By recording the temperature data of the test thermocouple sensor when triggered each time, the temperature data of the vehicle water temperature sensor when triggered each time and the pointer reading information of the vehicle water temperature meter when triggered each time, the comparison water temperature meter can be corrected through visual data, and the errors of the water temperature meter and the water temperature sensor can be accurately analyzed.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a vehicle water temperature gauge correction method according to the present invention, which is applied to a vehicle water temperature gauge correction system, and the vehicle water temperature gauge correction system includes: the galvanic couple selection module, the detection recording module and the correction analysis module are sequentially connected;
the vehicle water temperature gauge correction method comprises the following steps:
step S10: the thermocouple selection module is used for calibrating the temperature of the alternative thermocouple sensor arranged on the vehicle and selecting the test thermocouple sensor according to the calibration result.
In this embodiment, the vehicle water temperature gauge correction system includes: the thermocouple selection module, the detection recording module and the correction analysis module are sequentially connected, the thermocouple selection module, the detection recording module and the correction analysis module communicate through the internet, so that data transmission is realized, and a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or other transmission protocols can be adopted as a data transmission protocol, which is not limited in this embodiment. The galvanic couple selection module, the detection recording module and the correction analysis module may be disposed in different areas of the vehicle, or may be disposed in the system management center in a centralized manner, and may be disposed correspondingly according to actual requirements, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In a specific implementation, the thermocouple selection module performs temperature calibration on an alternative thermocouple sensor disposed on a vehicle, wherein the thermocouple sensor is a contact temperature measuring device. The alternative thermocouple sensor refers to a thermocouple sensor prepared in advance for implementing a vehicle water temperature gauge correction. Temperature calibration refers to the use of a standard gauge to detect whether the accuracy of an alternative thermocouple sensor meets a standard. Alternative thermocouple sensors are pre-installed on the vehicle. And the thermocouple selection module selects a test thermocouple sensor according to the calibration result, wherein the test thermocouple sensor refers to a finally selected alternative thermocouple sensor for the subsequent test step. Selecting the test thermocouple sensor according to the calibration result refers to selecting the thermocouple sensor closest to or most consistent with the preset precision as the test thermocouple sensor according to the calibration result of each alternative thermocouple sensor and using the test thermocouple sensor for subsequent tests.
Step S20: the detection recording module acquires the temperature data of the test thermocouple sensor and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor, the temperature data of the test thermocouple and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor on the vehicle are used as temperature comparison data, and the temperature comparison data are sent to the correction analysis module.
Further, the detection recording module acquires temperature data of a test thermocouple sensor and temperature data of a water temperature sensor, after the thermocouple selection module selects the test thermocouple sensor, the test thermocouple sensor is arranged in a rubber cooling liquid pipeline which is closest to the engine water temperature sensor in the close range, the water temperature of the vehicle is detected in real time, and the temperature data acquired by the test thermocouple sensor in the process is the temperature data of the test thermocouple sensor. The temperature data of the water temperature sensor refers to water temperature data of the vehicle, which is acquired by the water temperature sensor which is arranged on the vehicle and used for acquiring the water temperature of the engine cooling pipeline when the vehicle works. The temperature data of the test thermocouple and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor on the vehicle are used as temperature comparison data, which means that the temperature data of the test thermocouple and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor on the vehicle are summarized and combined to be used as temperature comparison data. And then the detection recording module sends the temperature comparison data to the correction analysis module.
Step S30: the correction analysis module receives the temperature comparison data, corrects a vehicle water temperature meter according to the temperature comparison data, and generates analysis result information according to the temperature comparison data.
In this embodiment, the calibration and analysis module receives the temperature comparison data and then calibrates the vehicle water temperature meter according to the temperature comparison data, which means that the vehicle water temperature meter is adjusted and calibrated according to the temperature comparison data, so that the vehicle water temperature meter can be more accurate. Then generating analysis result information according to the temperature comparison data, wherein the analysis result information can be as follows according to the difference of the temperature comparison data: water temperature gauge pointer error, vehicle water temperature sensor error, or other error information. For example: when the temperature data of the test thermocouple sensor and the vehicle water temperature sensor are within an error range, if the water temperature meter displays errors, the pointer of the water temperature meter is wrong; and when the temperature data of the test thermocouple sensor and the temperature data of the vehicle water temperature sensor have numerical difference outside the error range, judging that the vehicle water temperature sensor is wrong.
Further, before step S30, in order to eliminate the influence of the vehicle radiator on the correction of the water temperature table, the method further includes:
the heat insulation module judges the heat dissipation type of the vehicle radiator, and if the heat dissipation type is that the vehicle is cooled by the electronic fan, the power supply of the electronic fan is cut off to enter a detection recording mode;
if the heat dissipation type is that the vehicle is cooled by a mechanical fan or a silicone oil fan, closing the heat insulation plate to enter a detection recording mode;
and the detection recording module is used for acquiring the temperature data of the test thermocouple sensor and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor in the detection recording mode, taking the temperature data of the test thermocouple and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor on the vehicle as temperature comparison data, and sending the temperature comparison data to the correction analysis module.
In a specific implementation, the vehicle water temperature gauge correction system further comprises: the heat insulation module is connected with the detection recording module; the heat insulation module judges the heat dissipation type of the vehicle radiator, if the heat dissipation type is that the vehicle is cooled through the electronic fan, the power supply of the electronic fan is cut off to enter a detection recording mode, namely when the heat dissipation type of the vehicle is that the temperature of the water is cooled through the electronic fan, in order to remove the influence of the electronic fan on the temperature data acquisition of the vehicle temperature sensor and the test thermocouple, the power supply of the electronic fan is cut off to stop the electronic fan, and then the vehicle enters the detection recording mode.
In this embodiment, if the heat dissipation type is that the vehicle is cooled by a mechanical fan or a silicone oil fan, closing the thermal insulation board to enter a detection recording mode, which means that when the heat dissipation type of the current vehicle is the mechanical fan or the silicone oil fan, at this time, since the power supply cannot be cut off, the thermal insulation board is closed to remove the influence of the mechanical fan or the silicone oil fan on the temperature measurement. The heat insulation board refers to a device capable of insulating heat, and may be made of any material to achieve this function, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In a specific implementation, the detection recording module is further configured to, in the detection recording mode, acquire temperature data of the test thermocouple sensor and temperature data of the water temperature sensor, use the temperature data of the test thermocouple and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor on the vehicle as temperature comparison data, and send the temperature comparison data to the correction analysis module, where the temperature data of the test thermocouple sensor and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor start to be acquired when the detection recording mode is in, the temperature data of the test thermocouple and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor on the vehicle serve as temperature comparison data, and send the temperature comparison data to the correction analysis module, that is, when the detection recording mode is in, the time at which the detection recording module starts to operate is the time at which the detection recording module starts to operate.
By the method, the influence of a heat dissipation device of the vehicle on temperature measurement and calibration is eliminated, and the correction result of the water temperature meter of the vehicle is more accurate.
In the embodiment, the thermocouple selection module calibrates the temperature of the alternative thermocouple sensor arranged on the vehicle and selects the test thermocouple sensor according to the calibration result; the detection recording module acquires temperature data of the test thermocouple sensor and temperature data of the water temperature sensor, the temperature data of the test thermocouple and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor on the vehicle are used as temperature comparison data, and the temperature comparison data are sent to the correction analysis module; the correction analysis module receives the temperature comparison data, corrects a vehicle water temperature meter according to the temperature comparison data, and generates analysis result information according to the temperature comparison data. The temperature of the water temperature sensor on the vehicle is compared with the temperature of the test thermocouple sensor which measures the temperature accurately, and the water temperature meter of the vehicle is corrected, so that the correction of the water temperature meter is more accurate.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of the worksite safety monitoring method according to the present invention, and the second embodiment of the worksite safety monitoring method according to the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment.
In this embodiment, the step S10 includes:

In specific implementation, the selection module receives the selection information, and selects one of the alternative thermocouple sensors meeting the preset measurement accuracy as a test thermocouple sensor according to the selection information, wherein the test thermocouple sensor is one of the alternative thermocouple sensors meeting the preset measurement accuracy selected by the selection module according to the selection information. The preset measurement accuracy is the measurement accuracy which is preset and acceptable for calibration of the vehicle water temperature meter. Selecting the alternative thermocouple sensor which meets the preset measurement accuracy as the test thermocouple sensor according to the selection information refers to that the selection module selects one alternative thermocouple sensor as the test thermocouple sensor according to the measurement accuracy information of all the alternative thermocouple sensors in the selection information and the preset measurement accuracy, wherein the alternative thermocouple sensor which meets the preset measurement accuracy range refers to the most accurate alternative thermocouple sensor within the preset measurement accuracy range, and when the accuracy of a plurality of alternative thermocouple sensors is the same and the most accurate, one alternative thermocouple sensor is selected as the test thermocouple sensor.
Further, the test thermocouple sensor is installed in the nearest rubber coolant pipe in the proximity of the engine water temperature sensor, and the engine water temperature sensor is generally installed in the water channel or the water tank of the vehicle, so that the test thermocouple sensor is installed in the nearest rubber coolant pipe in the proximity of the water temperature sensor in order to measure the temperature more accurately.
In this embodiment, the step S20 includes:

And then recording the temperature information of the test thermocouple sensor during each triggering and sending the temperature information to the data sorting module.
Step S202: the data sorting module receives the temperature information of the test thermocouple sensor when the test thermocouple sensor is triggered, sorts the temperature information of the test thermocouple sensor when the test thermocouple sensor is triggered, generates temperature comparison data, and sends the temperature comparison data to the correction analysis module.

In this embodiment, the data sorting module further receives temperature information of the test thermocouple sensor during triggering, then obtains a pointer reading of the vehicle water temperature meter and temperature data of the water temperature sensor during triggering, and extracts the temperature data of the water temperature sensor during each triggering from the temperature information of the test thermocouple sensor during triggering. And taking the temperature information of the test thermocouple sensor during triggering, the pointer reading of the vehicle water temperature meter during triggering and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor as temperature comparison data, namely adding the pointer reading of the vehicle water temperature meter during triggering into the temperature comparison data, and then storing the temperature data of the water temperature sensor during each triggering, the temperature data of the test thermocouple sensor during each triggering and the pointer reading of the water temperature meter during current triggering as the temperature comparison data in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The temperature contrast data is then sent to the analytical correction module.
By the method, the temperature data of the water temperature sensor and the pointer reading of the vehicle water temperature meter can be measured, and the water temperature meter is corrected more accurately.
In the embodiment, the temperature calibration furnace calibrates the temperature of the alternative thermocouple sensor, generates selection information according to a calibration result and sends the selection information to the selection module; the selection module receives the selection information and selects an alternative thermocouple sensor which meets the preset measurement accuracy as a test thermocouple sensor according to the selection information; the trigger recording module triggers a recording switch when a pointer of the vehicle water thermometer changes in a grid jumping manner so as to record temperature information of the test thermocouple sensor during triggering and send the temperature information to the data sorting module; and the data sorting module receives the temperature information of the test thermocouple sensor during triggering, sorts the temperature information of the test thermocouple sensor during triggering, generates temperature comparison data, and sends the temperature comparison data to the correction analysis module. By recording the temperature data of the test thermocouple sensor when triggered each time, the temperature data of the vehicle water temperature sensor when triggered each time and the pointer reading information of the vehicle water temperature meter when triggered each time, the comparison water temperature meter can be corrected through visual data, and the errors of the water temperature meter and the water temperature sensor can be accurately analyzed.

the thermocouple selection module is used for carrying out temperature calibration on an alternative thermocouple sensor arranged on a vehicle and selecting a test thermocouple sensor according to a calibration result;
the detection recording module is used for acquiring the temperature data of the test thermocouple sensor and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor, taking the temperature data of the test thermocouple and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor on the vehicle as temperature comparison data, and sending the temperature comparison data to the correction analysis module;
and the correction analysis module is used for receiving the temperature comparison data, correcting a vehicle water temperature meter according to the temperature comparison data and generating analysis result information according to the temperature comparison data.
2. The vehicle water temperature gauge correction system of claim 1, wherein the galvanic selection module comprises: the system comprises a temperature calibration furnace, a selection module and a plurality of alternative thermocouple sensors;
the temperature calibration furnace is used for calibrating the temperature of the alternative thermocouple sensor, generating selection information according to a calibration result and sending the selection information to the selection module;
the selection module is used for receiving the selection information and selecting an alternative thermocouple sensor which meets the preset measurement precision as a test thermocouple sensor according to the selection information;
the test thermocouple sensor is arranged in a rubber cooling liquid pipeline which is closest to the engine water temperature sensor in the close range.
3. The vehicle water temperature gauge correction system of claim 1, wherein the detection recording module comprises: the system comprises a trigger recording module and a data sorting module;
the trigger recording module is used for triggering a recording switch when a pointer of the vehicle water thermometer changes in a grid jumping manner so as to record temperature information of the test thermocouple sensor during triggering and send the temperature information to the data sorting module;
the data sorting module is used for receiving the temperature information of the test thermocouple sensor during triggering, sorting the temperature information of the test thermocouple sensor during triggering, generating temperature comparison data and sending the temperature comparison data to the correction analysis module.
4. The vehicle water temperature gauge correction system of claim 3, wherein the data consolidation module is further configured to receive temperature information of the test thermocouple sensor at the time of triggering;
acquiring pointer reading of the vehicle water temperature meter and temperature data of a water temperature sensor during triggering;
and taking the temperature information of the test thermocouple sensor during triggering, the pointer reading of the vehicle water temperature meter during triggering and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor as temperature comparison data, and sending the temperature comparison data to the correction analysis module.
5. The vehicle water temperature gauge correction system according to claim 3, further comprising: the heat insulation module is connected with the detection recording module;
the heat insulation module is used for judging the heat dissipation type of the vehicle radiator, and if the heat dissipation type is that the vehicle is cooled by the electronic fan, the power supply of the electronic fan is cut off to enter a detection recording mode;
if the heat dissipation type is that the vehicle is cooled by a mechanical fan or a silicone oil fan, closing the heat insulation plate to enter a detection recording mode;
the detection recording module is further used for acquiring the temperature data of the test thermocouple sensor and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor in the detection recording mode, taking the temperature data of the test thermocouple and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor on the vehicle as temperature comparison data, and sending the temperature comparison data to the correction analysis module.

the correction analysis module receives the temperature comparison data, corrects a vehicle water temperature meter according to the temperature comparison data, and generates analysis result information according to the temperature comparison data.
7. The vehicle water temperature gauge correction method according to claim 6, wherein the electric couple selection module includes: the system comprises a temperature calibration furnace, a selection module and a plurality of alternative thermocouple sensors;
the thermocouple selection module is used for carrying out temperature calibration on the alternative thermocouple sensor and selecting a test thermocouple sensor, and comprises the following steps:
the temperature calibration furnace calibrates the temperature of the alternative thermocouple sensor, generates selection information according to a calibration result and sends the selection information to the selection module;
the selection module receives the selection information and selects an alternative thermocouple sensor which meets the preset measurement precision as a test thermocouple sensor according to the selection information;
the test thermocouple sensor is arranged in a rubber cooling liquid pipeline closest to the engine water temperature sensor in the close range.
8. The method for correcting a water temperature gauge for a vehicle according to claim 6, wherein the detection recording module comprises: the system comprises a trigger recording module and a data sorting module;
the detection recording module acquires the temperature data of the test thermocouple sensor and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor, and sends the temperature data of the test thermocouple and the temperature data of the water temperature sensor as temperature comparison data to the correction analysis module, wherein the detection recording module comprises:
