The present invention provides a terminal control method, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the present invention, and the terminal control method includes:
step S10, determining a first usage content of the terminal at the current time, and acquiring a first preset usage content corresponding to the current time.
The terminal control method of the present invention is applied to individual terminals, and may be applied between terminals, and between a server and a terminal. If the independent terminal is controlled, the terminal control method can be arranged in the independent terminal, such as APP and small programs of the independent terminal; for another example, when the method is applied to control between the terminal 1 and the terminal 2, the terminal 1 and the terminal 2 can be accessed into a network, and the terminal 1 sends an instruction to the terminal 2 through the network to realize control over the terminal 2, where the terminal 1 is a control end and the terminal 2 is a controlled end; alternatively, a terminal control program is provided in the server, and the control terminal executes the terminal control program.
It is understood that the terminal may be an electronic product such as a television, a desktop, a tablet, a mobile phone, a reader, etc., and the server is a device for providing a computing or application service.
Alternatively, the first usage content of the terminal may be a picture, a sound, an online state of an APP, and the like of a display screen of the terminal at the current time, and the first preset usage content may be an APP usage situation, a current viewing content, a screen display state, a usage duration, and the like. According to the actual requirement of the user, the first preset use content of the terminal can be set so as to be compared with the first use content.
Of course, the application scenario of the terminal control method is not limited, and the user may adjust the first preset usage content according to the application scenario, so as to achieve the usage scenario setting required by the first preset usage content matching. If the terminal control method is applied to the reading scene, the first preset use content can be set as the use state of the reading type APP, and the terminal control method is applied to the reading scene by detecting whether the currently used APP is the reading type APP or not. Therefore, by adjusting the first preset use content, the terminal control method can be applied to scenes of the terminal, such as watching videos, playing games, listening to music and the like, and is not repeated here.
Step S20, if the first usage content is inconsistent with a first preset usage content, determining a corresponding preset locking operation according to the first usage content.
First, before step S20, it is necessary to determine whether the first usage content is consistent with the first preset usage content, and it can be understood that when the first usage content is consistent with the first preset usage content, the terminal is considered not to need to perform the preset locking operation, and the terminal is in the unlocked state at this time.
It should be noted that the first preset usage content may include time, event, combination of time and event, usage status, and the like, such as preset time, preset time period, preset event, and the like. The manner of presetting the locking operation may include: window locking (stopping the reaction of a touch screen), display screen locking, input information source locking (preventing the communication between equipment and a power supply), sound locking (closing sound), network access locking (preventing network connection), shutdown locking and the like. By the locking mode, the use of the terminal can be controlled.
It will be appreciated that the setting of the preset locking operation will have different effects. If the window is locked, the controlled person can only watch the current window but cannot set the window, so that the controlled person is prevented from watching other contents by using the terminal; if the network access is locked, when the controlled person is indulged in online activities such as online games, live broadcast and the like, the disconnection of the network can be controlled, so that the controlled person is prevented from continuing the online activities. Of course, the controller can set the preset locking operation according to different purposes and the first use content of the terminal, so that the control of the terminal is realized, and further description is omitted.
And step S30, controlling the terminal to execute the preset locking operation.
And locking the terminal through the determined preset locking operation, and avoiding the operation except the first preset use content from being performed by the terminal used by the controlled person, thereby realizing the control of the terminal used by the controlled person.
Of course, the preset locking operation determined according to the first usage content can also prevent the controlled person from using the terminal to reach the purpose more accurately.
For easy understanding, by way of example, if the terminal has the first preset usage content of class 9, the preset locking operation is sound locking, and when the current time reaches 9, the terminal is acquired to play music, and by determining that the sound of the terminal does not conform to the sound of class closing, it can be determined that the controlled person is not in the class closing state, and then the terminal is sound locked at this time, so as to prevent the controlled person from using the terminal to listen to music.
Further, based on the first embodiment, which proposes the second embodiment of the present invention, step S20 includes:
in step S21, a content type of the first usage content is determined, the content type including a music type, a video type, or a game type.
And step S22, determining corresponding preset locking operation according to the content type, wherein the preset locking operation comprises a sound lock, an image lock or a screen lock.
It should be noted that the music type may be determined by determining whether a music APP is currently used or whether the terminal is currently playing music, and when it is determined that the content type of the first usage content is the music type, in order to implement accurate locking on the terminal, a corresponding preset locking operation is set as a sound lock. Similarly, the video type and the game type can also determine to select the preset locking operation by judging the content type corresponding to the implementation mode, for example, the video type can use image locking on the current image of the screen, so that the terminal cannot respond to the operation of the controlled person, and of course, for further implementation of control, a combination mode of a sound lock and an image lock can also be set; for another example, the screen lock is performed on the game type content, that is, the terminal is in the screen-off locked state, so that the controlled person is prevented from continuing playing the game.
It can be understood that, the above description has explained that there are many ways for the preset locking operation, so that the preset locking operation can be better matched by dividing the current usage type. For example, the controller can block the video by sound locking when enthusiastically watching the video, and the enthusiastic game can be blocked by window locking.
Of course, the controller may set a preset locking operation of the content type according to actual needs, or implement a more appropriate locking manner by further dividing the music type, the video type, or the game type.
It is to be understood that the content type is not limited to the above-described type, and the content that can be realized by the terminal can be classified and controlled. For example, the content type may also include a live type, an education type, and the like, and the controller may select a locking manner corresponding to the content type according to the preference or purpose of the controller, and thus details are not repeated.
Further, based on the foregoing embodiment, a third embodiment of the present invention is proposed, which includes, with reference to fig. 3, after step S20:
step S23, detecting whether the first usage content is consistent with the first preset usage content.
And step S24, determining corresponding preset prompt information according to the detection result, and outputting the preset prompt information.
Specifically, the preset prompting message includes a prompting message when the first usage content is consistent with the first preset usage content, and a warning message when the first usage content is inconsistent with the first preset usage content.
It can be understood that when the current time reaches the start time of the first preset usage content, if the controlled person of the terminal does not notice the start of the first preset usage content, the controlled person needs to be reminded to attract the attention of the controlled person. The warning information is used for warning that the controlled person does not use the terminal to perform the first preset content, so as to prompt the controlled person to perform the first preset content.
Of course, the preset prompting information is not limited, and may be a voice prompt, a screen prompt, a combined prompt of voice and screen, and the like. The content of the preset prompt information can be reasonably set, for example, the characters in the picture prompt can be customized to accord with the current use scene.
Of course, the setting may also be performed according to the effect of the reminder information different from the warning information or the information related to the first preset usage content. Setting music prompt in class and out class, setting picture prompt in reading, etc.; for example, the prompt during reading can comprise an eye-loving prompt and a prompt of using the screen for a long time; class ring prompting during class, etc. Similarly, the content, mode and occurrence time of the prompt message are preset to achieve the effect of reminding or warning.
An example is shown, the first preset usage content is from 9 to 10 points of class attendance, when the current time is detected to be 9, a voice prompt is sent to indicate that the class attendance time is up, during the class attendance period, if the controlled person is detected not to participate in the class attendance, a warning message can be sent to indicate that the class attendance is up, when the current time is 10, the class attendance prompt can be sent to indicate that the class attendance time is up, so that better supervising and controlling effects can be performed on the controlled person.
Further, based on the foregoing embodiment, a fourth embodiment of the present invention is proposed, further comprising, after step S20:
and step S25, detecting a second usage content of the terminal at a second time that is a preset time from the current time.
It should be noted that the second preset usage content when the current time passes through the second time of the preset duration may be different from the first usage content, for example, the first preset usage content set at intervals in time is a web class, and the second preset usage content is a reading, so that the second usage content needs to be detected to determine whether the second usage content is consistent with the second preset usage content.
Of course, the preset duration can be set by the controller according to actual needs, and the fixed preset duration can also be preset at the terminal, so that frequent setting by the controller is avoided.
Step S26, determining whether the second usage content is consistent with a second preset usage content corresponding to the second time.
In step S27, if the two are not the same, the method performs the steps of: and controlling the terminal to execute the preset locking operation.
It can be understood that, in the case that the first preset usage content is inconsistent with the first usage content, the controlled person may use the terminal to temporarily process other things, or inadvertently trigger other usage content, or leave from the first preset usage content, and in a short time, the controlled person controls the terminal to return to the first preset usage content, and at this time, by means of the preset duration, it can be ensured that the terminal is not mistakenly locked or locked in a short time, thereby avoiding the problem of frequent unlocking of the controlled person.
Of course, the detection times within the preset time period can be set manually, for example, 3 times within 5 minutes, etc., so that the buffer time for locking the screen is reserved, and the controlled person does not need to unlock frequently when the above-mentioned situation occurs.
Further, during the detection, the detection result may be prompted in cooperation with a preset prompting message, for example, when it is detected that the first usage content is consistent with the first preset usage content, a prompting message is sent, and when it is detected that the first usage content is inconsistent with the first preset usage content, a warning message is generated, so as to prompt the controlled person within a preset time period.
Further, a fifth embodiment of the present invention is proposed based on the foregoing embodiments, and after step S10, includes:
and S11, if the corresponding first preset use content does not exist in the current time, monitoring the use duration of the terminal from the current time.
It can be understood that if the terminal does not set the first preset usage content or is in a usage situation other than the first preset usage content, that is, the controlled person is in a situation of being able to use the terminal at will, in order to avoid the controlled person from using the terminal for a long time, it is necessary to limit the time length of use of the controlled person to control the use of the controlled person.
And S12, when the use duration is longer than or equal to the preset use duration, acquiring the preset locking operation corresponding to the use duration.
It is understood that the usage duration can be determined by determining the screen usage time, or the usage time of some type of APP, etc. The preset duration is the duration of the terminal used by the controller except the first preset content.
It should be noted that the preset locking operation corresponding to the use duration is obtained on the premise that the type of the preset locking operation (window locking, display screen locking, input information source locking, sound locking, network access locking, shutdown locking, etc.) corresponds to the use duration. If the locking mode that the service life of the terminal just reaches the preset service life is set to be display screen locking, and the locking mode that the service life is longer than the preset service life is set to be shutdown locking, and the like.
And S13, controlling the terminal to execute the preset locking operation.
In this way, by detecting the use time of the terminal except the first preset use content, the time for which the controlled person uses the terminal can be controlled when the terminal does not have the first preset use content, namely, when the controlled person can use the terminal at will.
Further, after step S13, the method includes:
and S14, monitoring the actual locking duration of the terminal when the terminal is locked.
And S15, if the actual locking duration is less than the preset locking duration, determining the secondary locking operation according to the actual locking duration.
It can be understood that the locking time of the terminal can be limited by the preset locking duration to reduce the number of times that the controlled person uses the terminal in the locking time, and whether the controlled person uses the terminal in the locking time can be determined by comparing whether the actual locking duration is consistent with the preset locking time, so as to further control the controlled person.
And S16, controlling the terminal to execute the relocking operation.
Through the secondary locking operation, when the controlled person successfully unlocks the used terminal after locking, the terminal can be locked again, and the controlled person can be prevented from using the terminal again. Of course, the re-locking operation should be different from the preset locking operation to avoid the controlled person from mastering the unlocking manner.
Specifically, by acquiring the locking operation record, the preference of the controller for setting the preset locking operation can be determined, and when the preset locking operation corresponding to the first preset use content is determined, the selection can be performed according to the locking operation record, so that the setting times and the setting process of the controller can be reduced in practical application, and the control efficiency of the terminal is improved.
As an example, in a case of watching a web class by a television, a first preset usage content is 9 to 10 points, a preset locking operation is display screen locking, a usage duration of the television is preset to 0.5 hour and a preset locking duration is 0.5 hour at a time other than the first preset usage content, if the television is detected to be used for 0.5 hour beyond a class time, the display screen is locked, if the display screen is not in a locked state after 0.2 hour of the display screen locking is detected, it is determined that the controlled user uses the terminal within the preset locking duration, a relocking operation is further determined, and if the determined relocking operation is web access locking, the television is controlled to disconnect the network.
Further, based on the foregoing embodiment, a sixth embodiment of the present invention is proposed, which includes, with reference to fig. 4 and before step S10:
and S5, detecting whether the terminal is in a locked state or not at preset unlocking time.
And S6, if yes, determining the current locking mode of the terminal, and controlling the terminal to unlock according to the unlocking mode corresponding to the current locking mode.
It is understood that before the usage content of the current time is acquired, it should be judged whether the terminal is in the locked state so as to determine the usage state of the terminal. If the terminal is not in the locked state, it may be determined to perform step S10 to control the terminal.
Specifically, the current locking mode may include the preset locking mode, and therefore, by determining and judging the current locking mode, the unlocking mode corresponding to the current locking mode may be known. If the display screen is locked, the corresponding unlocking mode is to unlock the display screen.
Of course, controlling the terminal to unlock according to the unlocking mode corresponding to the current locking mode may also be determined by obtaining a historical locking record of the terminal, for example, a recording module may be set at the terminal to be responsible for recording information such as the first preset usage content and the preset locking operation. If the first preset use content is regular or repeated, when the first preset use content needs to be carried out at the current time, the historical locking record can be directly used for determining the current locking mode so as to reduce the setting times of a controller, and the first preset use content can be obtained by the recording module in the same way, so that the control terminal is more intelligent.
For convenience of understanding, based on the foregoing embodiment, an implementation mode in which a mobile phone is used as a control terminal, a television is used as a controlled terminal, and a child is used as a controlled person and a parent is used as a controller is illustrated, and referring to fig. 5, the implementation steps are as follows:
a. the intelligent television lock module comprises an automatic unlocking module, a watching time detection module, a control lock module and a control mode storage module. The head of a family downloads the APP that can communicate with smart television lock at the smart phone end, and the instruction can take place to smart television control module receiving module to the built-in smart phone module master control wherein, binds and is connected in smart television lock module through the smart television that corresponds the ID in with the family to control smart television. The control lock module comprises window lock control, display screen control, input information source lock control, sound lock control, APP network access control and startup and shutdown control. If multiple smart televisions exist in the house, parents can bind the IDs of the multiple smart televisions through the smart phone segments to control the multiple smart televisions.
b. Parents set the starting time and the ending time of a line network course at the smart phone, set the starting time and the ending time of rest and entertainment, set the locking time and the locking mode, and set prompt information. The smart phone module master control sends the set content to the smart television control module receiving module.
c. The intelligent television control module receives the content set by the intelligent mobile phone executed by the module, wherein the automatic unlocking module is used for unlocking the intelligent television before the beginning of the network class, such as controlling the intelligent television to access the network. The watching time detection module is used for detecting the use duration of the child in the use process. The control lock module is used for locking according to a locking mode set by the smart phone section. The control mode saving can save the scheme set by the smart phone each time.
In addition, to achieve the above object, as shown in fig. 6, the present invention also provides a terminal control system, comprising:
