When the up stroke is finished and the down stroke is started, the plunger 8 and the weighting rod 15 move downwards, so that the pressure in the pump cylinder 7 is increased until the pressure is greater than the external pressure of the pump cylinder 7, the fixed valve is closed, when the pressure in the pump cylinder 7 is continuously increased to be greater than the pressure in an oil pipe column at the upper part of the pump, the floating valve is jacked open, and the liquid at the lower part of the plunger 8 enters the oil pipe at the upper part of the pump. And the liquid at the bottom of the oil well is lifted to the ground in such a way. When the pump hanging depth is more than 2000 m, the pump is a double-layer pump cylinder, and the annular space between the inner pump cylinder and the outer pump cylinder is communicated with the inner space of the upper oil pipe.
