It should be noted that, when the corresponding first legal data is obtained from the general database based on the second subdivided feature words, the title of the legal data may be used as the query object, or the specific content of the legal data may be used as the query object, which may be specifically set according to the actual requirement.
Further, in order to make the legal data of the subdivision data base more comprehensive, the obtaining of the second subdivision feature words corresponding to the second subdivision mode may specifically include: acquiring a basic subdivision characteristic word corresponding to the second subdivision mode; acquiring corresponding expansion feature words based on the basic subdivision feature words; and determining a second subdivision characteristic word according to the basic subdivision characteristic word and the corresponding expansion characteristic word.

For example, for each target legal data, multiple factors may be considered, and a certain weight may be set for each factor to obtain a second score of each target legal data.
As another possible implementation, in order to further improve the user experience, a download service may be provided for the user, so that the user may download the required legal data to the local for viewing at any time, that is, the method further includes:

In the above, the query method of legal data implemented by the server is further described below.
The execution main body of the embodiment is a legal data query device, the legal data query device is a client of a legal data query system, the legal data query device can be arranged in a terminal, and the terminal can be a mobile phone, a Personal Computer (PC), a tablet and the like, and can be specifically arranged according to actual requirements.

The first receiving module is used for receiving a query request sent by a client, wherein the query request comprises a target query mode of a user and description information to be queried, the query mode comprises a general mode and a subdivision mode, and the subdivision mode comprises at least one type; the first processing module is used for acquiring target legal data corresponding to the description information to be checked according to the query rule corresponding to the first subdivision mode if the target query mode is the first subdivision mode; the first sending module is used for sending the target legal data to the client so that the client can display the target legal data.
Specifically, a user operates a client to trigger the client to send a query request to a legal data query device, a first receiving module of the legal data query device receives the query request and then sends the query request to a first processing module, the first processing module obtains target legal data according to the description information to be queried by adopting a query rule corresponding to a target query mode and sends the target legal data to a first sending module, and the first sending module sends the target legal data to the client for display.

The apparatus 70 comprises: a second obtaining module 71, a generating module 72, a second sending module 73, a second receiving module 74 and a presenting module 75. The second acquisition module is used for responding to a first operation of a user to acquire a target query mode and description information to be queried of the user, wherein the query mode comprises a general mode and a subdivision mode, and the subdivision mode comprises at least one subdivision type; the generating module is used for generating a query request according to the target query mode and the to-be-queried description information; the second sending module is used for sending the query request to the server so that the server can query the corresponding target legal data according to the query request; the second receiving module is used for receiving the target legal data returned by the server; and the display module is used for displaying the target legal data.
Specifically, a user triggers a second acquisition module of a legal data inquiry device to acquire a target inquiry mode and description information to be inquired of the user at a client through a first operation and sends the target inquiry mode and the description information to be inquired to a generation module, the generation module generates an inquiry request according to the target inquiry mode and the description information to be inquired and sends the inquiry request to a second sending module, the second sending module sends the inquiry request to a server, the server inquires corresponding target legal data according to the inquiry request and sends the target legal data to a second receiving module, the second receiving module receives the target legal data returned by the server and sends the target legal data to a display module, and the display module displays the target legal data.

In order to make the device of the present invention clearer, the device provided by the above embodiment is further described in an additional embodiment of the present invention.
As an implementable manner, in order to further improve user experience, the second obtaining module is further configured to obtain a new segmentation mode and a corresponding custom word input by the user in response to a second operation of the user; the generation module is also used for generating a segmentation mode creation request according to the new segmentation mode and the corresponding custom word; and the second sending module is further used for sending the subdivision mode creation request to the server so that the server creates a new subdivision mode according to the subdivision mode creation request.

In some embodiments, module division may also be performed according to other manners, for example, as shown in fig. 11, the system architecture is a schematic diagram of an architecture of the legal data query system provided in this embodiment, and the system architecture mainly includes a display layer, an interface layer, a business layer, a data processing layer, and a database layer, and the system may be run on a Linux system, or may be set to run on other systems according to actual requirements.
The display layer provides a query entry, a display of a query result after query and a download entry, can selectively download required contents, and can also provide a custom word uploading entry, and a user can upload custom segmentation feature words; the interface layer is a bridge for the communication between the service layer and the display layer, and in practical application, the communication between the service layer and the display layer can be established through a DRF (Django REST framework) framework; the service layer is a control center of the system and mainly comprises a data downloading function and a subdivision characteristic customizing function, wherein the data downloading function arranges corresponding legal data into a file to be downloaded according to a downloading request sent by a client on a display layer, and finally returns the arranged file to be downloaded to the client, and the subdivision characteristic customizing function provides a subdivision characteristic word service for expanding and uploading preset subdivision characteristic words by a user at the client; the data processing layer is a system core and mainly comprises a legal data sorting module, a read-write database module, a subdivision characteristic data extraction module (namely an extraction module of legal data for establishing a subdivision database) and the like; the read-write database module can operate the database contents through the ORM (Object Relational Mapping), and the operated contents include read-write of legal data, such as a legal title, a legal body, a legal attribute, a corresponding relation with the legal and the like, and creation and modification of a data table; the legal data sorting module can calculate scores based on various factors including but not limited to feature word correlation, content effective time, reading frequency, downloading frequency and other factors by the query results, and finally, sorting results are obtained in a descending order of scores; the subdivision characteristic data extraction module extracts legal data which accord with subdivision characteristics from general legal data through a subdivision characteristic data extraction model and establishes a subdivision database, the subdivision characteristic data extraction model can comprise four parts of data identification, index construction, data query and fitting degree calculation, the data identification can identify effective legal data contents from files containing the legal data by adopting a regular expression or other modes, the index construction establishes an inverted index for the identified legal data contents through ES (electronic search, distributed document database), the data query searches the legal data which accord with the subdivision characteristics in the inverted index based on the subdivision characteristic words, the fitting degree calculation determines the fitting degree of the retrieved legal data and the designated subdivision characteristic words through TF/IDF or other algorithms, thereby optimizing the legal data with the subdivision characteristics, the relevance of the detail database is improved; the database layer mainly comprises MySQL, ES (elastic search), FileStorage and MySQL which is used for storing all complete data; the ES is mainly used for indexing the field content to be queried and improving the query speed; FileStorage is used to store files. The processing flow based on the query system is specifically as follows:
1. building a universal database
Specifically, on the basis of legal data files, legal data are extracted to establish a general database, the legal data are synchronized into an ES, and an inverted index is established.
2. Building a subdivision database
Specifically, for each type of subdivision mode, the corresponding subdivision feature words are used as query words to be queried in the general database to obtain query results, the fitting degree can be calculated to optimize the query results to obtain optimized legal data, and the corresponding subdivision database is established.
If the subdivision database pre-configured by the system cannot meet the user requirements, the user can also upload the user-defined words by himself and combine the user-defined words with the expansion words to establish a new subdivision database, or the new subdivision database is established only on the basis of the user-defined words, and the new subdivision database can be stored under the personal account of the user after being established so that the user can quickly inquire through the new subdivision database subsequently.
3. Content query
After the user registers and logs in, a subdivision mode is selected or not selected at the client, and the content type (namely the description information to be searched) which is required to be searched at the current time is input at the same time, wherein the subdivision mode is selected, namely the subdivision database is used for searching, and the non-selection of the subdivision mode indicates that the universal database is used for searching; after receiving the query request, the server determines a query keyword according to the to-be-queried description information input by the user, initiates query to a subdivision database or a general database selected by the user, and obtains queried legal data as target legal data; and the data sorting module can sort the target legal data in a descending order according to the grades to obtain a sorted legal data list, and can acquire complete detailed information from the subdivision database according to the sorted list, assemble the complete detailed information into structured data, and return the structured data serving as the final sorted target legal data to the client.
4. Downloading files
When the client sends a downloading request, the server acquires content information (namely target downloading content) needing downloading, writes the target downloading content into the file to be downloaded in batch, and returns the file to be downloaded to the client after the target downloading content is written.
Still another embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device, configured to execute the method provided in the server-side embodiment. The electronic device may be a server or other implementable computer device.
As shown in fig. 12, is a schematic structural diagram of the electronic device provided in this embodiment. The electronic device 80 includes: a first memory 81, a first transceiver 82 and at least one first processor 83. The first processor, the first memory and the first transceiver are interconnected through a circuit; the first memory stores computer execution instructions; the first transceiver is used for receiving an inquiry request sent by a terminal; the at least one first processor executes computer-executable instructions stored in the first memory to cause the at least one first processor to perform a method as provided in any of the server-side embodiments above.
Specifically, a user logs in a client page through a terminal, the client is triggered to send a query request to the electronic device on the client page, the first transceiver receives the query request sent by the terminal and sends the query request to the first processor, and the first processor reads and executes a computer execution instruction stored in the first memory, so that the method provided by any one of the above server-side embodiments is implemented.
The electronic equipment can be applied to any inquiry application scene of legal data, provides multiple inquiry service modes of a general mode and a subdivision mode for a user, enables the user to quickly and accurately obtain the required legal data through the subdivision mode without checking a large amount of legal data with low value, effectively improves the inquiry efficiency of the user, saves the time cost and energy of the user, and improves the user experience.
It should be noted that the electronic device of this embodiment can implement the method provided in any of the server-side embodiments described above, and can achieve the same technical effect, which is not described herein again.
Yet another embodiment of the present invention provides a terminal, configured to execute the method provided in the client-side embodiment.
As shown in fig. 13, a schematic structural diagram of the terminal provided in this embodiment is shown. The terminal 90 includes: a second memory 91, a second transceiver 92 and at least one second processor 93. The second processor, the second memory and the second transceiver are interconnected through a circuit; the second memory stores computer execution instructions; a second transceiver for sending a query request to a server; the at least one second processor executes the computer-executable instructions stored by the second memory to cause the at least one second processor to perform the method as provided by any of the client-side embodiments above.
It should be noted that the terminal of this embodiment can implement the method provided by any of the above client-side embodiments, and can achieve the same technical effect, which is not described herein again.
Yet another embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which computer-executable instructions are stored, and when the processor executes the computer-executable instructions, the method provided in any one of the above embodiments is implemented.
It should be noted that the computer-readable storage medium of this embodiment can implement the method provided in any of the above embodiments, and can achieve the same technical effects, which are not described herein again.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.

Claims (18)

1. A legal data query method, comprising:
receiving a query request sent by a client, wherein the query request comprises a target query mode of a user and description information to be queried, the query mode comprises a general mode and a subdivision mode, and the subdivision mode comprises at least one type;
if the target query mode is a first subdivision mode, obtaining target legal data corresponding to the description information to be queried according to a query rule corresponding to the first subdivision mode;
and sending the target legal data to the client so that the client displays the target legal data.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the target query mode is a first subdivision mode, acquiring target legal data corresponding to the description information to be queried according to a query rule corresponding to the first subdivision mode includes:
and if the target query mode is a first subdivision mode, acquiring target legal data corresponding to the description information to be queried from a first subdivision database corresponding to the first subdivision mode.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring a second subdivision characteristic word corresponding to the second subdivision mode;
acquiring corresponding first legal data based on the second subdivision feature words;
and establishing a second subdivision database based on the first legal data.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the obtaining a second subdivision feature word corresponding to a second subdivision mode comprises:
acquiring a basic subdivision characteristic word corresponding to the second subdivision mode;
acquiring corresponding expansion feature words based on the basic subdivision feature words;
and determining the second subdivision characteristic word according to the basic subdivision characteristic word and the corresponding expansion characteristic word.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
receiving a subdivision mode creation request sent by a client, wherein the subdivision mode creation request comprises new subdivision mode information uploaded by a user and corresponding custom words;
acquiring legal data corresponding to a new subdivision mode corresponding to the new subdivision mode information based on the custom words;
and creating a new subdivision database corresponding to the new subdivision mode based on the legal data corresponding to the new subdivision mode.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
and establishing an incidence relation between the new subdivision mode and the user so that the user can inquire legal data in a new subdivision database corresponding to the new subdivision mode.
7. The method of claim 3, wherein after obtaining corresponding first legal data based on the second refined feature words, the method further comprises:
acquiring a first score corresponding to each first legal data according to a first score rule;
selecting second legal data with scores meeting preset conditions from the first legal data based on the first scores;
said building said second subdivision database based on said first legal data, comprising:
establishing the second subdivision database based on the second legal data.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein after obtaining the target legal data corresponding to the description information to be searched according to the query rule corresponding to the first subdivision mode if the target query mode is the first subdivision mode, the method further comprises:
acquiring a second score corresponding to each target legal data according to a second score rule;
sequencing the target legal data according to the second score to obtain sequenced target legal data;
the sending the target legal data to the client so that the client displays the target legal data comprises:
and sending the sequenced target legal data to the client so that the client can display the sequenced target legal data.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1-8, further comprising:
receiving a downloading request sent by a client, wherein the downloading request comprises content information to be downloaded selected by a user;
acquiring corresponding target downloading content according to the content information to be downloaded;
and sending the target download content to the client.
10. A legal data query method, comprising:
responding to a first operation of a user to acquire a target query mode and to-be-queried description information of the user, wherein the query mode comprises a general mode and a subdivision mode, and the subdivision mode comprises at least one subdivision type;
generating a query request according to the target query mode and the to-be-queried description information;
sending the query request to a server so that the server queries corresponding target legal data according to the query request;
and receiving and displaying the target legal data returned by the server.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
responding to a second operation of the user to acquire a new segmentation mode input by the user and a corresponding custom word;
generating a segmentation mode establishing request according to the new segmentation mode and the corresponding custom word;
and sending the subdivision mode creation request to a server so that the server creates a new subdivision mode according to the subdivision mode creation request.
12. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
responding to a third operation of the user to acquire the content information to be downloaded selected by the user;
generating a downloading request according to the content information to be downloaded;
and sending the downloading request to the server so that the server returns the corresponding target downloading content according to the downloading request.
13. The method of any one of claims 10-12, wherein receiving and presenting the target legal data returned by the server comprises:
and receiving and displaying the sorted target legal data returned by the server.
14. An apparatus for querying legal data, comprising:
the system comprises a first receiving module, a second receiving module and a third receiving module, wherein the first receiving module is used for receiving a query request sent by a client, the query request comprises a target query mode of a user and description information to be queried, the query mode comprises a general mode and a subdivision mode, and the subdivision mode comprises at least one type;
the first processing module is used for acquiring target legal data corresponding to the description information to be checked according to a query rule corresponding to a first subdivision mode if the target query mode is the first subdivision mode;
the first sending module is used for sending the target legal data to the client so that the client can display the target legal data.
15. An apparatus for querying legal data, comprising:

the at least one first processor executing computer-executable instructions stored by the first memory causes the at least one first processor to perform the method of any of claims 1-9.
17. A terminal, comprising: a second memory, a second transceiver and at least one second processor;
the second processor, the second memory and the second transceiver are interconnected through a circuit;
the second memory stores computer-executable instructions; the second transceiver is used for sending a query request to the server;
the at least one second processor executing the computer-executable instructions stored by the second memory causes the at least one second processor to perform the method of any of claims 10-13.
18. A computer-readable storage medium having computer-executable instructions stored thereon which, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any one of claims 1-13.
