The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples.
Example 1:
a refrigerator hinge with a child lock function comprises a hinge main board 4 arranged at the top of a door body 2;
the rear end of the hinge main board 4 is fixedly connected with the front end of the box body 1;
as shown in fig. 1-2, a door body rotating shaft 41 is arranged at one end of the hinge main board 4, a main board slideway 42 which is through up and down is arranged at the other end of the hinge main board 4, and a limiting shaft 43 which can slide along the main board slideway 42 is arranged in the main board slideway 42;
an upper decorative strip 3 is arranged at the top of the door body 2, as shown in fig. 3, one end of the upper decorative strip 3 is provided with a door body rotating hole 31, the central axis of the door body rotating hole 31 is collinear with the central axis of a rotating shaft in an upper door body hinge of the door body 2, wherein the door body hinge on the door body 2 is used for realizing the hinged connection between the door body 2 and the box body 1; the top end of the upper decorative strip 3 is provided with a door body slideway 32 which is consistent with the main board slideway 42 in direction, the door body slideway 32 penetrates through the rear end of the upper decorative strip 3, namely the door body slideway 32 forms an opening at the rear end of the upper decorative strip 3;
the door body rotating shaft 41 is rotatably connected with the door body rotating hole 31, and the lower end of the limiting shaft 43 is inserted into the door body slide way 32;
when the limiting shaft 43 slides to the rear end of the main board slideway 42, the door body 2 is in a normal use mode of free opening and closing; when the limiting shaft 43 slides to the front end of the main board slideway 42, the door body 2 is in a child lock mode which can not be freely opened.
Preferably, the rear end of the hinge main board 4 is bent vertically upwards to form a mounting portion 44, and the mounting portion 44 is fixedly connected with the front end of the box body 1.
Preferably, the mounting portion 44 is fixedly connected to the front end of the case 1 by a screw.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the limiting shaft 43 comprises a limiting bolt 431 and a limiting thread insert 432 matched with the limiting bolt 431;
the diameter of the limiting bolt head 431a is larger than the width of the main board slideway 42, the diameter of the limiting bolt screw 431b is smaller than the width of the main board slideway 42, and the outer diameter of the limiting screw sleeve 432 is smaller than the width of the door body slideway 32.
Therefore, the stop bolt screw 431b slides in the main board slide way 42, and the stop screw sleeve 432 slides in the door body slide way 32; and the arrangement of the head 431a of the limiting bolt prevents the whole limiting shaft 43 from falling.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the main board slideway 42 is arc-shaped, positioning grooves matched with the head 431a of the limiting bolt are arranged on the hinge main boards 4 at the two ends of the main board slideway 42, and the two ends of the positioning grooves extend to the corresponding side surfaces of the main board slideway 42; because the diameter of the limiting bolt head 431a is larger than the width of the main board slideway 42, after the limiting bolt head 431a is clamped in the corresponding positioning groove, the limiting bolt screw 431b cannot freely move along the main board slideway 42, so that the limiting shaft 43 is positioned;
the positioning groove near the rear end of the hinge main plate 4 is a door lock releasing positioning groove 45, and the other positioning groove is a door lock positioning groove 46.
Example 2:
a refrigerator comprising the refrigerator hinge with a child lock function of embodiment 1.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the refrigerator includes a refrigerator body 1, a refrigeration door body 5 located at an upper portion, and a door body 2 located at a lower portion, wherein the door body 2 and the refrigeration door body 5 are both hinged to the refrigerator body 1 through corresponding door body hinges;
wherein the top of the door body 2 is matched with a hinge main board 4.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the door body 2 includes a door frame, a door liner 21, and a glass plate 22;
the door frame is surrounded by end stops 23 positioned at the left side and the right side, an upper decorative strip 3 positioned at the upper side and a lower decorative strip 24 positioned at the lower side;
the door liner 21 and the glass plate 22 are respectively pressed on two sides of the door frame, and the door seal 25 is arranged around the door liner 21.
The refrigerator comprises the following specific embodiments:
the door body 2 is in a normal use mode of free opening and closing: as shown in fig. 7, the head 431a of the limiting bolt is clamped in the door lock release positioning groove 45, and at this time, the position of the limiting screw sleeve 432 is an opening through which the door body slide way 32 shown in fig. 8 passes backwards; in this state, the door body 2 can be normally opened or closed, that is, in a normal use state without a child lock mode.
The door body 2 is in a child lock mode which cannot be freely opened: as shown in fig. 9, the head 431a of the limiting bolt is clamped in the door locking positioning groove 46, and at this time, the position of the limiting screw sleeve 432 is the plugging end of the door slideway 32 as shown in fig. 10; in this state, the door body 2 cannot be normally opened due to the blocking of the limiting shaft 43, that is, is in a locking state in the child lock mode.
When the child lock mode needs to be started, the refrigeration door body 5 is opened, the door body 2 is closed, the limiting shaft 43 is lifted up to enable the limiting bolt head 431a to be upwards separated from the door body locking and unlocking positioning groove 45, the limiting shaft 43 is pushed to the other end along the main board slide way 42 and the door body slide way 32, the limiting shaft 43 is pressed down to enable the limiting bolt head 431a to be downwards clamped into the door body locking and positioning groove 46, and the position of the limiting screw sleeve 432 is the plugging end of the door body slide way 32 shown in fig. 10;
at this time, when the door body 2 is pulled, the door body 2 cannot be normally opened due to the blocking of the stopper shaft 43, as shown in fig. 10.
Under the condition of starting the child lock mode, if the door body 2 is to be opened, the refrigeration door body 5 needs to be opened firstly, then the limiting shaft 43 is lifted to enable the head 431a of the limiting bolt to be separated from the door body locking positioning groove 46 upwards, then the limiting shaft 43 is pushed to the other end along the main board slideway 42 and the door body slideway 32, then the limiting shaft 43 is pressed downwards to enable the head 431a of the limiting bolt to be clamped into the door body locking releasing positioning groove 45 downwards, and at the moment, the position of the limiting screw sleeve 432 is an opening through which the door body slideway 32 penetrates backwards as shown in fig. 8; in this state, the door body 2 can be normally opened or closed.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is not intended to limit the present invention, and it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications and changes may be made without inventive efforts based on the technical solutions of the present invention.
