The outer edge of the shaft disc 7 is provided with an inverted bevel structure 10; all the reverse bevel structures 10 correspond to a respective connecting tooth 12, and the reverse bevel structures 10 can serve as a guide surface for the sprayed lubricating fluid to flow into the flow guide spaces 14.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the motor works, the threaded spline shaft 0 rotates at a high speed, lubricating oil is easily thrown between the driving disc 2 and the rubber disc 5 attached to the gear 1, at the moment, the lubricating oil contacts the shaft disc 7 first, and under the synchronous rotation action of the shaft disc 7, the lubricating oil or other impurities easily enter the flow guide slope surface 8 under the centrifugal force of the shaft disc 7 and the negative pressure action in the flow guide space 14, and the flow guide slope surfaces 8 are arranged in the circumferential direction of the shaft disc 7 due to the large number of the flow guide slope surfaces 8;
when the lubricating oil enters the flow guide slope surface 8, because the height of the flow guide slope surface 8 gradually decreases from the inner circle of the shaft disc 7 to the outer circle of the shaft disc 7, the lubricating oil flows into the flow guide space 14 by virtue of the inclination, and is prevented from being scattered on a friction surface formed between the driving disc 2 and the rubber disc 5;
drainage inclined plane 13 is used for, can not make connecting tooth 12 terminal surface form the plane, prevents the lubricating oil accumulation, but through drainage inclined plane 13, under the centrifugal force effect, is thrown into in drainage interval 14.
All the reverse slope structures 10 respectively correspond to one connecting tooth 12, and the reverse slope structures 10 can be used as a guide surface to enable the sputtered lubricating oil to flow into the drainage space 14, namely to be matched with the flow guide slope surface 8;
the diversion slope 8 is of an inclined hole structure, and has little influence on the structural strength of the shaft disc 7, because the slope of one end, close to the shaft disc 7, of the diversion slope 8 is high, and has a reserved interval 11 with the shaft disc 7, the structural strength of the shaft disc 7 is not influenced;
the structure can eliminate most of lubricating oil and impurities;
when the driving disc 2 works, the rotation is kept, so that when one secondary drainage groove 3 rotates to the position below the driving disc 2, the lubricating oil on the driving disc 2 is introduced into the secondary drainage groove 3 through the secondary drainage slope surface 4 and is thrown out of one side, facing the rubber disc 5, of the driving disc 2 through the secondary drainage slope surface 4;
if the groove edge of the secondary drainage groove 3 is a straight line, the stress in the driving disc 2 can influence the structure of the secondary drainage groove 3, namely, the groove edge which is matched with the curvatures of the inner edge and the outer edge of the driving disc 2 has higher structural strength than the straight line groove;
the limiting ring 17 and the driving disc 2 are integrally formed, so that the whole machining procedures of the driving disc 2 are few; the connecting teeth 12 and the shaft disc 7 are integrally in a toothed ring-shaped gear disc, the gear disc is pressed in the shaft hole through the other side surface of the driving disc 2, a limiting ring 17 is adopted to tightly contact the connecting teeth 12, and the limiting ring 17 is used for preventing the connecting teeth 12 from being separated from the shaft hole and moving along the threaded spline shaft 0; then, a press mounting plate 15 is arranged on the driving disc 2 through bolts, and the connecting teeth 12 are tightly contacted by a first press mounting block 16 on the press mounting plate 15 so as to achieve the purpose of limiting;
the fan blade of the axial flow fan blade 19 adopts a fan blade structure capable of forming negative pressure in the drainage interval 14, when the motor is started to work, the axial flow fan blade 19 rotates along with the motor to form negative pressure in the drainage interval 14 to form suction acting force, impurities enter the drainage interval 14 and are prevented from eccentrically flowing towards the driving disc 2, and the impurities are prevented from slipping;
when part of lubricating oil does not enter the drainage space 14, the lubricating oil flows into the annular groove 22 through the introduction cambered surface 23 in the process of being scattered to the eccentric position of the driving disc 2 due to the rotating centrifugal force of the shaft disc 7 and the driving disc 2, and the lubricating oil forms temporary isolation in the annular groove 22 due to the fact that the height difference exists between the other side of the annular groove 22 and the inner ring side of the driving disc 2 corresponding to the annular groove 22, the lubricating oil is mainly prevented from flowing to the eccentric position of the driving disc 2, and under the continuous rotation of the driving disc 2, the lubricating oil is scattered in the opposite direction to the direction of the shaft disc 7, namely, the lubricating oil is scattered back to the shaft disc 7 through the introduction cambered surface 23 and is discharged outside through the drainage space 14.
