1. A monitoring system for compensating rod position is characterized by comprising a controller, a rod position measuring device and a display device,
a rod position measuring device for measuring the rod position value of the compensation rods, the number of the rod position measuring devices is matched with the number of the compensation rods,
the controller is connected with the rod position measuring devices and is used for screening the rod position values measured by the rod position measuring devices to obtain the highest rod position value, the lowest rod position value and the marks of the compensation rods corresponding to the highest rod position value and the lowest rod position value,
a display device connected with the controller, the display device including a first display unit,
and the first display unit is used for displaying the highest rod position value, the lowest rod position value and the marks of the compensation rods corresponding to the highest rod position value and the lowest rod position value.
2. The system for monitoring the rod position of the compensation rod as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to sequence the rod position values measured by the plurality of rod position measuring devices to obtain the identification of the compensation rod arranged in ascending order of the rod position values or descending order of the rod position values and the sequence result of the rod position values thereof,
the display device further comprises a second display unit,
and the second display unit is used for displaying the marks of the compensation rods arranged in the ascending order or descending order of the rod position values and the sequencing result of the rod position values of the compensation rods.
3. The system for monitoring the position of a compensation rod of claim 2, further comprising a fault detection device,
the number of the fault detection devices is matched with that of the compensation rods, each fault detection device is respectively connected with each compensation rod and used for detecting faults related to the compensation rods,
the single failure detection device includes a first detection unit, a second detection unit and a third detection unit,
a first detection unit for detecting whether the motor driving device of the corresponding compensation rod is in failure and outputting a first failure signal when the failure is detected,
a second detection unit for detecting whether the corresponding rod position measuring device of the compensation rod has a fault or not and outputting a second fault signal when the fault is detected,
a third detection unit for detecting whether the gripper position measuring device of the corresponding compensation rod has a fault or not and outputting a third fault signal when the fault is detected,
and the controller is respectively connected with the plurality of fault measuring devices and is used for carrying out fault alarm according to the first fault signal, the second fault signal or the third fault signal.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the display device further comprises a third display unit, and the controller is further configured to send the identification of the compensating rod that has failed to alarm to the third display unit, so that the third display unit displays the identification of the compensating rod that has failed to alarm.
5. A judgment method for adjusting bar and bar grid balance is characterized by comprising the following steps:
monitoring the compensation rod position using the compensation rod position monitoring system of any one of claims 1 to 4,
when the rod position value of the adjusting rod is larger than the upper limit threshold value of the adjusting band, the compensating rod corresponding to the lowest rod position value displayed by the first display unit of the monitoring system is selected to be lifted so as to enable the rod position value of the adjusting rod to return to the adjusting band,
and when the rod position value of the adjusting rod is smaller than the lower limit threshold value of the adjusting band, the compensating rod corresponding to the highest rod position value displayed by the first display unit of the monitoring system is inserted downwards so that the rod position value of the adjusting rod returns to the adjusting band.
6. The method for determining the balance of an adjusting rod and bar according to claim 5, wherein the compensating rod position is monitored by the system for monitoring the compensating rod position according to any one of claims 2 to 4,
before selecting to lift the compensation rod corresponding to the lowest rod position value displayed by the first display unit of the monitoring system or selecting to insert the compensation rod corresponding to the highest rod position value displayed by the first display unit of the monitoring system, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the compensating rods corresponding to the lowest rod position value/the highest rod position value displayed by the first display unit are consistent with the marks of the compensating rods arranged in descending order of rod position values and the marks and the rod position values of the compensating rods positioned at the last position/the first position in the sorting result of the rod position values displayed by the second display unit,
when the judgment result is consistent, the compensation rod corresponding to the lowest rod bit value/the highest rod bit value displayed by the first display unit is confirmed to be correct,
and when the judgment result is inconsistent, confirming that the compensation rod corresponding to the lowest rod bit value/the highest rod bit value displayed by the first display unit is wrong.
7. The method for determining the balance of an adjustment rod and bar according to claim 6, wherein the compensation rod position is monitored by the system for monitoring the compensation rod position according to claim 4,
after the determining that the compensation rod corresponding to the lowest rod position value/the highest rod position value displayed by the first display unit is correct and before the selecting to lift the compensation rod corresponding to the lowest rod position value displayed by the first display unit of the monitoring system or to insert the compensation rod corresponding to the highest rod position value displayed by the first display unit of the monitoring system, the method further includes:
checking whether the third display unit has a fault alarm display,
and when the auditing result shows that the fault alarm exists, the compensation rod position monitoring system is abandoned to monitor the compensation rod position.
8. A judging device for adjusting the balance of a rod and a bar fence, which is characterized by comprising a selecting device and a monitoring system for compensating the rod position of the rod and the bar fence as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4,
the monitoring system of the compensating rod position is used for detecting the compensating rod position,
and the selection device is connected with the rod position monitoring system of the compensation rod, and is used for selecting to lift the compensation rod corresponding to the lowest rod position value displayed by the first display unit of the monitoring system when the rod position value of the adjustment rod is larger than the upper limit threshold value of the adjustment band so as to enable the rod position value of the adjustment rod to return to the adjustment band, and selecting to insert the compensation rod corresponding to the highest rod position value displayed by the first display unit of the monitoring system downwards so as to enable the rod position value of the adjustment rod to return to the adjustment band when the rod position value of the adjustment rod is smaller than the lower limit threshold value of the adjustment band.

the monitoring system of the compensation rod position adopts the monitoring system of the compensation rod position of any one of claims 2 to 4,
the judging device is connected with the rod position monitoring system of the compensating rods and is used for judging whether the compensating rods corresponding to the lowest rod position value/the highest rod position value displayed by the first display unit are consistent with the marks of the compensating rods arranged in descending order of the rod position values and the marks of the compensating rods positioned at the last position/the first position in the sorting result of the rod position values and the rod position values thereof displayed by the second display unit,
the confirmation prompting device is connected with the judging device and used for confirming that the compensation rod corresponding to the lowest rod position value/highest rod position value displayed by the first display unit is correct and sending corresponding prompting information when the judging result is consistent; and the compensation bar is used for confirming that the compensation bar corresponding to the lowest bar position value/the highest bar position value displayed by the first display unit is wrong and sending corresponding prompt information when the judgment result is inconsistent.
10. The apparatus for determining the balance of an adjustment rod and bar according to claim 9, further comprising an audit device,
the monitoring system of the compensation rod position adopts the monitoring system of the compensation rod position of claim 4,
