Abstract
The invention relates to a settlement observation pile for roadbed backfilling and an observation method using the settlement observation pile, wherein the observation pile comprises: the anchoring pile is internally provided with a plurality of sleeves, and anchoring nails are correspondingly arranged in the sleeves; and the driving rod is arranged on the anchoring pile and can rotate around the axis of the driving rod and drive the anchoring nail to penetrate out of or retreat into the anchoring pile. The driving rod drives the anchoring nail to extend out/retract so as to facilitate the anchoring/recovering operation of the anchoring pile.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an observation pile, in particular to a settlement observation pile for roadbed backfilling and an observation method using the settlement observation pile.
Background
In road construction, the original ground surface fluctuation usually relates to roadbed filling construction, but the current construction process level can not completely eliminate the continuous settlement after roadbed refilling, so that settlement observation is often required in certain predicted large settlement sections (such as high filling sections and sections filled with improved fillers made of poor materials such as high liquid limit soil) in order to reasonably estimate whether the subsequent settlement can meet the design requirements.
At present, a commonly adopted observation mode is to take a larger chassis, insert an observation pile on the chassis, and bury the chassis deeply inside a roadbed, so as to judge the settlement height by observing the observation pile. The observation mode requires strict protection of the observation pile in the backfilling process, but each layer of roadbed needs to be rolled for many times in the backfilling process, so that the observation pile is inevitably damaged; moreover, protecting the observation pile by one step can also cause the subgrade around the observation pile to be not rolled tightly, thereby causing quality hidden danger; meanwhile, due to the existence of the chassis, the observation pile buried in the soil body cannot be pulled out for recycling, and great waste is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, a settlement observation pile for roadbed backfill and an observation method used by the settlement observation pile are provided, which aim to effectively overcome various defects existing in the existing observation mode.

The settlement observation pile for the roadbed backfill is further characterized in that the driving rod is further provided with an operating handle.
The settlement observation pile for the roadbed backfill is further characterized in that the anchoring nail is provided with a first spiral sheet, the driving rod is provided with a second spiral sheet, and the second spiral sheet can penetrate through the sleeve and is in transmission connection with the first spiral sheet.
The settlement observation pile for the roadbed backfilling is also characterized in that the bottom of the anchoring pile is conical.
A second aspect of the present invention is to provide an observation method using the above settlement observation pile for roadbed backfilling, having the characteristics that it comprises the steps of:
1) backfilling the roadbed to the top layer in a layered manner;
2) and lofting the observation pile point positions.
3) Driving the anchoring pile into a preset position, and rotating the driving rod to enable the anchoring nail to penetrate out of the anchoring pile and be anchored in the soil body;
4) carrying out construction backfill and rolling operation, and carrying out settlement observation operation by using the driving rod in the operation process;
5) and after the construction is finished, the driving rod is rotated reversely to enable the anchoring nail to retreat into the sleeve, and the observation pile is pulled out for recycling.
The beneficial effect of above-mentioned scheme is:
the driving rod drives the anchoring nail to extend out/retract so as to facilitate the anchoring/recovering operation of the anchoring pile.

According to the invention, the anchoring nail 2 is provided with the first spiral sheet 5, the driving rod 3 is provided with the second spiral sheet 6, and the second spiral sheet 6 can penetrate through the sleeve (the sleeve is correspondingly provided with the through groove) and is attached to the first spiral sheet 5, so that the second spiral sheet 6 can continuously stir the first spiral sheet 5 when the driving rod 3 is rotated, so that the anchoring nail 2 rotates and penetrates out of the anchoring pile 1, and then the anchoring nail is drilled into and anchored in foundation soil; correspondingly, can reverse rotation second flight 6 after the operation is accomplished to the settlement observation to stir first flight 5 and make anchor nail 2 withdraw into the sleeve from the foundation soil, lose anchor nail 2 anchor effect anchor pile 1 this moment and extract from the foundation soil very conveniently.

It should be noted that in the present invention, the driving rod 3 can be rotatably connected to the anchoring pile 1 by means of a ball bearing, so that the driving rod 3 can be rotated in the forward/reverse direction to extend/retract the anchoring nail 2.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the driving rod 3 can also be screwed onto the anchoring pile 1, so that when the driving rod 3 is rotated upwards, the driving rod 3 can gradually extend out of the anchoring pile 1 and drive the anchoring nail 2 to extend out of the anchoring cylinder 1; correspondingly, only need reverse rotation actuating lever 3 downwards after the operation is accomplished in the settlement observation to also can drive anchor nail 2 from top to bottom one by one when withdrawing actuating lever 3 into anchor pile 1, so that anchor nail 2 withdraws into in the sleeve 1. The observation method using the settlement observation pile comprises the following steps:
1) backfilling the roadbed to the top layer in a layered manner;
2) and lofting the observation pile point positions.
3) Driving the anchoring pile 1 into a preset position, and rotating the driving rod 3 to enable the anchoring nail 2 to penetrate out of the anchoring pile 1 and be anchored in the soil body;
4) carrying out construction backfill and rolling operation, and carrying out settlement observation operation by using the driving rod 3 in the operation process;
5) and after the construction is finished, the driving rod 3 is rotated reversely to enable the anchoring nail 2 to retreat into the sleeve, and the observation pile is pulled out for recycling.
Compared with the conventional observation method, the observation method disclosed by the invention has the advantage that all parts of the observation pile can be completely recycled.
