The user inputs the keywords to be searched, so that the search server utilizes the search engine to search the keywords, and the search result is displayed to the user through the client.
However, there is a phenomenon of ambiguous words in linguistic expressions, that is, there is a phenomenon that different linguistic meanings exist for the same word in different contexts or in different fields. However, the existing search processing method performs a special search process for such a phenomenon.

However, for some keywords with various semantics, the search results that can be returned to the user by the existing search processing are often not desired by the user.

In the face of such a situation, the user generally selects to re-input the search term, such as re-input "cloud, computer technology" or "cloud technology, computer" or the like, so as to re-perform the search until obtaining the search result required by the user;
in some other prior arts, the client terminal also initiates prompt information for confirming search appeal to the user in the case that the user is found to continuously input similar keywords, such as "ask for whether the search is cloud technology in the computer field? In any of the above search processing methods, there are problems of poor search accuracy and complicated search flow:
for a user, the user can not obtain the required information through one search operation;
for the search server, it needs to perform multiple search processes for the search request of the same user, and the effective utilization rate of the search resources is not high.
In view of the above-mentioned technical problems in the prior art, the inventor of the present application has found through research that a user often has a behavior of browsing or searching for some information before searching for a specific keyword by using a client, and through analysis of the user behaviors, the search intention of the user during the current search can be predicted to a certain extent, and a search result obtained based on the search performed based on the prediction is a search result that meets the search intention of the user, that is, the present application avoids a situation that a search server performs a search based on a keyword ambiguity when performing a search for the search keyword by searching for the search keyword based on user behavior information generated by the user at the client, and also solves a problem that the user performs a search confirmation many times when performing a search for the search keyword, the search precision is improved, and the search process is optimized.

the terminal device 1 may specifically be a hardware device having a user interaction function and a network communication function, which includes but is not limited to a smart phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, and the like. In the client of the terminal device 1, the search processing device described in the present application is loaded, and the search processing device may be written in languages such as C/C + +, Java, Shell, Python, and the like.
The search server 2 may be a hardware server or a hardware carrier carrying a cloud server. In the present application, it is considered that a search is a very time-efficient behavior, and a user generally has behaviors of browsing information or searching for other information before triggering a search operation, so in the present embodiment, in order to improve search accuracy and ensure search timeliness, the user behavior information in the present embodiment is specifically generated within a preset time period by the user, that is, generated within a specific time period from the start of the client to the trigger of the search operation this time.
And the generation time of the user behavior is limited, so that the obtained retrieval result is a result related to the user behavior information generated by the user within the preset time period during the subsequent retrieval processing, and the result is more matched with the current search intention of the user.

In the embodiment, the basic information started by the client is carried into the search request, so that the search intention of the user can be further effectively predicted, the condition that invalid search is carried out based on ambiguity of search keywords is avoided, and the accuracy of the search result is effectively improved.
Based on the above embodiments, in order to avoid that the search processing device occupies too many computing resources and storage resources of the terminal device, in the embodiments of the present application, for each time the user behavior information generated by the user at the client within the preset time period is obtained, the client only stores the user behavior information in the cache for use in processing.
Specifically, after the search request corresponding to the search request is generated each time, the user behavior information corresponding to the search operation of the time is no longer valid, that is, the timeliness is lost. Therefore, after the processing device determines that the search request corresponding to the current search operation has obtained the corresponding search result, the user behavior information cached in the cache region is released, so as to release the operation and storage resources of the terminal device for subsequent use.
According to the search processing method provided by the embodiment of the application, by utilizing the characteristic that the user behavior information of a behavior that a user often has browsing or searching certain information before searching the specific keyword at the client is obtained, the corresponding search request is generated based on the user behavior information and the search keyword, so that the search result meeting the search intention of the user during the search is obtained, and compared with the processing flow that the user needs to search and confirm the search keyword for multiple times in the prior art, the search processing method provided by the embodiment of the application has the advantages that the search precision is higher, the search flow is simple, and the utilization rate of search resources of a search server is improved.
Example two
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a search processing apparatus provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the search processing device 500 includes: an interactive display unit 510, a user behavior information acquisition unit 520, and a request generation unit 530;
the interactive display unit 510 is configured to respond to a search operation triggered by a user at a client after the client is started, where the search operation is used to search for a search keyword;
a user behavior information obtaining unit 520, configured to obtain user behavior information generated by a user searching and/or browsing at a client within a preset time period; the preset time period refers to a time period from the starting of the client to the triggering of the search operation;
a request generating unit 530, configured to generate a search request according to the user behavior information and the search keyword; the search request is used for searching the search keyword based on the user behavior information;
and the interactive display unit 510 is further configured to receive and display the search result returned by the search server at the client.
In an optional embodiment, the user behavior information includes at least one behavior content and a corresponding behavior time;
the request generating unit 530 includes:
the sequencing module is used for sequencing the at least one behavior content based on the behavior time to obtain a behavior content sequence and a corresponding behavior time sequence;
the first generation module is used for obtaining request header data of the search request according to the behavior content sequence, the corresponding behavior time sequence and the search keyword;
and the second generation module is used for generating a search request according to the request header data.
In an alternative embodiment, the user behavior information obtaining unit 520 includes:
the search record acquisition module is used for acquiring search records generated when a user performs search operation on the client within a preset time period;
and the third generation module is used for obtaining user behavior information according to the search record.
In an optional embodiment, the user behavior information obtaining unit 520 further includes:
the browsing page acquisition module is used for acquiring a browsing page generated by browsing a page at the client by a user within a preset time period;
and the fourth generation module is used for performing semantic extraction on the page content on the browsed page to obtain user behavior information.
In an alternative embodiment, if the user does not generate the user behavior information at the client within the preset time period, the interactive display unit 510 is further configured to: receiving and displaying a communication search result returned by the search server at the client; and the general search result is obtained by directly searching the search keyword by the search server.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: a basic information acquisition unit;
the basic information acquisition unit is used for acquiring basic information started by the client after the client is started;
the generating of the search request further comprises:
and the fifth generating module is used for carrying the basic information in the search request.
In an optional embodiment, the basic information includes at least one of the following information: location parameters, network parameters, device parameters, client parameters.
In an optional embodiment, the user behavior information obtaining unit 520 is further configured to empty the user behavior information within the preset time period after the interactive display unit 510 displays the search result returned by the search server.
In an optional embodiment, the search result displayed by the client is a result obtained by searching the search keyword in the search range after the search server determines the search range according to the user behavior information.
The search processing device provided by the embodiment of the application utilizes the characteristic that the user behavior information of a behavior that a user often has browsing or searching certain information before searching the specific keyword at the client side is obtained, generates a corresponding search request based on the user behavior information and the search keyword, and further obtains a search result meeting the search intention of the user during the search.

According to an embodiment of the present application, an electronic device and a readable storage medium are also provided.
There is also provided, in accordance with an embodiment of the present application, a computer program product, including: a computer program, stored in a readable storage medium, from which at least one processor of the electronic device can read the computer program, the at least one processor executing the computer program causing the electronic device to perform the solution provided by any of the embodiments described above.
FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of an electronic device provided herein, which is intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other suitable computers. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be examples only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the present application that are described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 includes a computing unit 601, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a computer program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)602 or a computer program loaded from a storage unit 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM 603, various programs and data required for the operation of the device 600 can also be stored. The calculation unit 601, the ROM 602, and the RAM 603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
A number of components in the device 600 are connected to the I/O interface 605, including: an input unit 606 such as a keyboard, a mouse, or the like; an output unit 607 such as various types of displays, speakers, and the like; a storage unit 608, such as a magnetic disk, optical disk, or the like; and a communication unit 609 such as a network card, modem, wireless communication transceiver, etc. The communication unit 609 allows the device 600 to exchange information/data with other devices via a computer network such as the internet and/or various telecommunication networks.
The computing unit 601 may be a variety of general and/or special purpose processing components having processing and computing capabilities. Some examples of the computing unit 601 include, but are not limited to, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), various dedicated Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing chips, various computing units running machine learning model algorithms, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and any suitable processor, controller, microcontroller, and so forth. The calculation unit 601 executes the respective methods and processes described above, such as the search processing method. For example, in some embodiments, the search processing method may be implemented as a computer software program tangibly embodied in a machine-readable medium, such as storage unit 608. In some embodiments, part or all of the computer program may be loaded and/or installed onto the device 600 via the ROM 602 and/or the communication unit 609. When the computer program is loaded into the RAM 603 and executed by the computing unit 601, one or more steps of the search processing method described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the computing unit 601 may be configured to perform the search processing method in any other suitable manner (e.g., by means of firmware).
Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here above may be implemented in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), system on a chip (SOCs), load programmable logic devices (CPLDs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.
Program code for implementing the methods of the present application may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages. These program codes may be provided to a processor or controller of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus, such that the program codes, when executed by the processor or controller, cause the functions/operations specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram to be performed. The program code may execute entirely on the machine, partly on the machine, as a stand-alone software package partly on the machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on the remote machine or server.
In the context of this application, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. A machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on a computer having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) by which a user can provide input to the computer. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user can be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic, speech, or tactile input.
The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a back-end component (e.g., as a data server), or that includes a middleware component (e.g., an application server), or that includes a front-end component (e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here), or any combination of such back-end, middleware, or front-end components. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include: local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and the Internet.
The computer system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other. The Server can be a cloud Server, also called a cloud computing Server or a cloud host, and is a host product in a cloud computing service system, so as to solve the defects of high management difficulty and weak service expansibility in the traditional physical host and VPS service ("Virtual Private Server", or simply "VPS"). The server may also be a server of a distributed system, or a server incorporating a blockchain.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present application may be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in different orders, and the present invention is not limited thereto as long as the desired results of the technical solutions disclosed in the present application can be achieved.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations and substitutions may be made in accordance with design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (19)

1. A search processing method, comprising:
after the client is started, responding to the search operation triggered by the user at the client, wherein the search operation is used for searching for search keywords;
acquiring user behavior information generated by searching and/or browsing at a client by a user within a preset time period; the preset time period refers to a time period from the starting of the client to the triggering of the search operation;
generating a search request according to the user behavior information and the search keyword; the search request is used for searching the search keyword based on the user behavior information;
and receiving and displaying the search result returned by the search server at the client.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the user behavior information includes at least one behavior content and a corresponding behavior time;
generating a search request according to the user behavior information and the search keyword, wherein the search request comprises:
arranging the at least one behavior content based on the behavior time to obtain a behavior content sequence and a corresponding behavior time sequence;
obtaining request header data of the search request according to the behavior content sequence, the corresponding behavior time sequence and the search keyword;
and generating a search request according to the request header data.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtaining of the user behavior information generated by the user at the client within the preset time period comprises:
acquiring a search record generated when a user searches at the client within a preset time period;
and obtaining user behavior information according to the search record.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the obtaining of the user behavior information generated by the user at the client within the preset time period further comprises:
acquiring a browsing page generated by browsing a page at the client by a user within a preset time period;
and performing semantic extraction on the page content on the browsing page to obtain user behavior information.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein if the user does not generate user behavior information at the client within a preset time period, the method further comprises:
receiving and displaying a communication search result returned by the search server at the client;
and the general search result is obtained by directly searching the search keyword by the search server.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein after the client is started, further comprising:
acquiring basic information started by a client;
correspondingly, the generating a search request further includes:
and carrying the basic information in the search request.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the base information comprises at least one of: location parameters, network parameters, device parameters, client parameters.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the search result presented by the client is a result obtained by searching the search keyword in the search scope after the search server determines the search scope according to the user behavior information.
9. A search processing apparatus comprising:
the interactive display unit is used for responding to the search operation triggered by the user at the client after the client is started, and the search operation is used for searching the search keywords;
the user behavior information acquisition unit is used for acquiring user behavior information generated by searching and/or browsing a client by a user within a preset time period; the preset time period refers to a time period from the starting of the client to the triggering of the search operation;
the request generating unit is used for generating a search request according to the user behavior information and the search keyword; the search request is used for searching the search keyword based on the user behavior information;
and the interactive display unit is also used for receiving and displaying the search result returned by the search server at the client.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the user behavior information comprises at least one behavior content and a corresponding behavior time;
the request generation unit includes:
the sequencing module is used for sequencing the at least one behavior content based on the behavior time to obtain a behavior content sequence and a corresponding behavior time sequence;
the first generation module is used for obtaining request header data of the search request according to the behavior content sequence, the corresponding behavior time sequence and the search keyword;
and the second generation module is used for generating a search request according to the request header data.
11. The apparatus according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the user behavior information acquiring unit includes:
the search record acquisition module is used for acquiring search records generated when a user searches at the client within a preset time period;
and the third generation module is used for obtaining user behavior information according to the search record.
12. The apparatus according to any one of claims 9 to 11, wherein the user behavior information acquiring unit further includes:
the browsing page acquisition module is used for acquiring a browsing page generated by browsing a page at the client by a user within a preset time period;
and the fourth generation module is used for performing semantic extraction on the page content on the browsed page to obtain user behavior information.
13. The apparatus according to any one of claims 9-12, wherein if the user does not generate user behavior information at the client within a preset time period, the interactive display unit is further configured to: receiving and displaying a communication search result returned by the search server at the client; and the general search result is obtained by directly searching the search keyword by the search server.
14. The apparatus of any of claims 9-13, further comprising: a basic information acquisition unit;
the basic information acquisition unit is used for acquiring basic information started by the client after the client is started;
the generating of the search request further comprises:
and the fifth generating module is used for carrying the basic information in the search request.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the base information comprises at least one of: location parameters, network parameters, device parameters, client parameters.
16. The apparatus according to any one of claims 9 to 15, wherein the search result presented by the client is a result obtained by searching the search keyword in the search scope after the search server determines the search scope according to the user behavior information.
17. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1-8.
18. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions for causing the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1-8.
19. A computer program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method according to any one of claims 1-8.
