Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Before discussing exemplary embodiments in more detail, it should be noted that some exemplary embodiments are described as processes or methods depicted as flowcharts. Although a flowchart may describe the steps as a sequential process, many of the steps can be performed in parallel, concurrently or simultaneously. In addition, the order of the steps may be rearranged. A process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. A process may correspond to a method, a function, a procedure, a subroutine, a subprogram, etc.
The terms and acronyms mentioned in the examples below have the following meanings:
PON (Passive Optical Network: Passive Optical Network). The PON (passive optical network) does not contain any electronic devices and electronic power supplies (in the optical distribution network), and the ODN is composed of all passive devices such as an optical Splitter (Splitter), and does not require expensive active electronic devices. A passive optical network includes an Optical Line Terminal (OLT) mounted to a central control station and a plurality of associated Optical Network Units (ONUs) mounted to subscriber sites. An Optical Distribution Network (ODN) between the OLT and the ONUs contains optical fibers and passive optical splitters or couplers.
The OLT is called an Optical Line Terminal. The OLT is an optical line terminal, is a local side device of telecommunications, is used for connecting an optical fiber trunk line, functions as a switch or a router in a conventional communication network, and is a device at an outer network entrance and an inner network exit. Placed at the central office, the most important functions are traffic scheduling, buffer control, and providing a user-oriented passive optical network interface and allocating bandwidth. Simply speaking, two functions are realized, and for the upstream, the uplink access of the PON network is completed; and for the downstream, sending and distributing the acquired data to all ONU user terminal equipment through the ODN.
The ONU is an Optical Network Unit. The ONU has two roles: selectively receiving the broadcast sent by the OLT, and receiving a response to the OLT if the data needs to be received; and collecting and buffering Ethernet data required to be sent by a user, and sending the buffered data to the OLT end according to the distributed sending window. Different ways of deploying ONU access in FTTx networks are also different, for example, fttc (fiber To The curr): the ONU is placed in a central machine room of a cell; FTTB (fiber To The building): the ONU is placed in a junction box of a corridor; FTTH (FiberTo The Home): the ONU is placed in the home user.
The ONT is an Optical Network Terminal, the very end unit of the FTTH, colloquially called a "light cat," similar to the xDSL's cable cat. An ONT is an optical network terminal applied to an end user, and an ONU refers to an optical network unit, which may have other networks with the end user. The ONT is an integral part of the ONU.
Example one
The embodiment provides a method for monitoring internet broadband access quality, as shown in fig. 1, including:
s101, acquiring configuration parameters and diagnosis indexes from a measurement management server;
in the step, internet broadband access quality software is integrated in a router, and a router application runs on a router operating system. The method comprises the steps of deploying a software router integrated with internet broadband access quality to an end user, configuring relevant network parameters, and connecting an ONU optical modem or an xDSL modem through a WAN port of the router.
And S102, acquiring network quality detection data from the terminal access module based on the configuration parameters.
In this step, the internet broadband access quality software in the router obtains configuration parameters from the measurement management server and performs active measurement according to the configuration. The measurement contents comprise: the method comprises the steps of measuring network performance from a router to a main routing node in an operator province, tracking the routing node from a user to a common website, establishing a main router node list in the operator province, measuring a DNS analysis performance index from the user to the operator, and measuring a user experience index of the user accessing the Internet.
S103, diagnosing the detection result based on a preset diagnosis index, and judging whether the detection result is abnormal.
In this step, the preset diagnosis index generally refers to the aforementioned DNS resolution performance index from the user to the operator, a user experience index for the user to access the internet, and the like.
And S104, if the abnormal condition exists, generating early warning information and sending the early warning information to the measurement management server.
The measurement management server is preset with configuration parameters and diagnosis indexes. Wherein the configuration parameters are used to define a broadband access quality module in the router.
According to the method for monitoring the broadband access performance quality of the internet on the router, the management of an operator to a broadband access system can be more refined, the user access experience of the user can be more conveniently evaluated, the efficiency of isolating, positioning and solving faults of the broadband access user of the operator is effectively improved through the visual analysis of the active monitoring of the broadband service quality, when the user experience is found to be reduced through testing, the problem can be solved in advance, the user experience is improved, the frequency of seeking technical support or the user site by an end user is reduced, and the operation and maintenance cost is reduced.
Example two
The present embodiment adds the diagnosis and display process of the detection result on the basis of the above embodiments. Because the user does not know how to maintain when the broadband quality is abnormal, the user can only report to maintenance personnel, the maintenance personnel usually need a certain time to go to the site for maintenance, the intermediate time interval is long, the user cannot use the broadband in the period of time, and the use experience is poor. Because the broadband access quality software is directly integrated in the router and is directly arranged at the end user, when the broadband quality problem occurs, the fault can be timely positioned, and the position and the reason of the problem occurring in the broadband can be informed to the user. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the following steps:
s201, acquiring configuration parameters and diagnosis indexes from a measurement management server;
s2021, measuring the node network performance from the router to the main routing node in the operator province; and/or establishing a main router node list in the operator province from the user to the routing node of the common website; and/or measuring DNS resolution performance indexes from the user to the operator; and/or measuring user experience indexes of users accessing the Internet;
s2022, taking the node network performance, the router node list, the DNS analysis performance index and/or the user experience index as a detection result.
S203, diagnosing the network quality detection data based on a preset diagnosis index, and judging whether the detection result is abnormal;
and S204, if the abnormal condition exists, generating early warning information and sending the early warning information to the measurement management server.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the method further includes diagnosing the detection result, that is, step S203 further specifically includes:
s2031, judging whether a preset broadband index is abnormal or not, and if the preset broadband index is abnormal, judging whether the data packet has a quality problem or not;
s2032, if the data packet is not abnormal, judging that the data packet has no quality problem.
In an alternative embodiment, at the same time as steps S2031 and S2032, the method further comprises:
s2033, acquiring flow information passing through the router;
s2034, judging whether the flow information is abnormal or not, and if the flow information is abnormal, judging that the network connection is abnormal.
The step is used for identifying abnormal connection which may affect the internet surfing quality of the user, and when at least one of the following conditions is met, the abnormal connection is judged, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
an IP address in an upstream network connection is detected. Specifically, whether the network connection is an abnormal connection pointing to a malicious website is judged by matching the monitored IP address with a malicious IP address library in a measurement management server; and if the connection points to the malicious website, judging the abnormal connection pointing to the malicious website.
And/or
Detecting and monitoring ports and protocols contained in network connection, and judging whether a user host is used as a springboard for network attack or not when the protocol type is not matched with the commonly used port, accessing a rare port (or a preset suspicious port) and scanning the port of an intranet IP address, and judging that the user host is abnormal if at least one condition occurs;
and/or
Monitoring whether the following occurs: and if at least one of a large number of connection requests/continuous requests to a certain IP address in a period of time regularly and continuously requests the certain IP address, continuously only sending a request packet of a TCP protocol and refusing to receive a return packet of the request packet, and the like, the user is judged to be a controlled host of the denial of service attack.
In another alternative embodiment, after step S203, as shown in fig. 4, the method further includes:
s2051, if the abnormal condition exists, generating a diagnosis result, wherein the diagnosis result comprises a user maintenance suggestion;
s2052, sending the diagnosis result to a user side so that the user can carry out simple maintenance based on the user maintenance suggestion;
and S2053, storing the diagnosis result in the router.
In an alternative embodiment, the method further includes, when the abnormality occurs, generating early warning information and sending the early warning information to the measurement management server, and at the same time, executing step S206, sending the early warning information to a display module for visual display.
According to the embodiment, the early warning information is sent to the display module to be visually displayed, so that a user can visually find the broadband detection quality problem, and the user experience is improved.
