a terminal management system; the terminal management system is applied to a user management end, is used for receiving all data sent by the central processing server, can set and manage the data of all connected LED outdoor lamp control ends, and is specifically a small program, APP software or a webpage based on a mobile phone end or a computer.
The GPS positioning technology is one or a combination of a plurality of GPS positioning, ultrasonic positioning, a magnetic field tracker, optical positioning or inertial positioning; the connection mode of the central processing server and the user management end comprises one or a combination of more of 5G, 4G, LORA, Z-Wave, GSM, CDMA and TD-SCDMA, GPRS, CDPD, LMDS, DBS, HomeRF or WCDMA.

s3: signal acquisition and identification: when the LED lamp panel 100 is lighted, the signal acquisition system acquires all action unit signals within a specified range and sends the signals to the signal identification system, and the signal identification system identifies the acquired signals, identifies the action units as personnel or vehicles and sends the identified signals to the central processing server;
s4: and (3) brightness adjustment: the central processing server judges the brightness of the LED lamp panel 100 needing to be adjusted according to the recognized action units and sends signals to the interactive control system, the interactive control system adjusts the brightness of downstream LED outdoor lamp equipment according to the control instructions, and when the signal acquisition system acquires that no action unit exists in a specified range, the interactive control system controls the LED lamp panel 100 to light the lowest brightness, so that the intelligent adjustment of the brightness of the LED lamp panel 100 is completed;
s5: self-checking feedback: the self-checking system carries out periodic voltage, current, power and power factor self-checking on all LED outdoor lamp groups of the LED outdoor lamp control end, data are sent to the central processing server after being detected, the data are sent to the user management end at the central processing server and stored, the user management end detects the data after receiving the data, and if the data are found to be abnormal, the LED lamp panel 100 with the abnormal data can be replaced in time so as to complete centralized management of the LED lamp panel 100 of the LED outdoor lamp control end.
The self-checking system carries out periodic voltage, current, power and power factor self-checking on all LED outdoor lamp groups of the LED outdoor lamp control end, data are sent to the central processing server after being detected, the data are sent to the user management end at the central processing server and stored, the user management end receives the data and then detects the data, if abnormity is found, the LED lamp panel 100 with abnormal data can be replaced in time, centralized management of the LED lamp panel 100 of the LED outdoor lamp control end is completed, the LED lamp panel 100 does not need to be detected by a manager singly, workload of the manager is reduced, and when the LED lamp panel 100 is abnormal, the replacement can be carried out in time, the condition that the LED lamp panel 100 is damaged in an area due to short circuit of the single LED lamp panel 100 is avoided, and instant management and control are achieved on the basis of achieving centralized management and control.
