The distribution transformer is one of important devices in power supply and distribution systems of industrial and mining enterprises and civil buildings, the oil-immersed transformer is one of the important devices, the oil-immersed transformer is a novel high-performance transformer with more reasonable structure and better performance, mainly uses oil as a main insulation means of the transformer, and uses the oil as a cooling medium, the oil-immersed transformer has low cost and strong capability of enduring severe environment, because the oil-immersed transformer generates high temperature when in use, and the high-temperature hydraulic oil can cause oxidation of internal electrical components to generate impurities, and the transformer oil needs to be filtered to avoid influencing the normal use of the transformer, so as to prolong the service life of the transformer oil, but the existing oil-immersed transformer is troublesome to maintain, is to filter the transformer oil regularly by manpower, and troublesome to clean manually, is inconvenient to use, and because the oil-immersed transformer insulates and cools an internal coil by the transformer oil, the conventional oil-immersed transformer cools the transformer oil only through a fan, so that the cooling efficiency is low, and the cooling effect of the transformer oil on the coil is easily influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an oil-immersed transformer capable of reducing manual cleaning, and aims to solve the problems that the existing oil-immersed transformer in the background art is troublesome to maintain, has low cooling efficiency on transformer oil and is easy to influence the cooling effect of the transformer oil on a coil.

the oil-well pump is fixed at the bottom of the right side of the oil-immersed transformer body and is respectively connected with the oil-immersed transformer body and a filter tank through an oil-well pipe, the filter tank is arranged at the bottom of a fixed plate, the fixed plate is fixed at the bottom of the left side of the oil-immersed transformer body, clamping plates are connected to two ends of the surface of the fixed plate in a sliding mode, and the clamping plates are in contact with the filter tank;
the fixing component is used for dismounting and mounting the filter tank and is arranged in the fixing plate;
the oil delivery pump is fixed in the left side below of oil-immersed transformer body, and the oil delivery pump is connected with filter tank and cooling tube respectively through first oil delivery pipe, the cooling tube is fixed in the inside of cooling cabinet, and the cooling cabinet is fixed in the left side top of oil-immersed transformer body, and the both ends of cooling cabinet are provided with refrigerating plant simultaneously, the cooling tube is connected with the oil-immersed transformer body through second oil delivery pipe, and second oil delivery pipe's surface is provided with flow sensor, the right side surface of oil-immersed transformer body is provided with controller and alarm, and the alarm setting is in the top of controller.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the oil-immersed transformer capable of reducing manual cleaning,
(1) the oil pumping pipe can convey the transformer oil in the oil-immersed transformer body into the filtering tank through the oil pumping pipe for filtering so as to clean impurities in the hydraulic oil, and then convey the transformer oil in the filtering tank into the oil-immersed transformer body through the first oil conveying pipe and the second oil conveying pipe through the oil conveying pump, so that the frequency of manual cleaning is reduced, and the automation degree of the oil-immersed transformer body is improved;
(2) the flow sensor and the controller are arranged, when the surface of the filter screen in the filter tank is provided with more impurities, the filtering efficiency of the transformer oil can be influenced, so that the flow of the transformer oil in the second oil conveying pipe can be detected through the flow sensor, and when the flow is low, the alarm can be turned on through the controller to remind a worker, so that the filter screen in the filter tank can be replaced in time, the influence on the normal use of the oil-immersed transformer main body is avoided, and the practicability of the oil-immersed transformer main body is improved;
(3) the cooling cabinet and the cooling pipe are arranged, the oil delivery pump can enable the transformer oil to pass through a section of S-shaped cooling pipe in the cooling cabinet while conveying the transformer oil, and the cooling pipe is matched with a refrigerating device to cool the cooling pipe, so that the transformer oil is cooled while conveying the transformer oil, and the using effect of the transformer oil is improved;
(4) be provided with movable block and connecting plate, the movable block that the lead screw drove its both ends slides at the both ends of lead screw, can drive the slider on movable block surface simultaneously and slide in the spout on connecting plate surface, make the slider drive the connecting plate and slide to it slides to drive the diaphragm relative motion at the inside both ends of fixed plate through the connecting plate, thereby make the diaphragm drive the splint and the filtration jar separation on fixed plate surface, so that carry out the dismouting to filtering the jar, the convenience is changed the filter screen.

Referring to fig. 1-6, the present invention provides a technical solution: an oil-immersed transformer capable of reducing manual cleaning is disclosed, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, two ends of a base 1 are fixed with hydraulic cylinders 2, the hydraulic cylinders 2 are connected with a mounting plate 3, two sets of hydraulic cylinders 2 are arranged and symmetrically arranged so as to jack up an oil-immersed transformer body 4 when a filter tank 8 at the bottom of the oil-immersed transformer body 4 is replaced, thereby facilitating the replacement of workers, the mounting plate 3 is fixed at two ends of the oil-immersed transformer body 4, a coil 5 is arranged inside the oil-immersed transformer body 4, an oil-well pump 6 is fixed at the bottom of the right side of the oil-immersed transformer body 4, the oil-well pump 6 is respectively connected with the oil-immersed transformer body 4 and the filter tank 8 through an oil-pumping pipe 7, a filter screen for filtering the transformer oil is arranged inside the filter tank 8, the oil-well pump 6 can convey the transformer oil inside the oil-immersed transformer body 4 to the inside of the filter tank 8 through the oil-pumping pipe 7, so as to filter the impurity in the transformer oil, filter the transformer oil after will filtering through oil feed pump 12 again and carry to inside oil-immersed transformer body 4, so circulate, the convenience is filtered the inside transformer oil of oil-immersed transformer body 4, the inconvenience that impurity brought in the manual cleaning oil has been avoided, reduce staff's intensity of labour, filter jar 8 and set up the bottom at fixed plate 9, and fixed plate 9 fixes the left side bottom at oil-immersed transformer body 4, fixed plate 9's surperficial both ends sliding connection has splint 10, and splint 10 contacts with filter jar 8, splint 10's surface is provided with the arc wall, filter jar 8's surface is filtered in the convenient laminating, improve the fixed effect to filter jar 8.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, a fixing assembly 11 for mounting and dismounting the filter tank 8 is arranged inside the fixing plate 9, the fixing assembly 11 comprises a motor 1101, a screw 1102, movable blocks 1103, sliders 1104, sliding grooves 1105, a connecting plate 1106 and a transverse plate 1107, the motor 1101 is fixed outside the fixing plate 9, the output end of the motor 1101 is connected with the screw 1102, the screw 1102 is rotatably connected inside the fixing plate 9, the movable blocks 1103 are connected with the two ends of the surface of the screw 1102 in a threaded manner, the movable blocks 1103 are slidably connected with the two ends of the inside of the fixing plate 9, the sliders 1104 are fixed on the surface of the movable blocks 1103, the sliders 1104 are connected with the sliding grooves 1105, the sliding grooves 1105 are arranged on the surface of the connecting plate 1106, the connecting plate 1106 is fixed on the two ends of the transverse plate 1107, the transverse plate 1107 is slidably connected with the two ends of the inside of the fixing plate 9, the transverse plate 1107 is connected with the clamping plate 10, and a sliding mechanism is formed between the motor 1101, the screw 1102 and the movable blocks 1103, the diaphragm 1107 is provided with two sets ofly, and all be provided with two sets of connecting plate 1106 on every group diaphragm 1107, crisscross each other between the connecting plate 1106 simultaneously, when long-time back of using needs to filter jar 8 inside filter screen and change, at first open motor 1101 and make it drive lead screw 1102 and rotate, lead screw 1102 rotates and drives the movable block 1103 of its both ends threaded connection and slide in opposite directions, make movable block 1103 drive its surperficial slider 1104 slide in the spout 1105 on connecting plate 1106 surface, so that drive the inside both ends of fixed plate 9 diaphragm 1107 of connecting plate 1106 and slide to the one end of keeping away from fixed plate 9 axis through connecting plate 1106, thereby make diaphragm 1107 drive the splint 10 on fixed plate 9 surface and filter jar 8 separation, conveniently dismantle filter jar 8, so that change the filter screen.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 6, the oil feeding pump 12 is fixed below the left side of the oil-immersed transformer body 4, the oil feeding pump 12 is connected with the filter tank 8 and the cooling pipe 14 through the first oil feeding pipe 13, the cooling pipe 14 is fixed inside the cooling cabinet 15, the cooling cabinet 15 is fixed above the left side of the oil-immersed transformer body 4, meanwhile, the two ends of the cooling cabinet 15 are provided with the refrigerating device 16, the cooling pipe 14 is a copper pipe, the cooling pipe 14 is S-shaped, the copper pipe has excellent heat conduction and heat dissipation, the S-shaped cooling pipe 14 can increase the cooling range of the transformer oil, thereby increasing the cooling effect of the transformer oil, the cooling pipe 14 is connected with the oil-immersed transformer body 4 through the second oil feeding pipe 17, the surface of the second oil feeding pipe 17 is provided with the flow sensor 18, the right side surface of the oil-immersed transformer body 4 is provided with the controller 19 and the alarm 20, the alarm 20 is arranged above the controller 19, the controller 19 is electrically connected with the flow sensor 18 and the alarm 20, when more impurities are attached to the surface of the filter screen inside the filter tank 8, the filtering efficiency of the transformer oil is affected, so that the oil feed pump 12 changes the flow rates inside the first oil feed pipe 13 and the second oil feed pipe 17 when feeding the pressure-changed oil, the flow sensor 18 of LWGY type on the surface of the second oil feed pipe 17 can detect the flow change of the pressure change oil inside the second oil feed pipe 17, and transmit the flow information to the controller 19, when the flow is lower, the controller 19 can open the alarm 20 to send out an alarm to remind a worker to replace the filter screen inside the filter tank 8 in time, so that the influence on the use of the oil-immersed transformer body 4 is avoided, the automation degree is higher, the change of transformer oil is conveniently monitored in real time, and the practicability is improved.
The working principle is as follows: when the oil-immersed transformer with the manual cleaning reduction function is used and when the variable pressure oil in the oil-immersed transformer body 4 needs to be cleaned, the variable pressure oil in the oil-immersed transformer body 4 is firstly conveyed to the interior of the filter tank 8 through the oil pumping pipe 7 through the oil well pump 6 to be cleaned, then the oil conveying pump 12 is opened to convey the filtered variable pressure oil to the interior of the oil-immersed transformer body 4 through the first oil conveying pipe 13 and the second oil conveying pipe 17, meanwhile, the variable pressure oil passes through the section of S-shaped cooling pipe 14 in the cooling cabinet 15, the cooling device 16 can be matched to cool the variable pressure oil so as to improve the cooling effect of the variable pressure oil on the electrical elements in the oil-immersed transformer body 4, when the impurities attached to the surface of the filter screen in the filter tank 8 after long-time use are more, the flow sensor 18 on the surface of the second oil conveying pipe 17 can detect the flow of the filtered variable pressure oil, when the flow rate is low, the alarm 20 is turned on through the controller 19 to give an alarm to remind a worker to replace the filter screens in the filter tank 8 in time, before the filter tank 8 is disassembled, the hydraulic cylinders 2 at the two ends of the base 1 are firstly turned on to drive the oil-immersed transformer body 4 to ascend, then the motor 1101 on the outer side of the fixing plate 9 at the bottom of the base 1 is turned on to drive the lead screw 1102 to rotate, the lead screw 1102 rotates to drive the movable blocks 1103 at the two ends and the sliding blocks 1104 on the surfaces of the movable blocks 1103 to move oppositely, the sliding blocks 1104 on the outer side of the fixing plate 9 at the bottom of the base 1 are made to drive the transverse plates 1107 at the two ends of the fixing plate 9 to move oppositely through the sliding grooves 1105 on the surface of the connecting plate 1106, so that the transverse plates 1107 drive the clamping plates 10 to move oppositely to be separated from the filter tank 8, so as to complete the disassembly of the filter tank 8, after the filter screens in the filter tank 8 are replaced, the motor 1101 is firstly turned on to drive the lead screw 1102 to drive the movable blocks 1103 and the movable blocks 1103 at the surfaces of the movable blocks 1103 to move oppositely, the sliding block 1104 slides in the sliding groove 1105 on the surface of the connecting plate 1106, so that the connecting plate 1106 drives the transverse plates 1107 at the two ends inside the fixing plate 9 to move and slide oppositely, the transverse plates 1107 drive the clamping plates 10 to move and slide oppositely on the surface of the fixing plate 9 to fasten and fix the filter tank 8, the filter tank 8 is convenient to mount, then the hydraulic cylinder 2 is driven by the hydraulic cylinder 2 to drive the oil-immersed transformer body 4 to descend and reset, and the whole operation is completed, and the content which is not described in detail in the specification belongs to the prior art which is known by persons skilled in the art.
