3. The power distribution detection apparatus for a data center of claim 1, wherein the low voltage distribution link detection module performs a second stand-alone performance detection and a second linkage detection for the low voltage distribution link;
the second stand-alone performance test includes: a. verifying the insulation performance, the voltage drop performance and the temperature rise performance of the intensive bus under the loaded condition; b. testing insulation resistance, load voltage drop, temperature rise and infrared thermal imaging detection of intensive buses, test buses and bypass buses between a power distribution room and a cooler section and between the power distribution room and a module section; c. verifying the display of a breaker indicator lamp, the operation of an interlocking device, the phase sequence detection, the verification of a comprehensive protection setting value and the live temperature rise performance of a low-voltage power distribution cabinet included in a low-voltage power distribution link;
the second linkage detection includes: a. verifying the correctness of the low-voltage bus-tie automatic switching and automatic resetting performance test; b. verifying the correctness of the locking function of the low-voltage incoming line and the bypass incoming line; c. verifying the correctness of a mechanical interlocking function between low-voltage power distribution cabinets included in the low-voltage power distribution link; d. and verifying the correctness of the electrical interlocking function between the low-voltage power distribution cabinets.
4. The power distribution detection apparatus for a data center as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diesel generator system detection module performs a third stand-alone performance detection and a third linkage detection for the diesel generator system;
the third stand-alone performance test includes: a. the system state inspection of the diesel generator comprises starting and stopping running states, and the detection parameters comprise water temperature, water level, oil temperature, oil quantity, engine oil quantity and cleaning conditions; b. the diesel generator system alarm verification comprises high and low temperature, low oil pressure, less oil, overspeed engine and high and low voltage battery of the cooling liquid; c. the system shutdown verification of the diesel generator comprises low oil pressure, high temperature of cooling liquid, low liquid level of cooling liquid, overspeed of an engine, high and low voltage of a battery and shutdown actions under the EPO starting condition; d. the diesel generator system steady-state operation comprises remote start and on-site start, wherein a single diesel generator is respectively loaded with 25%,50%,75% and 100% of operation tests, and test data are recorded, wherein the test data comprise voltage, frequency, current, harmonic distortion, voltage adjustment degree and oil consumption; e. performing load 0% -100% -0% transient load-adding and load-adding electric energy quality test for testing output voltage, frequency change rate and recovery time; f. full-load temperature rise test of the diesel generator system; g. differential protection test of a diesel generator system; h. testing the air supply and exhaust performance of the diesel generator system; i. the power quality test of the output end of the diesel generator system comprises voltage, frequency, harmonic wave, zero ground voltage and waveform change; j. the diesel generator system comprises an oil supply system function verification test, which comprises an automatic start-stop of an oil supply pump, a full-load oil supplementing capability test and an oil supply flow test;
The third linkage detection includes: a. the PLC control logic verifies and tests; b. an automatic switching function test of the group A/B GCP; c. testing the joint debugging of the neutral point grounding switch; d. the diesel generator is automatically put into a function test; e. and checking differential protection of the bus of the diesel generator and adjusting the system.
5. The power distribution detection apparatus for a data center of claim 1, wherein the ups system detection module performs a fourth stand-alone performance detection and a fourth linkage detection for the ups system;
the fourth stand-alone performance test comprises: a. UPS and bypass cabinet state and alarm inspection; b. the UPS steady-state operation test and wave recording comprises a UPS single machine bypass and reverse conversion, a mains supply and battery conversion test, and the change rate and conversion time of the UPS single machine output voltage are tested; c. the power quality test of the input end and the output end under the operating condition of 25% -50% -75% -100% of load comprises voltage, frequency, current, harmonic distortion, power factor, voltage adjustment degree, current balance degree, zero ground voltage and waveform change; d. the full load temperature rise test of the UPS comprises the temperature rise of the input and output dense buses and joints of the UPS; e. 0% -50% -100% transient load-adding and load-reducing electric energy quality test; f. the full load discharge test of the battery comprises the discharge time of the full load battery of a single UPS, the heating test of a battery joint, a cable and a circuit breaker, the battery charge test and the automatic input test of a filter, and the input and output voltage, current, power factor parameters and wave recording before and after the input are recorded; g. testing the UPS emergency shutdown function; h. single UPS overload dynamic test;
The fourth linkage detection includes: a. the method comprises the steps of carrying out capability test on the parallel operation of the UPS, and respectively obtaining UPS output electric parameters under the conditions of 100%, 50% and 0% of load, wherein the UPS output electric parameters comprise voltage, frequency, current, power factors, harmonic distortion and current sharing; b. testing and recording transient response data of UPS parallel operation output in the switching process, wherein the transient response data comprises voltage, current, frequency, zero ground voltage, current harmonic wave, voltage harmonic wave and power factor; c. the UPS maintenance bypass is manually switched for testing.

The power distribution detection apparatus for a data center as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: the conventional transformer detection module, the isolation transformer detection module, the capacitance compensation cabinet detection module, the direct current screen detection module and the grounding grid detection module are respectively connected with a receiving end of the first power monitoring system; wherein,
the conventional transformer detection module is used for verifying the output voltage, current, temperature rise, vibration and noise performance of the conventional transformer and testing exciting inrush current;
the isolation transformer detection module is used for: a. the power quality test of the output end of the isolation transformer comprises voltage, frequency, harmonic wave, zero ground voltage and waveform change; b, verifying the temperature rise, vibration and noise performance of the isolation transformer; c. the method comprises the steps of testing the variable excitation surge current of a single isolation transformer among modules, testing the variable parallel surge current of a plurality of isolation transformers among the single modules, and detecting the electric energy quality of the isolation transformers during variable impact, wherein the electric energy quality comprises voltage, current, frequency, zero ground voltage, current harmonic wave, voltage harmonic wave and power factor, and the zero ground voltage of the isolation transformers is realized during variable load;
The capacitive compensation cabinet detection module is used for detecting the electric energy quality before and after the capacitive compensation cabinet is put into under the inductive load condition, and comprises: voltage, current, frequency, zero ground voltage, current harmonic wave, voltage harmonic wave, waveform change and power factor data, verifying the automatic switching function of the capacitance compensation cabinet, operating for at least 15 minutes, detecting the reactance temperature rise of the capacitance, operating for at least 15 minutes, and detecting the temperature rise of the cable and the connecting point;
the direct current screen detection module is used for testing the charge and discharge of the direct current screen, specifically discharging to cut-off voltage, detecting the input and output voltage and current of the direct current screen, detecting the internal resistance and voltage of a battery of the direct current screen, detecting the direct current insulation resistance, detecting the voltage to ground and verifying the alarm function;
the grounding grid detection module is used for carrying out grounding resistance test on the copper bars in the machine room, testing all equipotential boxes in the machine room, testing connecting points of equipotential lines in the machine room, testing the grounding points of the maintenance structure and testing transition resistance of all cabinets.

The power distribution detection apparatus for a data center of claim 1, further comprising a first inspection robot coupled to the first power monitoring system for: before the first power monitoring system judges whether the high-voltage distribution link, the low-voltage distribution link and the diesel generator system are abnormal, performing construction process inspection on the high-voltage distribution link, the low-voltage distribution link and the diesel generator system;

the construction process inspection of the low-voltage distribution link comprises the following steps: a. performing construction process inspection on compact busbar specifications, brand models, marks, numbers, appearance, installation, connection and wire slot and bridge installation firmness of a low-voltage distribution link; b. performing construction process inspection on cable specifications, brand models, marks, numbers, appearance, installation, connection, cable joint fastening and bridge installation from the low-voltage power distribution cabinet to the output terminal power distribution cabinet; c. carrying out construction process inspection on equipment specifications, brand models, marks, numbers, appearance, installation and grounding of the low-voltage power distribution cabinet, lightning arresters, circuit breakers, transformers, busbar conditions in the power distribution cabinet and safety protection and waterproof facilities;
The construction process inspection of the diesel generator system includes: a. checking the specification, brand type, identification, number, appearance, installation fixation, neutral point grounding, cable and control line, assembly and cabinet combining and PLC control cabinet installation conditions of the diesel generator; b. performing construction process inspection on an oil storage tank, a daily oil tank, an emergency oil drain tank, an oil supply pipeline, an oil pump and a valve of an oil supply system; c. and checking a rat-proof facility of a distribution room where the diesel generator system is located.
