Description

Tool and instrument anti-loss method and system based on RFID (radio frequency identification device) identification
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of safety monitoring of tools and appliances, in particular to a tool and appliance anti-loss method and system based on RFID identification.
Background
The statements in this section merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not necessarily constitute prior art.
The existing tool and instrument management system is mainly based on a warehouse type management system and is mainly applied to large-scale warehouse material management, the basic principle is that tools and instruments are put in and taken out of a warehouse through a warehouse material center host computer, information of operators is recorded, the information is only information of the time points of taking out of the warehouse and putting in the warehouse, the function is single, and a positioning system is independently configured for valuable device equipment to implement positioning management.
The inventor finds that:
(1) The existing major equipment maintenance generally adopts regional closed management, an inspection registration port is usually arranged at an entrance and an exit of an isolation region, manual recording is carried out on articles entering and exiting, the phenomenon of inconsistency between recording and practice easily occurs in the recording process due to different knowledge understanding abilities of personnel, and the workload of article counting is large when a working region is cleared.
(2) The warehouse type management system is mainly used for counting out and in-warehouse goods and materials, is weak in management and control of the using process of tools and instruments, generally cannot monitor the using positions and the using time lengths of the tools and instruments, and cannot count the using efficiency of the tools and the required quantity of the tools and instruments.
(3) The single positioning device is limited in practical application because of the signal transmitting function and the corresponding power supply required: the device has large volume, can not be installed on common small-sized wrenches and other tools only by being used in the leaders of valuable equipment, and the normal use function of the small-sized and medium-sized equipment is easily influenced after the small-sized and medium-sized equipment is installed; the independent positioning device has the signal transmitting function and the energy supply system, so the manufacturing cost is higher, and the installation cost on the common low-value tools is higher.
