本发明涉及乱麻弹力绒面料技术领域,具体为一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料。
背景技术
乱麻弹力绒是雪纺面料的一种,雪纺面料是一种化纤面料,属于平纹机织物,通常采用复合长丝通过松散的机织结构使其形成透明的外观特征,它大多被应用于制作正式的晚礼服或女士衬衫,雪纺有时用于女士内衣裤、睡衣、长袍的制作,雪纺可以表现出完整的人体轮廓,当用于斜裁礼服时需结合起固定作用的里衬一起使用,其织物具有轻薄、柔软、飘逸、滑爽、透气、易洗等特点。
但是在现有的乱麻弹力绒面料中,在出汗较多时不易吸汗,其次在穿着过程中产生的静电不好解决,对穿着的体验有着很大的影响,所以需要对现有的乱麻弹力绒面料进行改进,以提升织物穿着体验。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的在现有的乱麻弹力绒面料中,在出汗较多时不易吸汗,其次在穿着过程中产生的静电不好解决,对穿着的体验有着很大的影响的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,包括面料基层和防静电面料层,
所述面料基层的上方缝合连接有透气面料层,所述透气面料层的上方连接有弹力面料层,所述弹力面料层的上方缝合连接有乱麻面料层;
所述防静电面料层缝合练接在面料基层的下方,所述防静电面料层的底部连接有除菌面料层,所述除菌面料层的下方缝合连接有贴身吸汗面料层。
优选的,所述透气面料层包括第一透气纤维和第二透气纤维,所述透气面料层通过横向的第一透气纤维和纵向的第二透气纤维交错编织而成。
优选的,所述弹力面料层包括弹力棉纤维和氨纶丝纤维,所述弹力面料层通过纵向的弹力棉纤维和横向的氨纶丝纤维交叉编织制成。
优选的,所述乱麻面料层包括第一乱麻纤维和第二乱麻纤维,所述乱麻面料层通过横向的第一乱麻纤维和纵向的第二乱麻纤维交错编织而成。

(1)设置有贴身吸汗面料层,贴身吸汗面料层通过蚕丝纤维和涤棉混纺纤维交错编织而成,蚕丝纤维相较于人造纤维,触摸感与质感提升很多,其次涤棉混纺纤维设可以将皮肤的渗出的汗液吸收,避免皮肤上的汗液残留,进而导致织物吸附在皮肤上,造成穿着体验的下降;
(2)设置有除菌面料层,除菌面料层通过竹炭纤维和植物纤维交错编织而成,在竹炭纤维和植物纤维的表面还涂有一层银离子层,在夏天时,贴身吸汗面料层内吸附有一定的汗液,通过除菌面料层的竹炭纤维和植物纤维以及银离子层的配合,对贴身吸汗面料层内吸附的汗液进行杀菌,防止细菌的残留对人体产生危害;
(3)设置有防静电面料层,防静电面料层通过导电纤维和涤纶纤维交错编织而成,导电纤维和涤纶纤维均能加快织物上产生静电的释放,防止静电的残留,同时导电纤维和涤纶纤维表面的金属丝可以提升静电的导出效率,同时金属丝可以提升织物的抗拉能力;
(4)设置有透气面料层,透气面料层通过第一透气纤维和第二透气纤维编织而成,在透气面料层的表面开设有着通孔,且通孔的面积大于其余各层的通孔,以提升织物的透气性能,防止长时间穿着后的闷热。

工作原理:在使用该高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料时,乱麻面料层4通过第一乱麻纤维401和第二乱麻纤维402的作用,使得织物表面触摸时的柔软和滑爽,提升触摸体验,弹力面料层3通过弹力棉纤维301和氨纶丝纤维302的作用提升织物的弹力,使得织物的穿着体验更佳,透气面料层2通过表面较大的通孔8使得织物在穿着的时候,有着较好的透气性,防止长时间穿着织物会产生闷热的感觉,面料基层1作为织物的中间层,起到连接上下两部分的面料层的作用,防静电面料5通过导电纤维501和涤纶纤维502的作用加快织物上产生静电的释放,同时导电纤维501和涤纶纤维502上捻合的金属丝503可以提升静电的导出效率,并且金属丝503可以提升织物的抗拉能力,贴身吸汗面料层7在穿着织物的时候与皮肤接触,在夏天的时候人体皮肤会渗出汗液,贴身吸汗面料层7通过涤棉混纺纤维702将汗液吸收,防止织物在汗液的作用下紧贴皮肤,造成穿着不够舒适的现象,蚕丝纤维701可以提升衣服与皮肤接触时的触感,同时除菌面料层6通过竹炭纤维601和植物纤维602表面的银离子层603及竹炭纤维601和植物纤维602的作用对贴身吸汗面料层7上的汗液进行杀菌,防止汗液较多时滋生细菌,对人体健康造成影响,面料基层1、弹力面料层3、乱麻面料层4、防静电面料层5、除菌面料层6和贴身吸汗面料层7上同样开设有通孔8,但是相较于2上的8来说较小,可以进一步提高织物的透气性,同时不会影响织物的整体性,本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。
术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为便于描述本发明的简化描述,而不是指示或暗指所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、为特定的方位构造和操作,因而不能理解为对本发明保护内容的限制。

Claims (9)
1.一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,包括面料基层(1)和防静电面料层(5),其特征在于:
所述面料基层(1)的上方缝合连接有透气面料层(2),所述透气面料层(2)的上方连接有弹力面料层(3),所述弹力面料层(3)的上方缝合连接有乱麻面料层(4);
所述防静电面料层(5)缝合练接在面料基层(1)的下方,所述防静电面料层(5)的底部连接有除菌面料层(6),所述除菌面料层(6)的下方缝合连接有贴身吸汗面料层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,其特征在于:所述透气面料层(2)包括第一透气纤维(201)和第二透气纤维(202),所述透气面料层(2)通过横向的第一透气纤维(201)和纵向的第二透气纤维(202)交错编织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,其特征在于:所述弹力面料层(3)包括弹力棉纤维(301)和氨纶丝纤维(302),所述弹力面料层(3)通过纵向的弹力棉纤维(301)和横向的氨纶丝纤维(302)交叉编织制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,其特征在于:所述乱麻面料层(4)包括第一乱麻纤维(401)和第二乱麻纤维(402),所述乱麻面料层(4)通过横向的第一乱麻纤维(401)和纵向的第二乱麻纤维(402)交错编织而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,其特征在于:所述防静电面料层(5)包括导电纤维(501)、涤纶纤维(502)和金属丝(503),所述防静电面料层(5)通过纵向的电纤维(501)和横向的涤纶纤维(502)交错编织而成,所述电纤维(501)和涤纶纤维(502)的表面均捻和有金属丝(503)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,其特征在于:所述除菌面料层(6)包括竹炭纤维(601)、植物纤维(602)和银离子层(603),所述除菌面料层(6)通过纵向的竹炭纤维(601)和横向的植物纤维(602)交错编织而成,所述竹炭纤维(601)和植物纤维(602)的表面涂有一层银离子层(603)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,其特征在于:所述贴身吸汗面料层(7)包括蚕丝纤维(701)和涤棉混纺纤维(702),所述贴身吸汗面料层(7)通过纵向的蚕丝纤维(701)和横向的涤棉混纺纤维(702)交错编织而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,其特征在于:所述面料基层(1)、透气面料层(2)、弹力面料层(3)、乱麻面料层(4)、防静电面料层(5)、除菌面料层(6)和贴身吸汗面料层(7)的表面均设有若干的通孔(8)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,其特征在于:所述透气面料层(2)表面的通孔(8)面积大于其余各层的通孔(8)。
