Abstract
The invention discloses a display screen for a vending machine, which comprises a base plate, a plurality of display plates, a plurality of touch control plates and a polarizing plate which are sequentially overlapped, wherein a main control chip is arranged on the base plate and is connected with a computer of the vending machine; each display panel is provided with a display chip, and the display chip is connected with the main control chip; each touch control board is provided with a touch control chip, and the touch control chip is connected with the main control chip; the display panel is spliced on the substrate, and the touch panel is spliced on the splicing surface of the display panel; the polarizing plate covers the splicing surface of the touch pad. The display screen for the vending machine increases interactivity and fun of a shopper when purchasing commodities, and meanwhile, the display screen is completely used on one side of the vending machine, so that advertising and commodity display effects of the vending machine are improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of display screens for vending machines, in particular to a display screen for a vending machine.
Background
At present, along with the popularization of vending machines, people can finish shopping by scanning codes through mobile phones. However, the existing vending machine can finish shopping in a key mode, even if the vending machine is provided with a display screen, the vending machine is mainly used for displaying payment codes or advertisements, the vending machine is single in use, people can still see physical commodities through glass to select when shopping, interactivity is lacked, and the display screen of the existing vending machine is often small, so that more content display and interaction with a shopper are not facilitated.

The invention provides a display screen for a vending machine, and aims to increase interactivity of the vending machine and improve shopping pleasure by providing a touch screen with multiple display modes.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a display screen for a vending machine, which comprises a base plate, a plurality of display plates, a plurality of touch panels and a polarizing plate which are sequentially overlapped, wherein a main control chip is arranged on the base plate and is connected with a computer of the vending machine; each display panel is provided with a display chip, and the display chip is connected with the main control chip; each touch control board is provided with a touch control chip, and the touch control chip is connected with the main control chip; the display panel is spliced on the substrate, and the touch panel is spliced on the splicing surface of the display panel; the polarizing plate covers the splicing surface of the touch pad.
Preferably, each display panel and each touch pad are the same in shape and size.
Preferably, each display panel and each touch pad are in a regular shape, and the projection of the mosaic of each display panel and the mosaic of each touch pad coincide.
Preferably, the tiles of all display panels and the tiles of all touch panels are projected on the substrate.
Preferably, the display panel comprises an OLED display screen or an LCD display screen.
Preferably, the display panel further comprises an encapsulation layer encapsulating the OLED display screen or the LCD display screen; the packaging layer is a transparent film or transparent glass.
Preferably, the touch panel includes a touch substrate, and a touch chip and a touch electrode disposed on the touch substrate, and the touch electrode is connected to the touch chip and regularly distributed on the touch substrate.
Preferably, the polarizing plate is a polarizing film or polarizing glass.
Preferably, the display screen for the vending machine further comprises a protection plate, and the protection plate is covered on the polarizing plate; the protection plate is made of transparent glass.
According to the display screen for the vending machine, flexible commodity display of the vending machine is achieved through the display panels and the touch control panels, interactivity and pleasure of a shopper when purchasing commodities are increased, meanwhile, one side of the vending machine is completely used by the display screen, and advertising and commodity display effects of the vending machine are improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the display screen for a vending machine includes a substrate 10, a plurality of display panels 20, a plurality of touch panels 30, a polarizing plate 40, and a protective plate 50, which are sequentially stacked, wherein a main control chip is disposed on the substrate 10, and the main control chip is connected to a computer of the vending machine; the substrate 10 may be a printed board, a metal plate, a glass plate, for fixing a main control chip and fixing the display panel 20, the touch panel 30, the polarizing plate 40, and the protective plate 50 on the substrate 10. Each Display panel 20 is provided with a Display chip, the Display chip is connected to the main control chip, and the Display panel 20 includes an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) Display screen or a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Display screen; the display panel 20 further includes an encapsulation layer encapsulating the OLED display or LCD display; the packaging layer is a transparent film or transparent glass. Each touch panel 30 is provided with a touch chip, and the touch chip is connected with the main control chip; the control and management of the main control chip are realized through a display screen control program of a computer of the vending machine, the control and management of the display chip and the touch control chip are realized through the main control chip, the display panel 20 is spliced on the substrate 10, and the touch control panel 30 is spliced on the splicing surface of the display panel 20; specifically, each display panel 20 and each touch pad 30 have the same shape and size, for example, the display panel 20 and the touch pad 30 are square or rectangular with uniform size and shape, each display panel 20 and each touch pad 30 have a regular shape, and the projection of the splice of each display panel 20 and the projection of the splice of each touch pad 30 coincide, so that the splice is convenient without missing dots. The joints of all the display panels 20 and the joints of all the touch panels 30 are projected on the substrate 10, and in particular, in an embodiment of the present invention, the projection surfaces of the joints of all the display panels 20 and the joints of all the touch panels 30 are coincident with the surface of the substrate 10. Therefore, independent work of each display chip and each touch chip can be achieved, for example, each display chip displays respective unique content, and all the display chips and the touch chips can also display the same content. Specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the display screen receives the touch signal, each display chip and the touch chip work independently, each display chip displays a commodity, and when the shopper clicks the commodity, the shopper is guided to purchase the commodity. When shopping behaviors do not occur, for example, the display screen is idle for 5 minutes, the main control chip controls all the display chips and the touch control chip to work together to display the same content, for example, commodity advertisements, the display area of the display screen is displayed on the whole front face of the whole vending machine, the effect is very good, and customers can be attracted to watch the content in a long distance. Or the display may be switched according to a preset time period, such as displaying a single item every 5 minutes or displaying an advertisement every 5 minutes.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the invention, the touch panel 30 includes a touch substrate 31, and a touch chip 32 and a touch electrode 33 disposed on the touch substrate 31, the touch electrode 33 is connected to the touch chip 32 and is regularly distributed on the touch substrate 31, and the touch electrode 33 may be distributed in a long strip shape, a square shape, a diamond shape, and the like, which is not limited herein. The touch substrate 31 is made of a transparent material, such as a glass plate, a transparent film, and the like.
Referring to fig. 1 again, the polarizer 40 covers the splicing surface of the touch panel 30, and the polarizer 40 is a polarizing film or polarizing glass. The protective plate 50 is covered on the polarizing plate 40; the protection plate 50 is transparent glass.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 shows an example of the vending machine, a display screen 100 and a goods taking port 200 are arranged on the front surface of the vending machine, the display screen 100 covers the front surface of the entire vending machine, when the display chip and the touch chip work independently, the display screen can display the goods sold by the vending machine and can perform rich picture, text and video description on the goods, and guide a purchaser to purchase the goods, when the display screen 100 works as one display screen, advertisements or other display contents can be displayed to attract the purchaser to purchase the goods, and when the purchaser finishes purchasing, the goods can be taken out from the goods taking port 200.
Compared with the prior art, the display screen for the vending machine provided by the invention realizes flexible commodity display of the vending machine through the display panels and the touch control panels, increases interactivity and fun of a shopper when purchasing commodities, and simultaneously, one side of the vending machine completely uses the display screen, thereby improving advertising and commodity display effects of the vending machine.

Claims (9)
1. The display screen for the vending machine is characterized by comprising a base plate, a plurality of display plates, a plurality of touch control plates and a polarizing plate which are sequentially overlapped, wherein a main control chip is arranged on the base plate and is connected with a computer of the vending machine; each display panel is provided with a display chip, and the display chip is connected with the main control chip; each touch control board is provided with a touch control chip, and the touch control chip is connected with the main control chip; the display panel is spliced on the substrate, and the touch panel is spliced on the splicing surface of the display panel; the polarizing plate covers the splicing surface of the touch pad.
2. The display screen for vending machine according to claim 1, wherein each display panel and each touch pad are identical in shape and size.
3. The display screen for vending machine according to claim 2, wherein each display panel and each touch pad are in a regular shape, and the projection of the stitching of each display panel and the stitching of each touch pad coincide.
4. The display screen for vending machine of claim 3, wherein the tiles of all display panels and the tiles of all touch pads are projected on the substrate.
5. The display screen for a vending machine according to claim 1, wherein the display panel comprises an OLED display screen or an LCD display screen.
6. The display screen for vending machine of claim 5, wherein the display panel further comprises an encapsulation layer encapsulating the OLED display screen or the LCD display screen; the packaging layer is a transparent film or transparent glass.
7. The display screen for vending machine as recited in claim 1, wherein the touch pad comprises a touch substrate, and a touch chip and a touch electrode disposed on the touch substrate, and the touch electrode is connected to the touch chip and regularly distributed on the touch substrate.
8. The display screen of claim 1, wherein the polarizer is a polarizing film or a polarizing glass.
9. The display screen for vending machine according to claim 1, further comprising a protective plate covering the polarizing plate; the protection plate is made of transparent glass.
