A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, Python, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. Claims (10)

1. A self-service insurance application method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending an application request, and acquiring an interactive application UI (user interface);
performing first information input in an interactive mode, specifically, inputting in any one or more combination modes of interactive manual filling, interactive handwriting input, interactive voice input and interactive audio and video input;
according to a preset identification algorithm, identifying and correcting the first information input to obtain second information;
verifying the second information obtained after correction to obtain third information comprising real-name authentication of the applicant and the beneficiary;
checking the integrity of the third information and giving a prompt;
confirming and submitting the third information to generate an electronic insurance policy;
acquiring insurance policy payment information, and completing the electronic insurance policy after payment is completed;
encrypting the electronic insurance policy by a preset encryption algorithm and combining third information of the applicant and/or the beneficiary to obtain a ciphertext insurance policy;
and uploading and storing the ciphertext policy.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said interactively entering first information comprises:
popping up an input prompt according to text and/or voice and/or video;
carrying out prompt response according to the input prompt;
and marking and recording the content of the prompt response to obtain first information.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the identification correction of the first information entered according to a preset identification algorithm to obtain second information comprises:
identifying whether the content filled by hands has wrong words and whether the sentence is correct or not,
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
recognizing and converting the first information input by handwriting into characters, checking and correcting the characters, words and sentences,
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
recognizing and converting the first information of the interactive voice input into characters, and checking and correcting the characters, words and sentences,
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and identifying the first information recorded by the interactive audio and video, specifically, extracting images and audio in the audio and video information for storage, converting the audio into characters, and checking and correcting the characters, words and sentences.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the verifying the second information obtained after the correcting to obtain third information comprising real-name authentication of an applicant and a beneficiary further comprises:
inputting or extracting identity information and at least one type of biological characteristic identification information of the applicant from the first information;
inputting or extracting effective identity information and at least one type of biological characteristic identification information of the beneficiary from the first information;
and sending the identity information of the applicant and the beneficiary to a public security verification system for verification to obtain a verification result.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the biometric information comprises: fingerprint features, finger vein features, palm vein features, dorsal vein features, iris features, vocal print features, palm geometry features, and retinal features.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein verifying the integrity of the third information and presenting the prompt comprises:
when the third information is detected to contain complete policy mandatory information, finishing filling is prompted;
and when the third information is detected to contain incomplete policy-requiring information, prompting to supplement the third information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein uploading and storing the ciphertext policy further comprises:
and inquiring the electronic insurance policy by self according to the identity information or the biological characteristic information of the applicant or the beneficiary.
8. A self-service application device, comprising:
the application request module is used for sending an application request and acquiring an interactive application UI (user interface);
the interactive input module is used for carrying out first information input in an interactive mode, specifically, the first information input is carried out in any one or more combination modes of interactive manual filling, interactive handwriting input, interactive voice input and interactive audio and video input;
the identification correction module is used for identifying and correcting the first information input according to a preset identification algorithm to obtain second information;
the information verification module is used for verifying the second information obtained after correction to obtain third information including real-name authentication of the insured person and the beneficiary;
the information checking module is used for checking the integrity of the third information and giving a prompt;
the insurance policy generating module is used for confirming and submitting the third information to generate an electronic insurance policy;
the insurance policy payment module is used for acquiring insurance policy payment information and completing the electronic insurance policy after payment is completed;
the insurance policy encryption module is used for encrypting the electronic insurance policy by a preset encryption algorithm and combining third information of the applicant and/or the beneficiary to obtain a ciphertext insurance policy;
and the uploading module is used for uploading and storing the ciphertext policy.

Electronic device, characterized in that it comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on said memory and capable of running on said processor, said computer program, when executed by said processor, implementing the steps of the self-help application method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. Computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the self-service insurance method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
