Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments. The following embodiments are divided for convenience of description, and should not constitute any limitation to the specific implementation manner of the present invention, and the embodiments may be mutually incorporated and referred to without contradiction.
A first embodiment of the present invention relates to a log collection method, which is applied to a client, where the client and at least one client server have a communication connection for service data transmission, and a specific flow is as shown in fig. 1, where the method includes:
step 101, receiving a log control message from a remote device forwarded by a client server, wherein the log control message includes client configuration information.
Specifically, the remote device in this embodiment may be a server, or a network device such as a client and the like for initiating log collection, where the client is a target object of a log file to be collected, and there is a communication connection for service data transmission between the client and at least one client server, and it should be noted that a normal service of the client also needs to be completed in a log remote collection process between the client and the client server, so that the client and the client server always maintain communication connection and have data interaction, and the remote device borrows this connection, and can start a log remote collection process only by establishing a connection with the client server.
In addition, the communication connection between the remote device and the client server may be any connection mode, such as a TCP connection, a UDP connection, or an IP connection, and certainly, the sending and receiving of the messages between the user device and the remote device follow the corresponding communication protocol and the message encapsulation format. It should be noted that, before establishing the TCP/IP connection, PPP (Point to Point protocol) dialing needs to be performed, where PPP is a Point to Point protocol.
Step 102, creating a log capturing thread for acquiring the log file according to the client configuration information.
Specifically, the client configuration information may include log configuration information, log problem information, log saving server information, and the like, which is only a specific example here, and other information may be included in the actual use process. In addition, the collection of the log file is generally used for analyzing and judging the failure cause when the device fails, so the client configuration information in this embodiment may be the log configuration information, the log problem information, the log saving server information and the like manually input by the client initiating the log information collection, or when the failure occurs, the log collection process may be automatically triggered, and the remote device automatically configures the client configuration information such as the log configuration information, the log problem information and the log saving server information which are matched with the failure type.
And 103, sending the log file acquired through the log capturing thread to the remote equipment or log saving equipment appointed by the remote equipment.
Specifically, when the remote device needs to collect the log file of a certain module or unit in the client, the log capturing thread acquires the log file of the module or unit by monitoring each communication port of the module or unit. That is, the specific target object for the created log capture thread to obtain the log file may be determined from the client configuration information.
In addition, the complete log file generally needs to occupy a huge storage space, if all log files are sent together, the transmission efficiency is extremely low, a lot of time is consumed, and once the communication connection is interrupted or fails, all log files need to be retransmitted. Therefore, when the log file is transmitted, the log file can be divided into a plurality of sub-files to be transmitted, or the log file can be packaged into a log file with a specific format by encoding processing, or compression processing can be performed.
Compared with the prior art, the log collection method and the log collection system have the advantages that the log collection process is started by receiving the log control message which is transmitted by the remote device and forwarded by the client server, the client side acquires the client configuration information in the log control message, creates the log capturing thread to acquire the log file, and transmits the acquired log file to the remote device or the log storage device appointed by the remote device. For the remote equipment needing to collect the log files, the log files can be obtained only by sending the log control message, and how to realize the inside of the target object of the log files to be collected is not concerned, so that the remote collection of the logs is realized, and the process is simple and quick.
A second embodiment of the present invention relates to a log collection method, which is applied to a client, where the client and at least one client server have a communication connection for service data transmission, and the client further includes a Modem-side processor and an AP-side processor, as shown in fig. 2, and specifically includes:
step 201, receiving a log control message from a remote device forwarded by a client server, wherein the log control message includes client configuration information.
Step 201 in this embodiment is substantially the same as step 101 in the first embodiment, and is not repeated here.
Step 202, the received client configuration information is sent to the Modem side processor.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the micro control unit in the client is specifically configured to receive the client configuration information, and the micro control unit transmits the received client configuration information to the Modem-side processor in the form of an AT instruction.
In step 203, the Modem side processor transmits the client configuration information to the AP side processor via a predetermined communication interface message.
Specifically, the Modem-side processor and the AP-side processor communicate with each other through predefined communication interface messages, for example, the Modem-side processor and the AP-side processor provided by the high-pass platform communicate with each other through a QMI (qualcomm Message interface) Message, where the QMI is a functional interface of multiprocessor inter-process communication provided by the high-pass platform, that is, the Modem-side processor and the AP-side processor need to communicate with each other according to a QMI protocol. Of course, processors of other platforms may be used, and the inter-processor message transmission follows the corresponding communication interface protocol.
In step 204, the AP-side processor creates a log capture thread for acquiring log files according to the client configuration information.
Specifically, when receiving a communication interface message containing client configuration information sent by a Modem side processor, the AP side processor starts a log capture program, reads the client configuration information in the communication interface message, creates a log capture thread, and monitors each port of a target object of a log file to be collected, where the target object may be the entire client or a certain module or unit in the client. In addition, when the log capturing thread monitors that the port has output, the current time can be read, and the log file is saved by taking the current time as the file name. Of course, the log file name may be set in other forms, such as: in the form of fault/problem type, fault object, etc.
In step 205, the log file acquired by the log capture thread is sent to the remote device or the log saving device designated by the remote device.
Step 205 in this embodiment is substantially the same as step 103 in the first embodiment, and is not repeated here.
Compared with the prior art, the method and the device have the advantages that the log collection process is started by receiving the log control message which is transmitted by the remote device and forwarded by the client server, the AP side processor in the client creates a log capture thread according to the client configuration information, monitors each port of the target object of the log file to be collected, and transmits the acquired log file to the remote device or the log storage device appointed by the remote device. For the remote equipment needing to collect the log files, the log files of the client or all modules (units) in the client can be collected only by sending the log control message, and the whole process is quick and simple.
A third embodiment of the present invention relates to a log collection method, which is applied to a client, where the client and at least one client server have a communication connection for service data transmission, as shown in fig. 3, and the method specifically includes:
step 301, receiving a log control message from a remote device forwarded by a client server, where the log control message includes client configuration information.
Step 301 in this embodiment is substantially the same as step 101 in the first embodiment, and is not repeated here.
Step 302, a log capture thread for acquiring log files is created according to the client configuration information.
Step 302 in this embodiment is substantially the same as step 102 in the first embodiment, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
Step 303, when the remote device is a server, sending the log file acquired by the log capturing thread to the remote device through the client server.
Specifically, the complete log file generally needs to occupy a huge storage space, and when the remote device is a server, all log files can be stored. Thus, the client sends the log file to the remote device via the original path, i.e., via the client server. In addition, if all log files are sent together in the transmission process, the transmission efficiency is extremely low, a lot of time is consumed, and once the communication connection is interrupted or fails, all log files need to be retransmitted. Therefore, when the log file is transmitted, the log file can be divided into a plurality of sub-files to be transmitted, or the log file can be packaged into a log file with a specific format by encoding processing, or compression processing can be performed.
Compared with the prior art, the log collection method and the log collection system have the advantages that the log collection process is started by receiving the log control message transmitted by the client server and sent by the remote equipment, the client side acquires the client configuration information in the log control message, creates the log capturing thread to acquire the log file, and when the remote equipment is the server, the client side transmits the acquired log file to the remote equipment through the client server. For the remote equipment needing to collect the log files, the log files can be obtained only by sending the log control message, and how to realize the inside of the target object of the log files to be collected is not concerned, so that the remote collection of the logs is realized, and the process is simple and quick.
A fourth embodiment of the present invention relates to a log collection method, which is applied to a client, where the client and at least one client server have a communication connection for service data transmission, as shown in fig. 4, and the method specifically includes:
step 401, receiving a log control message from a remote device forwarded by a client server, where the log control message includes client configuration information.
Step 401 in this embodiment is substantially the same as step 101 in the first embodiment, and is not repeated here.
Step 402, creating a log capture thread for acquiring a log file according to the client configuration information.
Specifically, the client comprises a Modem side processor and an AP side processor, the client sends client configuration information to the AP side processor through the Modem side processor through an AT instruction, and the AP side processor is used for creating a log capturing thread according to the client configuration information.
Step 403, when the remote device is a client, directly sending the log file acquired by the log capture thread to the log saving device designated by the remote device.
It should be noted that, a complete log file generally needs to occupy a huge storage space, when the remote device is a client, all log files cannot be completely stored, and even if the huge log file can be stored, the remote device is already in a full load state at this time, and cannot perform other tasks, such as reading of the log file, analysis of the log file, and the like. Therefore, it is necessary to specify a device dedicated to log saving, such as a log saving server, which has a large storage space, in advance.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, step 403 specifically includes:
step 501, when the remote device is a client, creating a log transmission thread according to client configuration information, wherein the client configuration information includes log saving information for designating log saving devices.
Specifically, the creation of the log transmission thread is also completed by the AP-side processor, and the specific process is basically the same as the creation of the log capture thread. It should be noted that, whether the client creates the log transmission thread is indicated by the log saving information, and when the log saving information is the remote device itself, the log transmission thread does not need to be created; when the log saving information is the log saving device designated by the remote device, the log saving information needs to be created.
Step 502, establishing communication connection with a log saving device designated by a remote device through a log transmission thread.
Specifically, the communication connection between the client and the log saving device may be any connection mode, such as a TCP connection, a UDP connection, or an IP connection, and the sending and receiving of the log file between the client and the log saving device conform to a corresponding communication protocol and a message encapsulation format. It should be noted that, before establishing the TCP/IP connection, PPP (Point to Point protocol) dialing needs to be performed, where PPP is a Point to Point protocol.
Step 503, the log file acquired by the log capturing thread is directly sent to the designated log saving device through the log transmission thread.
Specifically, when the log capturing thread monitors that the log file is output from the target object port, a message is sent immediately to inform the log transmission thread to start transmitting the log file. And the log capturing thread and the log transmission thread are communicated through a mutual exclusion lock.
Compared with the prior art, the log collection method and the log collection system have the advantages that the log collection process is started by receiving the log control message which is transmitted by the client server and is sent by the remote equipment, the client side acquires the client configuration information in the log control message, creates the log capturing thread to acquire the log file, and when the remote equipment is the client side, the log file is directly sent to the log storage equipment appointed by the remote equipment through the log transmission thread. For the remote equipment needing to collect the log files, the log files can be obtained only by sending the log control message, and how to realize the inside of the target object of the log files to be collected is not concerned, so that the remote collection of the logs is realized, and the process is simple and quick.
A fifth embodiment of the present invention relates to a log collection method, which is applied to a client, where the client and at least one client server have a communication connection for service data transmission, as shown in fig. 6, and the method specifically includes:
step 601, receiving a log control message from a remote device forwarded by a client server, where the log control message includes client configuration information.
Step 602, a log capture thread for acquiring log files is created according to the client configuration information.
Step 603, sending the log file acquired by the log capturing thread to the remote device or a log saving device designated by the remote device.
Step 604, receiving the log capture termination message sent by the remote device forwarded by the client server.
Step 605, the log file acquisition of the log capturing thread is terminated according to the log capturing termination message.
In this embodiment, the termination of log capture is also initiated by a remote device, specifically, the remote device sends a log capture termination message, a micro control unit MCU of the user device receives the log capture termination message, the micro control unit sends the log capture termination message to a Modem-side processor in the communication module through an AT instruction, the Modem-side processor sends the log capture termination message to an AP-side processor in the communication module through a communication interface message, and finally, the AP-side processor terminates the log capture. The whole log capture termination process is basically the same as the log capture start process, and the specific details are not described herein.
In addition, the steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps into multiple steps, and all the steps are within the scope of the patent as long as the same logical relationship is included; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.

The log file collected by the client 702 is returned to the remote device 701 via the original path, i.e. the client server 703. As shown in fig. 7(b), when the remote device 701 is a client, the remote device 701 does not have a large storage space for storing log files, so the remote device 701 sends a log control message, and forwards the log control message to the client 702 via the client server 703 to start log collection. And the log files collected by the client 702 are sent directly to the designated log saving device 704.
