packaging a product, in particular a cosmetic or care product, comprising:
a cup-shaped member defining a reservoir of product,
A mesh, preferably elastically deformable, through which the product can be picked up,
Characterized in that the device comprises:
-a support to which the mesh is attached in a peripheral fixing zone, the support being fixed relative to the cup-shaped member during dispensing of the product, and
-A stretching member configured for stretching the web by pressing the web at least one position radially inside the peripheral fixation area.
The mesh attached to the support is not a follower.
It should also be noted that the mesh and support are attached to each other prior to assembly of the device.
Advantageously, the support is fixed to the cup-shaped member, except by snap fastening.
The expression "except by snap fastening" means that the support is fixed with respect to the cup-shaped member by friction, adhesion, welding or at least one axial locking element.
In this case, there is no need to provide the support and the cup-shaped member with corresponding reliefs for snap fastening. The tension of the web can be more easily adjusted with lower risk of under-or over-stretching the web. Manufacturing tolerances may be higher.
Furthermore, more possibilities for sealing at the junction of the various elements are provided if desired.
Preferably, the support is fixed in at least one position of the support that is not in contact with the mesh. This allows a good fixation of the support, since there is no contact between the support and the mesh at the at least one fixation position.
During assembly of the device, the support may be inserted on the cup-shaped member until the support abuts a surface of the cup-shaped member, or until the support reaches a desired position, depending on the respective embodiment. The insertion of the support may create a friction force that secures the support in the cup-shaped member. Depending on the various embodiments, the mesh may or may not be pressed between the support and the cup-shaped member. If the mesh is pressed, it may help to secure the support in the cup-shaped member. The support may be inserted into the cup member until the support abuts against the upper edge of the skirt of the cup member. The support may include one or more ribs that assist in generating friction against the cup-shaped member. Preferably, the rib or ribs abut against the cylindrical surface(s) of the cup-shaped member. Advantageously, the rib(s) do not engage with the corresponding groove(s) of the cup-shaped member.
The invention allows the tension or stretching of the web to be adjusted during assembly of the device.
Advantageously, the support is made of a rigid polymeric material, for example a rigid thermoplastic material.
In the case of snap fastening without a support in the cup-shaped member, it allows to use a rigid material for the support and the cup-shaped member, since the support or the cup-shaped member does not need to be deformed to a great extent when the support is inserted into the cup-shaped member. The absence of snap fastening may also facilitate the moulding of the support and the cup-shaped member, since no snap fastening grooves need to be made.
Advantageously, the mesh is sufficiently elastically deformable to be able to come into contact with the bottom of the reservoir when the product in the reservoir has been used up. After assembly of the device, the mesh is not stretched to the elastic limit. The device according to the invention enables a good recovery of the product to be obtained. For example, the recovery rate may be greater than 80%, and more preferably greater than 85%.
The stretching member is configured to stretch the web after assembly of the device. This stretching of the mesh is maintained during use of the device. There is no stretching of the web due to the stretching member prior to physical contact between the web and the stretching member. The mesh attached to the support may be flat prior to contact with the tensile member. The support does not include a tensile member.
The tensile member may be part of the inner peripheral skirt. In this case, the tensile member is constituted, for example, at least in part, by the upper end of the inner peripheral skirt. In one variation, the tensile member is comprised of the lower end of the inner peripheral skirt, depending on the upward or downward orientation of the skirt.
In certain embodiments, the inner peripheral skirt has a constant height. In one variation, the inner peripheral skirt has a varying height.
The support member may be fixed in at least one position of the support member radially outward of the peripheral fixing region.
The support may be secured by contact with the peripheral skirt, for example by friction, adhesion or welding with such peripheral skirt.
When the device includes an inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion and an outer peripheral skirt, the support may be at least partially sandwiched between the inner peripheral skirt and the outer peripheral skirt. In this case, the support may be fixed by friction, adhesion or welding.
When present, the inner Zhou Qunzhuang and outer peripheral skirts are arranged in a concentric manner.
The support can be prevented from moving axially by at least one axial locking element. The at least one axial locking element may axially cover the support in order to prevent the support from moving axially.
The cup-shaped member may include a tensile member.
The device may comprise a cover portion cooperating with the cup-shaped member. In this case, the cover may include a tensile member.
When the device comprises a peripheral skirt, the peripheral skirt may be part of the cup-shaped member or part of the cover (if present).
In certain embodiments, the device has no cover.
The support may comprise a circumferential rib, the contact of the circumferential rib with another part of the device participating in the fixation of the support.
Advantageously, the mesh is welded to the support in the peripheral fixing zone, for example by ultrasonic or high-frequency welding.
For example, the support comprises a ring, the peripheral securing region preferably being located at the lower end of the ring. The peripheral fixation region may additionally be located at the upper end of the ring. Advantageously, the support comprises a single skirt ring. This means that the support has no two or more concentric skirts.
In one embodiment, the support comprises an outer edge extending radially outwards from the rest of the support, in particular from the upper end of the ring. Preferably, the outer edge rests on an element participating in the fixation of the support, for example on the upper end of the element.
The support may comprise an inner edge extending radially inwards from the rest of the support, said inner edge for example resting on the tensile member, a portion of the mesh being sandwiched between the inner edge and the tensile member.
The device or a portion of the device may be a refill. In this case, the refill may be packaged separately, for example in a sealed bag or box.
In a particular embodiment, one of the support and the cup-shaped member comprises at least one first partition wall, and the other of the support and the cup-shaped member comprises at least two second partition walls surrounding the first partition wall such that the mesh is enclosed between the at least one first partition wall and each of the at least two second partition walls. This embodiment allows to form a compartment of the product in the cup-shaped member.
For example, the peripheral fixation region defines a region having a shape selected from a circle, an ellipse, and a polygon (such as a rectangle or a square).
The peripheral fixation region may have an annular shape.
The mesh may be a woven mesh and may include woven, non-woven, or knitted fabrics. The mesh may be a foam film or may be another nonwoven mesh, such as a perforated plastic film.
The web is permeable so that product can be picked up by the web.
The web includes a lower surface oriented toward the product contained in the reservoir and an upper surface oriented away from the product contained in the reservoir.
The maximum thickness between the lower and upper surfaces of the web is the thickness of the web. The thickness of the mesh may be 0.4mm to 5mm.
The area of the upper surface of the mesh may be 180mm 2 to 3800mm 2. This area of the upper surface and this thickness of the web allow a larger surface for the user to access the product while minimizing the amount of textile material necessary and the amount of product that remains trapped in the web at the end of use.
Depending on the initial filling level of the cup-shaped member, the product contained in the reservoir may or may not be in contact with the lower surface of the mesh when the user is not applying pressure to the mesh.
Preferably, the mesh may conform to the surface of the product contained in the reservoir when the product is picked up.
The portion of the upper surface of the mesh through which the product passes during use may be substantially planar. The portion of the lower surface of the mesh through which the product passes during use may be substantially planar. The area of the upper surface and the area of the lower surface of the mesh may be the same or different.
The thickness of the portion of the web through which the product passes during use may be substantially constant.
The support may be secured to the upper surface of the mesh. Alternatively, the support is fixed to the lower surface of the mesh.
The bottom of the reservoir may have a substantially flat shape or a concave shape towards the mesh. The bottom of the reservoir may have a parabolic shape, an ellipsoidal shape or a spherical shape. The bottom of the reservoir may be located at approximately the same level as the lower part of the device.
Advantageously, the cosmetic product is one of a foundation, concealer, skin tone corrector and care product.
The product may be in the form of a liquid, paste or free powder.
The product may be a fluid. The viscosity of the product may be 40UD to 90UD (deviation unit), preferably 55UD to 80UD, or 366cP to 569cP (centipoise), or 0.37pa.s to 0.57pa.s.
The viscosity selected for low to medium viscosity products was measured at 25 ℃ using Rheomat 180 (Lamy) equipped with an MS-R2 spindle that rotated at a speed of 200 revolutions per minute. Measurements were made after a rotation time of 10 minutes. Viscosity measurements were made at the latest one week after manufacture. This viscosity makes it possible to improve the removal of the product from the upper surface of the web and to avoid the product flowing during use.
The device may include a protective cover that covers the web when no product is picked up. The protective cover may be secured by friction, screw fastening, bayonet lock, or snap fastening. In a variant, the protective covers can be connected in an articulated manner or by a sliding connection.
The product can be removed from the upper surface of the web by means of an applicator. The applicator may comprise or consist of an applicator member, such as a foam, brush, sponge, nonwoven or flocked end piece.
In one variation, the product is picked up with a finger by passing it over the web.
The device may be devoid of an applicator housed between the protective cover and the mesh. This makes it possible to simplify manufacture and to give the user greater freedom of choice in applying the product, compared to devices in which the applicator is incorporated.
In one variation, the device includes an applicator to provide the user with a complete system.
The device may comprise a mirror, in particular a mirror accommodated in a protective cover.
The device is free of any wiping member through which the applicator is withdrawn.
The device may not comprise a bellows, in particular in the cup-shaped member.
The cup-shaped member may comprise a rigid body. The rigid body may be produced by moulding a thermoplastic material, the rigid body having a cavity defining a space holding the product and constituting the reservoir. The cup-shaped member is not a flexible sheet.
The cup-shaped member may include an inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion and an outer peripheral skirt arranged in a concentric manner, with the support interposed between the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion and the outer peripheral skirt.
The support may be supported by an upper edge of an inner peripheral skirt or an outer peripheral skirt that is part of the cup member, the support being captured between the cup member and the holder.
When the cup-shaped member comprises an inner Zhou Qunzhuang and an outer peripheral skirt arranged in a concentric manner, the support may rest against the bottom of the cylindrical space between the two skirts.
There may be a single piece comprising the tensile member and the holder by radial clamping.
Method for assembling a device
Another subject of the invention is a method for assembling a device as described above, comprising:
filling the cup-shaped member with a product,
Providing a support with an attached mesh,
Contacting the web with a stretching member and pressing the web with the stretching member to stretch the web,
-Fixing the support with respect to the cup-shaped member.
Cosmetic method
Another subject of the invention is a cosmetic method comprising the steps of:
Loading the product to the applicator by using a device as described above, and
-Applying the product to the area of human keratin materials to be treated.
The applicator may be loaded without moving the applicator, rather than by moving it into contact with the web and then away from the web, which would result in product being deposited on the applicator.
In one variation, the user may rotate the applicator and/or translate it into contact with the web while picking up the product.
The product may be grasped by friction, or by tapping with an applicator or finger on the web.

Detailed Description
In the remainder of the description, identical elements or elements with equivalent functions have the same reference numerals. Their description is not repeated for each figure, only the main differences between the embodiments are emphasized.
Fig. 1 to 4 show an embodiment of a device 1 for packaging products according to the invention. The device 1 is assembled according to the axis X. The device 1 comprises a cup-shaped member 2 defining a reservoir 3 of product. In fig. 1 to 4, the reservoir 3 is shown empty. As shown, the reservoir 3 is defined by a cylindrical inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 and a partially planar bottom portion 5. In this example, the diameter of the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 is greater than the height of the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4.
The device 1 further comprises an elastically deformable, permeable web 6 through which web 6 the product is to be picked up. In this example, the mesh 6 is made of a woven fabric, but the mesh 6 may be made of a non-woven or knitted fabric or another non-woven material (e.g., foam) without departing from the scope of the invention.
The device 1 further comprises a support 10, to which support 10 the mesh 6 is attached in a peripheral fixation area 12. The support 10 comprises a cylindrical ring 15, in this example a single skirt ring. In this example, the mesh 6 is welded to the support 10. In this example too, the peripheral fixing region 12 is constituted by the lower end of the ring 15.
The device 1 comprises a stretching member 16, which stretching member 16 is configured to stretch the web 6 by pressing the web 6 at least one position radially inside said peripheral fixation area 12. In this example, the tensile member 16 is part of the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 of the cup-shaped member 2, which is constituted by the upper end of the cup-shaped member 2. In this example, the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 has a constant height.
The support 10 is fixed relative to the cup-shaped member 2 (not by snap fastening). The support 10 is partially secured by frictional contact with another component of the device at a location 20, in this example, the location 20 being radially outward of the peripheral securing region 12. In this embodiment, the cup member 2 comprises an outer peripheral skirt 25, which outer peripheral skirt 25 is radially outward of the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 and parallel to the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4. An annular space 26 exists between the inner peripheral skirt 4 and the outer peripheral skirt 25. In this example, the support 10 is fixed relative to the cup-shaped member 2 by friction.
The two concentric peripheral skirts of the cup-shaped member 2, consisting of the inner Zhou Qunzhuang and the outer peripheral skirt 25, are linked at the lower end of the cup-shaped member 2 by a wall 27, the wall 27 being flat and having a lower surface which is aligned with the lower surface of the bottom 5 of the reservoir 3. The wall 27 also extends radially outwardly relative to the peripheral skirt 25, having an outer edge 28. The skirts 4 and 25 are integral with the cup member.
The ring 15 of the support 10 comprises a circumferential rib 29 in contact with the peripheral skirt 25 at the location 20. A circumferential rib 29 extends on the radially outer surface 30 of the ring 15, the circumferential rib 29 being substantially in the middle portion of the ring 15.
The ring 15 of the support 10 further comprises a radially inner rib 31 extending on a radially inner surface 32 of the ring 15, the radially inner rib 31 being at the upper end of the ring 15.
The support 10 includes an outer edge 33 that extends radially outwardly from the remainder of the support 10 (in this example, outwardly from the upper end of the ring 15).
Prior to assembly, the mesh 6 attached to the support 10 is flat, as shown in fig. 3.
During assembly of the device according to axis X, support 10 is assembled to cup-shaped member 2 such that, at one annular position 34 radially inside peripheral fixed zone 12, stretching member 16 presses on mesh 6 so as to stretch mesh 6, as shown in fig. 4. The mesh 6 is deformed. The mesh 6 then comprises a welded outer region 35, a tubular region 36 and a flat circular inner region 37. The outer region 35 corresponds to the peripheral fixation region 12. A tubular region 36 is between the peripheral fixation region 12 and the annular location 34. The inner region 37 is the region of the mesh 6 inside the annular position 34. The inner area 37 is the area of the web 6 through which the product is to be picked up. In this example, the shape of the interior region 37 is circular, but the shape may be square, rectangular, or have another shape without departing from the scope of the invention.
When the device 1 is assembled, the support 10 is at least partially sandwiched between the inner peripheral skirt 4 and the outer peripheral skirt 25. The presence of the ribs 29 and 31 serves to hold the support 10 and the mesh 6 in the device 1 by friction. Once the device 1 is assembled, the support 10 cannot move within the device 1.
The outer edge 33 rests against the upper end 40 of the peripheral skirt 25 and acts as a seat. Thus, the outer edge 33 rests against the upper end 40 of the peripheral skirt 25.
In addition to the cup-shaped member 2, the support 10 and the mesh 6, the device 1 may comprise other components. In this example, the device 1 comprises a housing 50 having a substantially cylindrical opening 51, the opening 51 being intended to receive the cup-shaped member 2 and the support 10 attached to the mesh 6, as shown in fig. 1.
The housing 50 includes a portion of a hinge 52 for receiving a hinged protective cover, not shown. In this example, the housing 50 further includes a trim portion 53, a peripheral skirt 54, which forms at least a portion of the boundary of the cylindrical opening 51. Once the device 1 is assembled, the lower end of the peripheral skirt 54 rests on the outer edge 28 of the cup-shaped member 2, which acts as a seat. At least a portion of the outer surface 55 of the peripheral skirt 25 is in contact with the inner surface 56 of the peripheral skirt 54. In this example, the outer surface 55 of the peripheral skirt 25 includes an upper circumferential rib 57 and a lower circumferential rib 58, the upper circumferential rib 57 and the lower circumferential rib 58 to be in contact with the inner surface 56 of the peripheral skirt 54. Also in this example, the upper circumferential rib 57 is lower in height than the lower circumferential rib 58, because the peripheral skirt 54 does not have a constant thickness, but becomes thicker from the lower end to the upper end.
The housing 50 includes a circumferential lip 60 at the upper end of the peripheral skirt 54. The circumferential lip 60 extends over the support 10 and the annular location 34 and radially covers the support 10 and the annular location 34 until the peripheral portion of the inner region 37 of the mesh 6. The circumferential lip 60 may serve as an axial locking element for the support 10. In this example, an annular rib 61 at the upper end of the support 10 serves as a seat for the circumferential lip 60. The lip 60 has a substantially flat shape outwardly of the area of contact with the support 10 and a shape inwardly converging of the area of contact with the support 10.
In one variation, the housing 50 includes a support 10 attached to the mesh 6.
The contact areas between the different elements of the device 1 allow to obtain a watertight nature of the device 1.
The device 1 may be a refill. In this case, the refill may be packaged separately, for example in a sealed bag or box.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5 to 9, the bottom 5 of the reservoir 3 is circular. In this embodiment, the height of the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 is lower than the outer peripheral skirt 25, which also includes the peripheral edge 70. In this embodiment as well, the wall 27 that links from below the outer peripheral skirt 25 and the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 is flat and free of edges 28. As shown, a majority of the bottom 5 of the reservoir 3 is below the lower level of the wall 27. The support 10 has a ring 15, the ring 15 having an outer edge 33 at its upper end, the ring 15 being a single skirt ring. The support 10 has a circumferential internal rib 72.
In fig. 5, the reservoir 3 is empty.
In fig. 6, the reservoir 3 of the cup-shaped member 2 is filled with a cosmetic product P, which in this example is a foundation. The filling level 71 does not exceed the upper end of the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4.
In fig. 7, the support 10 attached to the mesh 6 is shown above the cup-shaped member 2 prior to assembly.
In fig. 8 and 9, the support 10 and the mesh 6 have been assembled to the cup-shaped member 2. The lower end of the ring 15 corresponding to the peripheral fixing zone 12 rests on a wall 27, in this example the wall 27 acting as a seat. The circumferential inner rib 72 is in contact with the outer surface of the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4. At least a portion of the outer surface of the ring 15 contacts an inward radial surface of the peripheral skirt 25 at contact location 20. In this example, the support 10 is held by friction.
The product P may be picked up by the user using an applicator or finger to press on the upper surface 73 of the web 6 in the interior region 37. The product P passes through the permeable web 6 and is picked up in order to apply or make up keratin materials, such as the skin of a user or of another person.
Fig. 10 and 11 show another embodiment of the present invention.
In fig. 10, the support 10 fixed to the mesh 6 is shown in isolation. The support 10 consists of a small ring 15 without an outer edge.
Once the support 10 is assembled to the cup-shaped member 2 together with the mesh 6, as shown in fig. 11, the support 10 is in contact with the bottom end of the cylindrical space 26 and occupies only the lower portion of the cylindrical space 26.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 12 and 13, the device 1 comprises a cover 75. The cover 75 comprises the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4, while the cup-shaped member 2 comprises only the outer peripheral skirt 25. The cover 75 has a cover wall 77. The inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 is attached to the remainder of the cover 75 by a circumferential wall 76, which circumferential wall 76 extends from the cover wall 77 perpendicularly to the axis X towards the interior of the device 1. The inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 extends downwardly from the circumferential wall 76.
In the example of fig. 1-11, the support 10 is attached to the upper surface 73 of the mesh 6 such that the support 10 extends above the mesh 6.
In the example shown in fig. 12 and 13, the support 10 is attached to the lower surface 79 of the mesh 6 such that the mesh 6 extends over the support 10.
The peripheral securing region 12 is not just at the periphery of the mesh 6, but slightly inward at a distance from the periphery of the mesh, which forms the region securing the mesh to the upper end of the peripheral skirt 25. The outward radial surface of the peripheral skirt 25 is provided with embossments which can be coupled to corresponding embossments of the cover wall 77 of the cover 75 to snap-fasten the cup-shaped member 2 and the cover 75.
In this example, the support 10 is held by adhesive composition at location 20 by bonding to the inner surface of the peripheral skirt 25. Otherwise the support 10 may be held by welding or by radial clamping.
The circumferential wall 76 covers the upper surface of the mesh 6. The tensile member 16 is formed by the lower end of the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 supported by the circumferential wall 76. The circumferential wall 76 also forms an axial locking element for the support 10.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 14 and 15, the cup-shaped member 2 has two concentric peripheral skirts with the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portions 4 therein. Outwardly, the cup-shaped member 2 comprises a further peripheral skirt 80, the height of the peripheral skirt 80 being smaller than the height of the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4. In this embodiment, the device 1 comprises a cover 75. The cover wall 77 of the cover 75 is coupled to the peripheral skirt 80 by respective embossments. The cover wall 77 presents inwardly a shoulder 81, the shoulder 81 covering the upper end of the support 10. The support 10 is axially trapped between the shoulder 81 and the upper end of the peripheral skirt 80. The shoulder 81 axially covers the support 10, forming an axial locking element for the support 10. The support 10 is also clamped between the inner peripheral skirt 4 and the covering wall 77 according to an axis perpendicular to the axis X. A portion of the tubular region 36 of the mesh 6 is sandwiched between the cover wall 77 and the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 above the shoulder 81 up to the upper end of the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 that constitutes the tensile member 16.
In the example shown in fig. 16 and 17, the cup-shaped member 2 is very similar to the cup-shaped member in fig. 5 to 9. Except that the device 1 further comprises a cover support 85 for supporting the cup-shaped member 2. The cup member 2 also presents a lower peripheral skirt 86 extending below the wall 27, the lower peripheral skirt 86 being aligned with the outer peripheral skirt 25. The lower peripheral skirt 86 has embossments complementary to embossments in the corresponding peripheral wall 87 of the cover support 85 for snap fastening them.
In this example as well, the support 10 includes a circumferential lip 88 extending from the upper end of the support 10 on opposite sides of the outer edge 33. Once the device 1 is assembled, this circumferential lip 88 covers the annular position 34 above the mesh 6 and can act as a seat. In this region, therefore, the web 6 is sandwiched between the circumferential lip 88 and the tensile member 16, which is the upper end of the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 of the cup-shaped member 2.
In the example of fig. 18 and 19, the stretching member 16 is part of the cover 75 comprising a neck 90 of the device 1, the neck 90 having a wall 91 extending below the neck 90 and coupled to the cup-shaped member 2 by snap fastening. The cover 75 also participates in the fixation of the support 10. The upper end of the cup member 2 extends between this wall 91 and the peripheral skirt 25. The peripheral skirt 25 is the portion of the cover 75 that extends below the neck 90 and contacts the support 10 at the location 20 to secure the support 10 by friction. The peripheral skirt 25 is linked to the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 by a wall 27, the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 also being part of the cover 75 and comprising the tensile member 16 at the upper end.
Fig. 20 to 23 show an embodiment in which the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 has a varying height. The stretching member 16 is formed by the upper end of the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4 such that the shape of the inner region 37 of the web 4 after assembly is not flat. In this example, the peripheral fixation region 12 is also uneven, having a shape similar to the shape of the upper end of the inner Zhou Qunzhuang portion 4. In other respects the cup-shaped member 2 and the support 10 are very similar to those shown in fig. 1 to 4.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 24 to 27, one of the support 10 and the cup-shaped member 2 (in this example, the support 10) comprises a first partition wall 100, while the other of the support 10 and the cup-shaped member 2 (in this example, the cup-shaped member 2) comprises two second partition walls 101 and 102 surrounding the first partition wall 100, such that the mesh 6 is enclosed between the first partition wall 100 and each of the two second partition walls 101 and 102. As shown in fig. 26, the web 6 is stretched by the stretching member 16 at the periphery and at the partition walls 100, 101, and 102. The second partition walls 101 and 102 provide two product compartments within the cup-shaped member 2 even if there is one net 6, one support 10 and one cup-shaped member 2.
The invention is not limited to the embodiments shown. There may be more than two product compartments within the cup-shaped member 2.
