A chronic disease informatization management method according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
The chronic disease informatization management method comprises the following steps of:
constructing a database, wherein a plurality of health files are arranged in the database; each health file corresponds to different persons needing management, and each health file at least comprises a personal basic information table, laboratory test information, diagnosis information and treatment information; the personal basic information table at least comprises names and file numbers;
constructing a visual platform, and setting a query tag and a file editing button group in the visual platform;
responding to the operation of the query tag, and displaying an archive query window in the visualization platform; acquiring information to be retrieved input by a user in a file query window, matching corresponding names and/or file numbers in a database according to the information to be retrieved, and displaying health files corresponding to the names and/or file numbers in a visualization platform;
when the health record is displayed in the visualization platform, the personal basic information table, the laboratory test information, the diagnosis information and the treatment information in the health record can be added, deleted and modified in response to the operation of the record editing button group.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, each person to be managed sets a corresponding management file, and each health file stores data such as a personal basic information table, laboratory test information, diagnosis information, treatment information, and the like of the person to be managed. The personal basic information table mainly records the basic information of the personnel to be managed, such as name, file number, height, weight, age, gender and the like; wherein the name and the file number are mainly used for distinguishing the identities of different persons needing treatment. And the name and the file number are recorded in laboratory test information, diagnosis information and treatment information of the personnel to be managed, so that the information of the personnel to be managed can be accurately stored and distinguished.
The visualization platform is the basis for realizing management, and has the capability of checking and editing all health files in the database after the query tag and the file editing button group are arranged. The query tag can be a button displayed in a visual platform, a file query window can be displayed in the visual platform by operating the button, characters can be input in the file query window, the input characters can be acquired by a server, and then the characters can be used for scanning in a database and matching information with the same field; therefore, after the information to be retrieved (which may be the name and/or the file number of the person to be managed to be queried) is input in the file query window, the name and/or the file number are matched to be consistent in the whole database, and the health file corresponding to the name and/or the file number is displayed in the visualization platform. In actual engineering, each health record is independently set, so that only names and record numbers in the personal information table are searched, and therefore, the search of irrelevant fields can be effectively avoided, and meanwhile, the search efficiency can be improved. In addition, when searching by name, a plurality of persons to be managed with the same name may appear, and when the persons to be managed have the same name, the persons to be managed are sequentially displayed; in practice, to avoid this, the file number is usually selected for querying.
In the actual treatment process, when the administrator needs to make a double-visit, the information of the treatment condition in the latest period, the treatment means in the next period and the like is usually supplemented in the health file, so that after the health file is displayed by the visual platform, a file editing button group arranged in the visual platform is activated, and the information of the personal basic information table, laboratory test information, diagnosis information and treatment information can be added, deleted and modified by the attending physician through the file editing button group, so that the condition development of the administrator is prevented from being accurately recorded.
In addition, in practical management, the chronic disease informatization management system of the embodiment of the invention needs to be used after login, and the login needs to be successful by using the personal key, so that after each operation, the operator information, the operation time information and the like are added for subsequent tracing. Meanwhile, the personal information is used for logging in, so that the authority division is convenient to realize, management personnel can only check and cannot change the authority, and the integrity of the health file is prevented from being damaged.
According to the chronic disease informatization management method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the database is constructed, and the independent health file is established for each person needing to be managed in the database, so that all information of each person needing to be managed can be effectively and long-term stored in the long-term treatment process; meanwhile, the health file is established, so that the treatment information of the chronic disease patient can be effectively classified, and the treatment information is not mixed with the information of other patients for storage; through the visual platform, any main doctor can conveniently and visually check the illness state and the treatment means of the personnel needing to be managed. The function of accurate inquiry can be realized through setting up the inquiry label, and the main treatment doctor who is convenient for use visual platform can be quick calls out needs managers' health archives. Through setting up archives editing button group, the main treatment doctor who is convenient for use visual platform can in time supply the healthy archives that need the managers, avoids long-time artificial memory or case history paper memory to lead to the case history disappearance. The chronic disease informatization management method of the embodiment of the invention realizes informatization and centralized management of chronic diseases, has the capacity of long-time storage and multi-terminal reading, can enable the main doctor and the person to be managed to efficiently, intuitively and multi-terminal check the health file of the person to be managed, and greatly improves the working efficiency of chronic disease management and treatment.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the set of profile editing buttons includes a personal information editing button, a test information editing button, a diagnostic information editing button, a treatment information editing button; the laboratory test information comprises a plurality of test result tables; the diagnosis information comprises a plurality of diagnosis result tables; the treatment information includes a plurality of treatment schedules;
in response to the operation of the file editing button group, the addition, deletion and modification of the personal basic information table, the laboratory test information, the diagnosis information and the treatment information in the health file can be performed, which comprises the following steps:
in response to the operation of the personal information editing button, the addition, deletion and modification can be carried out on the personal basic information table displayed in the visual platform;
in response to the operation of the inspection information editing button, a new inspection result table can be imported into the health file being displayed in the visualization platform;
in response to the operation of the diagnostic information editing button, a new diagnostic result table can be imported into the health file being displayed in the visualization platform;
in response to operation of the treatment information edit button, a new treatment schedule may be imported within the health profile being presented in the visualization platform.
Laboratory test information mainly comprises detection reports after detection is performed in departments such as a laboratory, a type-B ultrasonic room, a radiology room and the like, and the report results usually form a report table, namely a test result table. The diagnosis information mainly includes a diagnosis result table filled by the attending physician according to the inspection result table, and the diagnosis result table includes the illness state diagnosis information of the personnel needing to be managed, for example: whether the disease condition is aggravated or not, what level the disease condition is at present and the like, and a diagnosis result table is formed for each diagnosis. The treatment information mainly comprises treatment information filled by a doctor after each diagnosis, and the treatment information is filled in a treatment plan table and then can be directly imported and stored in a health file.
When the health file needs to be edited, the health file needing to be edited is displayed in the visual platform, and then the personal information editing button, the inspection information editing button, the diagnosis information editing button and the treatment information editing button can be used for editing the personal basic information table, the laboratory inspection information, the diagnosis information and the treatment information. After the personal information editing button is operated, the information in the personal basic information table can be changed, for example, the weight is modified; after the inspection information editing button is operated, a new inspection result table can be imported; after the diagnostic information editing button is operated, a new diagnostic result table can be imported; after the treatment information editing button is operated, a new treatment schedule can be imported.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the chronic disease information management method further includes the following steps:
sending query requests to a laboratory inspection system, a diagnosis information system or a treatment information system at intervals of the updating query time of the preset value;
if the laboratory test system, the diagnosis information system or the treatment information system has a newly added test result table, a newly added diagnosis result table or a newly added treatment schedule table within the latest update inquiry time, matching the newly added test result table, the newly added diagnosis result table or the newly added treatment schedule table according to the name and/or the file number in each health file; if the matching is consistent, the newly added test result table, diagnosis result table or treatment plan table is imported into the health file corresponding to the name and/or file number.
In practical situations, information such as the examination result table, the diagnosis result table or the treatment schedule table is not actively sent to the attending doctor, so that if all the examination result table, the diagnosis result table and the treatment schedule table need to be uploaded to the database by the doctor, the complexity of management is greatly increased. Therefore, the server will send a request to the laboratory test system, the diagnosis information system or the treatment information system every updating inquiry time, so that the laboratory test system, the diagnosis information system or the treatment information system can automatically judge whether a new test result table, a new diagnosis result table or a new treatment schedule table is generated, if so, the name and the file number in each health file can be directly used for judging whether the newly added test result table, the new diagnosis result table or the new treatment schedule table is required to be managed, and if so, the test result table, the new diagnosis result table or the new treatment schedule table is imported into the corresponding health file. Therefore, the purposes of automatically expanding and perfecting the health files are achieved, so that the work of the primary doctor needing to be undertaken in the management process is greatly reduced, and the influence on the work of the doctor is avoided. In addition, it should be noted that the laboratory test system, the diagnosis information system and the treatment information system are commonly used in most hospitals at present, and are respectively used for filling and storing the laboratory test information, the diagnosis information and the treatment information.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the chronic disease information management method further includes the following steps:
setting a file adding button and a file deleting button in a visual platform;
responding to the operation of a file adding button, and establishing a health file in a database;
in response to operation of the archive delete button, the health archive being presented in the visualization platform is deleted.
In real life, chronic patients are cured and newly added, so that the health file in the database is not always kept unchanged. Therefore, the file adding button and the file deleting button are arranged in the visual platform, and the health files in the database can be added or deleted by operating the two buttons. In the actual management process, in order to avoid mistaken deletion of the health file, a certain permission requirement is usually set, and the health management file can be deleted only by a user with the permission level meeting the requirement after logging in the chronic disease information management system of the embodiment of the invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the chronic disease information management method further includes the following steps:
editing a prefabricated follow-up information table according to a follow-up result of a person needing to be managed, and uploading the follow-up information table to a corresponding health file; the follow-up information table at least comprises actual nutrition structure information, body state information and follow-up table filling time information.
The treatment of chronic diseases is troublesome, frequent follow-up visits are required, and the actual nutritional structure information and the physical state information of the personnel to be managed need to be acquired in the process; the actual nutrition structure information mainly comprises the diet structure of a person to be managed so as to judge whether the nutrition meets the requirement, and the physical state information mainly records the action ability, the blood pressure, the blood sugar and the like. After the information is acquired, the follow-up staff is required to fill in a pre-manufactured follow-up information table, so that the follow-up information table can be conveniently uploaded to a health file in a database, and other people can check the health file through a visual platform.
In some embodiments of the invention, the health profile further comprises chronic disease dietary management information; the chronic disease diet management information comprises a plurality of diet schedules;
the chronic disease informatization management method also comprises the following steps:
acquiring planned nutrition structure information and schedule warehousing time information in each diet schedule;
acquiring diet nutrition structure information and follow-up table filling time information in a follow-up information table;
constructing a nutrition state comparison graph according to the plurality of planned nutrition structure information and the plurality of actual nutrition structure information;
setting a nutrition state diagram viewing button in a visualization platform;
in response to operation of the nutritional status map view button, a nutritional status contrast map is presented in the visualization platform.
An important step in the treatment of chronic diseases is diet control, especially for diseases of the three-high population and the like. Therefore, the health file also includes chronic disease diet management information, i.e. a plurality of diet schedules, each diet schedule records the diet requirements of the persons to be managed in one stage, i.e. which food materials need to be taken and what nutrition ratio needs to be taken, and these information can be understood as planned nutrition structure information. The comparison between the planned nutrition structure information and the diet nutrition structure information in the follow-up information table can intuitively know whether the diet of the person to be managed meets the treatment requirement in any stage. Meanwhile, in order to better facilitate the checking of results by the attending doctors, a histogram, namely a nutrition state comparison graph, is prepared according to the comparison result of the planned nutrition structure information and the actual nutrition structure information for a plurality of times according to the time sequence. And then the nutrition state comparison diagram can be checked through the operation of the nutrition state diagram checking button arranged in the visual platform.
The chronic disease informatization management system comprises a server, a visualization platform and an archive retrieval and presentation unit.
