Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the supporting device 6 includes a supporting block 7, the supporting block 7 includes a main block 71, one end of the main block 71 is provided with a third groove 712, and a side wall of the third groove 712 is provided with an adjusting groove 713; the third groove 712 is connected with an auxiliary block 72 in sliding connection with the clamping groove 24, a cavity 721 is formed in one end of the auxiliary block 72, which is far away from the main block 71, and two communicating holes communicated with the cavity 721 are formed in the auxiliary block 72. The main block 71 is provided with a third adjusting component 73, the third adjusting component 73 is fixedly connected with an adjusting block 733 on the side wall of the auxiliary block 72, and the adjusting block 733 is positioned in the third groove 712; an adjusting screw 732 is rotatably connected in the adjusting groove 713, and the adjusting screw 732 passes through the adjusting block 733 and is in threaded connection with the adjusting block 733; a third motor 731 connected to one end of the adjusting screw 732 is fixedly connected to the main block 71. The auxiliary block 72 is provided with a reinforcing mechanism 74, the reinforcing mechanism 74 comprises two reinforcing rods 743, and the two reinforcing rods 743 are connected in the two communicating holes in a sliding manner respectively; a bidirectional screw 742 is rotatably connected in the cavity 721, and the two reinforcing rods 743 are respectively in threaded connection with two ends of the bidirectional screw 742; a fourth motor 741 connected to one end of the bidirectional screw 742 is fixedly connected to the inside of the sub-block 72.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, a connecting assembly 63 is arranged between the main blocks 71 on two adjacent baffle plates 2, the connecting assembly 63 includes a connecting plate 631, third through holes 6311 have been respectively opened at both ends of the connecting plate 631, third threaded holes 711 have been respectively opened at both ends of the main blocks 71, and a connecting bolt 632 passing through the third through holes 6311 and threadedly connected to the third threaded holes 711 is arranged on the connecting plate 631.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, an installation groove is formed in one end of the main block 71 away from the third groove 712, a connection groove 714 communicated with the installation groove is formed in the main block 71, and an axis of the connection groove 714 is perpendicular to an axis of the installation groove; a sliding hole 715 communicated with the connecting groove 714 is formed in the main block 71, and the axis of the sliding hole 715 is parallel to the axis of the mounting groove; a fourth through hole is formed in the main block 71 between the sliding hole 715 and the mounting groove, and the axis of the fourth through hole is parallel to the axis of the sliding hole 715. The mounting block 64 is clamped in the mounting groove, and the side wall of the mounting block 64 is provided with a limiting groove; the main block 71 is provided with a limiting assembly 9, the limiting assembly 9 comprises a limiting rod 91 connected in the connecting groove 714 in a sliding manner, one end of the limiting rod 91 far away from the mounting groove is fixedly connected with a shifting rod 92, and one end of the shifting rod 92 far away from the limiting rod 91 penetrates through the sliding hole 715; a fourth threaded hole is formed in the limiting rod 91, and a fixing bolt 93 which penetrates through the fourth through hole and is in threaded connection with the fourth threaded hole is arranged on the main block 71.
The mounting block 64 is provided with a limiting block 61, a limiting space is formed between the limiting block 61 and the mounting block 64, the two ends of the limiting block 61 are both provided with second through holes, the mounting block 64 is provided with second threaded holes, and the limiting block 61 is provided with limiting bolts 62 which penetrate through the second through holes and are in threaded connection with the second threaded holes. The water pipe 11 is placed on the mounting block 64 and the water pipe 11 is located in the defined space, and the defining block 61 abuts against the water pipe 11.
When one of the enclosure plates 2 needs to be replaced, the fourth motor 741 is started first, an output shaft of the fourth motor 741 drives the bidirectional screw 742 to rotate, and the bidirectional screw 742 drives the two reinforcing rods 743 to move in opposite directions, so that the two reinforcing rods 743 are separated from the two reinforcing grooves. Then the third motor 731 is started, an output shaft of the third motor 731 drives the adjusting screw 732 to rotate, the adjusting screw 732 drives the adjusting block 733 to slide in the adjusting groove 713, and the adjusting block 733 drives the auxiliary block 72 to move, so that the auxiliary block 72 is separated from the clamping groove 24 on the enclosure plate 2; because the main blocks 71 of two adjacent baffles 2 are connected through the connecting plate 631 and the connecting bolt 632, when the baffle 2 to be replaced is replaced, the main blocks 71 of the baffle 2 are still connected with the main blocks 71 of the adjacent baffles 2, and the water pipes 11 are also kept in a stable state. Then, the new enclosure plate 2 is used for replacing the enclosure plate 2, and finally, the fourth motor 741 is started, so that the auxiliary block 72 is clamped with the clamping groove 24; the third motor 731 is activated to engage the reinforcing rods 743 with the reinforcing slots.
The motors in this embodiment are all three-phase asynchronous motors.
The implementation principle of enclosing fender device of the embodiment of the application is as follows: when one of the enclosure plates 2 needs to be replaced, the fourth motor 741 is started first to separate the reinforcing rods 743 from the reinforcing grooves; the third motor 731 is then activated to disengage the sub-block 72 from the slot 24 in the apron 2.
The reinforcement bolt 82 is then disengaged from the first threaded hole and the reinforcement plate 81 no longer interferes with the baffle 2.
Then the driving rod 321 is rotated again, so that the driving rod 321 drives the connecting block 31 to move, the connecting block 31 on the baffle plate 2 to be replaced cannot be clamped with the first groove 21 on the adjacent baffle plate 2 on one side, and the connecting block 31 on the adjacent baffle plate 2 on the other side of the baffle plate 2 cannot enter the first groove 21 of the baffle plate 2 to be detached.
The new apron 2 is abutted against the covering plate 5, and then the driving rod 321 is rotated to connect the apron 2 with two adjacent aprons 2; then, the reinforcing plate 81 is connected with two adjacent baffle plates 2 through the reinforcing bolt 82; then, the third motor 731 is activated to engage the sub-block 72 with the slot 24, and finally, the fourth motor 741 is activated to separate the two reinforcing rods 743 from the two reinforcing slots, respectively.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (8)

1. The enclosure device comprises a plurality of enclosure units, water pipes (11) and spray heads (12), and is characterized in that each enclosure unit comprises a plurality of enclosure plates (2), a connecting device (3) is arranged between every two adjacent enclosure plates (2), each connecting device (3) comprises a connecting block (31) and a driving assembly (32), first grooves (21) are formed in two sides of each enclosure plate (2), a communicating cavity (22) is formed in each enclosure plate (2), the two first grooves (21) are communicated with the communicating cavity (22), each connecting block (31) is located in the communicating cavity (22), and each driving assembly (32) is arranged on each enclosure plate (2) and connected with the corresponding connecting block (31); the connecting block (31) on the enclosure plate (2) is clamped with the first groove (21) on the adjacent enclosure plate (2); the water pipes (11) are arranged at the upper ends of the plurality of baffle plates (2), and the spray heads (12) are arranged on the water pipes (11);
the enclosure baffle (2) is provided with a guide covering mechanism (4), the guide covering mechanism (4) comprises a rotating shaft (41), a covering plate (5) and a first adjusting assembly (42), the rotating shaft (41) is rotatably connected to one side of the enclosure baffle (2), the covering plate (5) is arranged on the rotating shaft (41), and the covering plate (5) can cover the first groove (21);
the first adjusting assembly (42) comprises a driving gear (421), a driven gear (422) and a first motor (423), the first motor (423) is arranged on the enclosure plate (2), and the driving gear (421) is arranged on the first motor (423); the driven gear (422) is arranged on the rotating shaft (41) and is meshed with the driving gear (421).

An enclosure device according to claim 1, wherein the drive assembly (32) comprises a drive rod (321), a drive gear (322) and a moving rack (323), the drive rod (321) is rotatably connected to the enclosure plate (2), one end of the drive rod (321) is located in the communicating chamber (22), and the drive gear (322) is arranged on the drive rod (321) located in the communicating chamber (22); the moving rack (323) is arranged on the connecting block (31) and meshed with the driving gear (322).

the second adjustment assembly (53) comprises an adjustment gear (531), an adjustment rack (532) and a second motor (533), the second motor (533) is arranged on the main board (51), and the adjustment gear (531) is arranged on the second motor (533); the adjusting rack (532) is arranged on the auxiliary plate (52) and meshed with the main plate (51).

and the main board (51) is provided with a positioning groove (512) clamped with the fixing rod (541).

The enclosure device according to claim 1, wherein two adjacent enclosure plates (2) are provided with a reinforcing assembly (8), the reinforcing assembly (8) comprises a reinforcing plate (81) and a reinforcing bolt (82), first through holes are formed in both ends of the reinforcing plate (81), first threaded holes are formed in the enclosure plates (2), two ends of the reinforcing plate (81) abut against the two adjacent enclosure plates (2), and the reinforcing bolt (82) penetrates through the first through holes to be in threaded connection with the first threaded holes.

The enclosure device according to claim 1, wherein a supporting device (6) is arranged on the enclosure plate (2), the supporting device (6) comprises a supporting block (7), a limiting block (61), a limiting bolt (62) and a connecting assembly (63), a clamping groove (24) is formed in the enclosure plate (2), and the supporting block (7) is clamped in the clamping groove (24); the limiting block (61) is arranged on the supporting block (7), the limiting block (61) and the supporting block (7) form a limiting space, and the water pipe (11) is positioned in the limiting space; the limiting block (61) is provided with a second through hole, the supporting block (7) is provided with a second threaded hole, and the limiting bolt (62) penetrates through the second through hole to be in threaded connection with the second threaded hole;
the connecting assembly (63) comprises a connecting plate (631) and a connecting bolt (632), third through holes (6311) are formed in two ends of the connecting plate (631), third threaded holes (711) are formed in the supporting blocks (7), two ends of the connecting plate (631) abut against two adjacent supporting blocks (7) respectively, and the connecting bolt (632) penetrates through the third through holes (6311) and is in threaded connection with the third threaded holes (711).
