Example one
Fig. 1 is a first flowchart of an information synchronization method according to an embodiment of the present application, which is applicable to a situation where business information of a terminal device is collected and synchronously stored in an enterprise. The information synchronization method provided by this embodiment may be executed by the information synchronization apparatus provided by this embodiment, where the apparatus may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner and integrated in an electronic device that executes the method, and preferably, the electronic device in this embodiment may be an information synchronization device.
It should be noted that the information synchronization device in the embodiment of the present application is a mobile device, and when information of a terminal device needs to be collected, the information synchronization device may be connected to the terminal device through an external interface of the terminal device. When the information synchronization equipment is connected with the terminal equipment configured with different service systems, the service information of the different service systems can be collected. The information synchronization device comprises a power supply component, a control component, a communication component and at least two storage components. The power supply assembly is used for ensuring that the terminal equipment of the information to be acquired still supports the function of acquiring the service information of the service system under the condition of no power; the control component is used for configuring a constraint relation between at least two storage components and verifying the authenticity of the acquired business information; the communication assembly is used for realizing the communication connection between the information synchronization equipment and the terminal equipment of the information to be acquired; and different storage components are used for storing the service information of different service systems.
Referring to fig. 1, the method of the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
and S110, acquiring the service information of the terminal equipment according to a pre-configured acquisition strategy.
In the embodiment of the application, a user can connect the information synchronization device with the terminal device to acquire information, and acquire the service information of the terminal device to acquire the information by setting an acquisition strategy. The acquisition strategy comprises acquisition time and an acquisition mode, and the acquisition mode can be active acquisition and passive acquisition. The active acquisition refers to that a user triggers a service system to call a communication component of information synchronization equipment to acquire service information in the service system; the passive acquisition means that a user sets a timing acquisition program, and the information synchronization equipment triggers the service system to call a communication component of the information synchronization equipment according to the timing acquisition program to acquire service information in the service system.
And S120, synchronously storing the service information, and pushing the service information to a database of a service system corresponding to the service information.
Wherein the service information includes at least one of: financial equipment information, asset equipment information, project equipment information, and operating equipment information; correspondingly, the service system corresponding to the service information includes at least one of the following: financial system, asset system, project system, fortune dimension system. The service information and the service system are in one-to-one correspondence.
In the embodiment of the application, the collected service information is stored in the storage component corresponding to the service information, and the service information is pushed to the database of the service system corresponding to the service information. The method has the advantages that the service information can be conveniently and rapidly synchronized by using the method when the service information data volume is large. The method can be used for completing the service information synchronization even in the case of no network.
In the embodiment of the application, the information synchronization method can also be used in the data migration process of the old system and the new system. For example, taking the operation and maintenance system as an example, the service information (i.e., the operating device information) of the operation and maintenance system includes operation and maintenance personnel, operation and maintenance time, operation and maintenance records, and the like. The service information is stored in a database of the operation and maintenance system, and if the operation and maintenance system is updated and upgraded, data in the old operation and maintenance system needs to be migrated to the new operation and maintenance system. In the prior art, data migration is performed by setting the same data field, and in the application, data in an old operation and maintenance system is transferred to information synchronization equipment and then transferred to a new operation and maintenance system. Compared with the prior art, the data migration time is shorter, the method is more convenient and faster, and errors are not easy to occur.

According to the method and the device, the service information is stored in the information synchronization equipment, and then the service data is imported into the database of the service system through the information synchronization equipment, so that the problems that change information is not timely due to manual change of the information in a background database, errors are prone to occurring when the change information is large in quantity and the like in the prior art can be solved, and the information can be synchronized conveniently and quickly.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a second flow chart of an information synchronization method according to an embodiment of the present application. The embodiment of the application is optimized on the basis of the embodiment, and specifically optimized as follows: a detailed explanation of the process of the information synchronous storage is added.
Referring to fig. 2, the method of the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s210, acquiring the service information of the terminal equipment according to a pre-configured acquisition strategy.
And S220, storing the service information in a storage component corresponding to the service information.
The information synchronization equipment comprises storage components corresponding to different service information.
In the embodiment of the present application, through the above embodiment, the service system of the terminal device calls the communication component of the information synchronization device to collect the service information in the service system. Specifically, when the business system triggering the communication component of the information synchronization device to collect the business information is a financial system, the collected business information is financial device information, and the financial device information is stored in the storage component corresponding to the financial device information. And when the service system triggering the calling of the communication component of the information synchronization equipment to collect the service information is the asset system, the collected service information is the asset equipment information, and the asset equipment information is stored in the storage component corresponding to the asset equipment information.
Optionally, the information synchronization apparatus further includes a control component; after the service information is stored in the storage component corresponding to the service information, the authenticity of the service information is verified through the control component according to the basic information of the terminal equipment.
In this embodiment, the basic information of the terminal device may be unique identification information of the terminal device. And checking the service information according to the unique identification information. Optionally, the process of performing the authenticity check on the service information may also be performed before the service information is stored in the storage component corresponding to the service information, that is, the authenticity check is performed on the obtained service information, and then the service information after the authenticity check is stored in the storage component corresponding to the service information.
And S230, judging whether the business information has constraint relation with other business information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the constraint relationship means that part of information in the service information is the same as part of information in other service information. And S240, if yes, synchronizing the service information to a storage component corresponding to other service information.
In the embodiment of the application, if the service information has a constraint relationship with other service information, the service information is synchronized to the storage component corresponding to the other service information. The advantage of setting up like this lies in that the same information only need gather between this business information and other business information can, need not repeated collection, has improved work efficiency, namely "one side is gathered, the use of many sides".
For example, if the business system corresponding to the terminal device a is a project system and the business system corresponding to the terminal device b is a financial system, part of the business information (i.e., the financial device information) in the financial system is the same as part of the business information (i.e., the project device information) of the project system. After the information synchronization equipment collects the financial equipment information of the financial system, the financial equipment information is stored in the storage component corresponding to the financial equipment information. In addition, the information synchronization device stores part of the financial equipment information in the financial system in a storage component corresponding to the project equipment information.
Optionally, if the service information is updated service information, the service information in the storage component is replaced with the updated service information. And if the updated service information has a constraint relation with other service information, replacing the other service information in the storage component corresponding to the other service information with the updated service information. The method has the advantages that the same information between the service information and other service information only needs to be updated once, other service information does not need to be updated when other service information is collected, and even if data is updated, namely, one party updates and multiple parties use the data.
For example, if the business system corresponding to the terminal device a is a project system and the business system corresponding to the terminal device b is a financial system, part of the business information (i.e., the financial device information) in the financial system is the same as part of the business information (i.e., the project device information) of the project system. When the information synchronization equipment collects the financial equipment information of the financial system, if the financial equipment information is the updated financial equipment information, the financial equipment information in the storage component is replaced by the updated financial equipment information. In addition, the information synchronization device stores part of the updated financial device information in the financial system in the corresponding storage component of the project device information.
And S250, pushing each service information to a database of a service system corresponding to each service information.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the service information of the terminal equipment is acquired according to a pre-configured acquisition strategy; storing the service information in a storage component corresponding to the service information; judging whether the business information has constraint relation with other business information; if yes, synchronizing the service information to a storage component corresponding to other service information; and pushing each service information to a database of a service system corresponding to each service information. According to the method and the device, each service information is updated in time according to the constraint relation between the service information and other service information, the problem that the change information is not timely due to manual change information in a background database in the prior art is solved, and the information can be synchronized conveniently and quickly.
