Abstract
The invention discloses a winding device for a stator coil of a generator, which comprises a rotary disc and a fixed disc, wherein the rotary disc is provided with a plurality of winding holes; the turntable is connected with a motor for driving the turntable to rotate, and the motor is arranged on a motor mounting frame; the turntable is characterized in that a sleeve is axially arranged on the turntable and is of a hollow structure, a plurality of slots are radially formed in the outer surface of the sleeve, a top plate is arranged in each slot, an elastic ejecting piece for driving the top plate to move is arranged in the sleeve, the elastic ejecting piece axially extends to the outer side of the sleeve, one end, far away from the turntable, of the fixed disc is connected with a cylinder for driving the fixed disc to move axially, the middle of one end, close to the turntable, of the fixed disc is fixedly connected with an installation disc, and a plurality of coil fixing rods are axially arranged on the installation disc in a surrounding mode. The generator is generally composed of a stator, a rotor, an end cover, a bearing, and the like. The generator stator consists of a stator core, a coil winding, a base and other structural members for fixing the parts. The clearance of stator coil can't be adjusted to generator stator's wire winding among the prior art to unable adaptation not unidimensional generator stator wire winding uses, therefore need set up a plurality of machines to the generator of different power and comparatively consume the cost.

Referring to fig. 1-6, a winding device for a stator coil of a generator comprises a rotary table 1 and a fixed table 9, wherein the rotary table 1 and the fixed table 9 are arranged in parallel, and the rotary table 1 is arranged to facilitate subsequent switching of the position of a slot 5.

The sleeve 4 is axially arranged on the rotary table 1, the sleeve 4 is of a hollow structure, the sleeve 4 is arranged in the hollow structure, parts can be further arranged in the sleeve, on one hand, the space is saved, and on the other hand, the top plate 12 can extend from inside to outside conveniently.
A plurality of flutings 5 have radially been seted up to the surface of sleeve 4, all is provided with roof 12 in every fluting 5, and the setting of roof 12 is convenient for control copper line wire-wound shape.
In this embodiment, the number of the top plates 12 is two, the top plate 12 is composed of two parts, i.e., a long top plate 12a and a short top plate 12b, and the long top plate 12a and the short top plate 12b are arranged alternately, referring to fig. 4 and 5, since the long top plate 12a and the short top plate 12b are arranged alternately, the copper wires wound around the long top plate and the short top plate are in a polygonal shape, and by deflecting the angle of the rotating disk 1, the shape at the rightmost side in fig. 5 can be realized, which is convenient for subsequent loading on the stator.
In the present embodiment, the number of the slots 5 is the same as the number of the coil fixing bars 7, thereby ensuring that the fixing bars 7 are provided in each slot 5.
Be provided with the elasticity ejecting 6 of the motion of drive roof 12 in the sleeve 4, elasticity ejecting 6 axial extension to the sleeve 4 outside, the setting of elasticity ejector pin 6 can need not extra electric drive, triggers when realizing touching with the fixed disk 9.

At least one polished rod 16 is arranged in the shell 15, two ends of the polished rod 16 are welded on the inner wall of the shell 15, the connecting plate 18 is connected to the polished rod 16 in a sliding mode, and the polished rod 16 plays a role in supporting and stabilizing, so that the connecting plate 18 can only realize horizontal linear sliding, and the stability of the matching motion of the conical block 13 and the top plate 12 is guaranteed.
The end of the fixed plate 9 far away from the turntable 1 is connected with a cylinder 11 for driving the fixed plate to move axially, and the cylinder 11 is used for driving the fixed plate 9 to approach one side of the turntable 1 until the mounting plate 8 touches the ejector rod 19, so that the top plate 12 extends out of the slot 5.
The middle part of one end of the fixed disc 9 close to the rotary disc 1 is fixedly connected with a mounting disc 8, a plurality of coil fixing rods 7 are axially arranged on the mounting disc 8 in a surrounding manner, and the coil fixing rods 7 can fix a coil, as shown in fig. 5.
It should be mentioned that the coil fixing rod 7 should be arranged in a staggered manner with the slots 5, and after the staggered arrangement, the protruding part of the coil is convenient to correspond to the position of the coil fixing rod 7, so that the coil (on the left side of fig. 5) wound on the top plate 12 can be directly slid into the space between the coil fixing rods 7 (in the middle of fig. 5), then the driving motor 3 rotates the rotary plate 1, the rotary plate 1 drives the top plate 12 to switch the angle, and the above steps are repeated until the complete winding is completed (on the right side of fig. 5).
After the winding of the coil is finished on the right side of fig. 5, the bent part of the coil can be inserted into different stator dies, the interval can be adjusted, and the winding and installation of the coil are finished finally as shown in fig. 6.
